AFEEFA'S POV

It is now Saturday and I am super happy that I am meeting my clone but nervous all at once.

I got ready since in the morning because of how eager I am even tho Aunt said we will be going there by 3:00 in the evening.

Boredom is such a terrible disease. I have been waiting for 3:00pm to just tick and currently it is just 10:05am I switched on my cellular data and answered my WhatsApp messages when I saw an unknown number.

Unknown: Hello Afeefa

Me: who are you?

Unknown: rude much?

Me: whatever

Unknown: typical you

Me: again. Who are you?

Unknown: your secret admirer

Me: what the bananas!!!!???

Unknown: if you don't accept me. I'll kill you this night

Me: Whatever. You are my secret admirer and yet you want to kill me

Unknown: if I can't have you, NO ONE CAN!

Me: Alright. Am calling the police

Unknown:😂😂😂😂😂 calm down girl, it's Asma

Me: mtchewwww human being kawai

Asma: did I ever tell you I was an alien?😏

Me: I wish I was close to you right now

Asma: I know right. So that you could hug me bah. No wahala(problem). I love my fans

Me: who told you? So that I will slap that head of yours sai. Mai kan goruba kawai (doum palm head)

Asma: yeah, yeah but you still love me banana head

Me: whatever.

Me: Nikam ba, sau nawa zaki canza number naki ne? ( how many times are you going to change your number?)

Asma: this time it wasn't willingly. I went to Yasmeen's house and she gave me refreshments. I kept my phone on the tray after removing my battery so that she'll charge it. Then I kept the bear phone on the tray forgetting to close it properly. When we went into her room. I forgot my phone and when we came back, the refreshments were gone but my phone and the cover was on the arm chair. I opened it and did not see any sim. We asked the maid and she said that she threw it away mistakenly. She kept apologizing and I said there's no problem. So I had to buy a new one

Me: ohkay. I understand but was all that explanation necessary? You could have just said I lost it at Yasmeen's house. Shikenan amma sanda kikayi mini dogon bayani (you had to give me a long explanation.)😒😒😒

I switched off my data and called her. We kept on talking and talking. I then told her about the clone thing and my ears almost popped off with all her squealing. Saying that we are twins separated at birth which I clearly denied. She said that I should tell her all the details when we get back if not she is going to fly down to Alexandria and spank me and then force me to tell her and knowing Asma, she might.

"Afeena get ready we are leaving any moment now" Leila said as she came into the room

"When did you come back?" I asked her

"It's been a while now. I came earlier and I saw you were on a phone call so I just left" she replied and I just nodded

Wow. Did I really take that long talking with Asma?

I prayed Asr and we left. I was praying that we will find the right house and she would be there so badly because I don't want to go there and find out that she is not there and then aunt won't believe me.

We almost went around the whole of Alexandria because aunt forgot the house. But we finally found it nonetheless. The time is now 3:54pm

We went down and I rang the doorbell. We heard locks clicking then the door opened revealing a very beautiful young teenager

'As if you are not a teenager also my subconscious said

'Oh shut up' I said

Her eyes widened as she saw me

"Ukhti, when did you go out?" She said turning back and turning towards me .

I just looked at her confused.

'Huh?' I wanted to reply but I just said

"Excuse me?"

"And you didn't say anything about bringing guests" she said and I still looked at her confused

"Am sorry. Come in, come in" she said referring to aunt, Leila and Na'ima.

A guy came down the stairs and when he looked at us, he ran back upstairs as if something was chasing him and I just looked at them amazed.

"One minute please" the girl who introduced herself to Aunt as Maryam said and rushed upstairs.

I turned to aunt who had the same confused expression written all over her face and so did Leila.

Na'ima was busy licking her lollipop without any care in the world.

Some minutes later, the girl came back downstairs and ushered us a sit and asked someone to bring some refreshments for us and excused herself again.
We later heard a voice screaming 'NO!' And the voice sounded exactly like mine.

I just turned my face to another direction and drank the fresh mango drink that was brought for us.

I then heard footsteps. I looked up and saw an a young woman coming downstairs on crutches. Immediately we locked eyes. She stopped and gazed at me like a puzzle. Trying to put all the pieces together. I just smiled politely. Aunt then spoke first.

"Subahanallah. Hauwa my dear what happened to you. After years of not seeing each other and you're now on crutches?"

"My dear Salmah. Pardon my rudeness. Welcome to my humble abode. It has been quite long since we last saw each other. I can't believe you're here."

"There's no problem at all. And that is very true."

"What brings you here?" Mrs. Hauwa said hugging aunt.

"Well my niece here informed me of a girl that looks exactly like her. And she has your exact surname."

"Oh and that name is"

"Afeena Ibrahim Sadiq"

Shock flashed in Mrs. Hauwa's eyes and she didn't bother asking.

"Why that's the name of my second child. Afeena!!! Get down here" she said and moments later my clone was staring right at me. I almost pinched myself because I'm pretty sure this is all a dream
