Steve and the avengers walked into the room. Fury had just called them for a mission. Steve was still pissed they had no money for a quinjet and also not enough money for a public plane ticket to go and search for Steve's precious bucky.

"Director, you said you had a mission for us. Is it hydra have you found bucky" rogers asked.

"Calm down soldier. It's nothing like that i've got a new recruit in mind but he's not going to like it but he will be useful in finding bucky.'' Fury says as the team looks at a screen with spiderman on it.

"This is spiderman. He appeared out of nowhere . In the last few months he had successfully taken down rhino, green goblin, electro and the lizard, a team of super criminals. He's also as clever as stark so we could use him to make gear like he made those web shooters for the avengers. Your mission is to capture him by any means necessary. By having him on the avengers we have the entirety of queens on our side." said fury.

"We will do it. Ok avengers assemble in 5 minutes and we will catch the spider and then force him to build something to find bucky before starch can '' said rogers as everyone agreed.

'Spiderman huh, perhaps i can get him to join me. A team of spiders we can go and break yelena out of the red room and then we 3 can create a new team based on spiders and i can save myself from this sinking ship sorry steve it's been a good journey but i need to save myself. Justice League Watchtower

The team was celebrating the creation of their new base. The watchtower is a space station that was made and funded by the combination of tony stark, bruce wayne, oliver queen, ray palmer and arthur curry.

"This tower is lit, it's way better than the star labs we just finished installing the superhuman prisons' ' said cisco ramon who was followed by an amused caitlin snow.

"What did you expect? It was made by the most showy people here, the billionaire superhero," said Catlin, who looked amused.

The rest were chilling in the common room when Friday put on an emergency alert as all the heroes rushed to the mission room.

"What's up," said tony.

"Boss, it's spiderman, he's being attacked by the avengers. They're trying to capture him" yelled friday.

"What's going babe whose spiderman?" asked diana.

"Shit babe that's Peter Parker, a 14 year old new super hero. I put an alert in case he was in danger . He got his powers a few months ago. I've been watching the kid making sure he's safe. They're trying to force the kid to be one of them quickly. It's time." Tony says.

"You heard my boyfriend's Justice League advance," Diana says. As the justice league members ironman, wonder women, superman, warmachine, arrow and supergirl got into the pods and shot off to queens.

Spidermans a few minutes before pov

Peter was happily swinging through queens. He thought back to the past few months of him getting powers by being bitten by a spider. Which means he can be a hero like ironman. Peter's favorite hero and in peter opinion the best hero even better than superman. Ironman was the first superhero of the 21st century. Ironman was the best.

Peter suddenly started to look around as his senses flared. Peter then put his hand out and caught an arrow. He looked around and saw the hydra team pretending to be heroes. The avengers.

"Surrender spiderman we have an offer you will join the group of best superheroes. The avengers" captain hydra rogers said.

"Sorry I'm not interested in team iron man. Team Tony stark. Team justice league" said peter.

"Well then spiderman i guess we have to capture you and show you the light, your true path avengers assemble" said captain america as the other avengers came out.

"Surrender spiderman tony stark is evil he killed my parents. Steve is good" said wanda.

"Sorry i dont speak terrorist" said peter as wanda started to cry clint started to shoot explosive arrows trying to kill the scum that made his daughter cry but peter wasn't a scum and didged the kill shot but then captain america came throught he explosions with a punch only for peter to catch it and kick rogers sending him fly. Romanoff started to get away from the group and slowly tried to sneak up on spiderman.

Falcon flew and grabbed Steve, bringing back to the battlefield as Wanda started to use her telepathy to hold Peter on the ground.

"HOW DARE YOU CALL ME HYDRA, HOW DARE YOU LIKE STARK, NOW PREPARE FOR YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE" Yelled wanda as she made peter watch his uncle ben's death but made uncle ben blame peter over.

"Stop, please stop. No dont kill uncle ben. Im sorry uncle ben" peter cried out as clint, rogers smiled and wanda laughed at the kids misery,

"HAHAHAHA THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LIKE STARK, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET RUDE TO ME" yelled Wanda laughing evilly. Unknown to them queens was recording this and posting it online

"Please i beg you no more i don't want to see uncle ben die anymore" peter said crying. Before anyone could say anything a few crashes were heard. A woosh was heard and a scream of pain from wanda was heard.

The dust cleared to show superman had punched wanda sending her flying and knocking her out. The avengers charged but then ironman, wonder women, warmachine appeared.

An arrow shot piercing Clint's eyes and shocked him, making him scream out in pain as he was knocked out. An explosive missile hit the falcon, blowing up his wings and making him crash onto the ground in a pool of his blood.

"Warmachine get spidey out of here" said iron man as he flew in front of captain america his armor unforming.

"So rogers you proved your captain hydra by having that witch try to break a kids mind. The mind of a good hero.'' Tony said as fire surrounded his body his anger rose to the point all no superpowered humans apart from the arrow and warmachine started to faint. Which meant Romanoff also fainted.

Tony didn't know why but after watching over the kid he felt protective over him.

"He's obviously not a good hero, if he likes you we were gonna break his mind and recondition him to be the perfect avenger and if you wanted to scare me you should have kept your armor on" said roger mockingly.

"Oh i don't need my armor lets test my enhancement against yours the american hero tony sharks super serum against the hydra dr eskrine's serum " tony says mocking him back

"HOW DARE YOU MOCK DR ESKRINE HE WAS A GOOD MAN!!!" Rogers yelled, rushing at Tony with a punch only for Tony to stop it with his hand and punch him over, making blood holes in Steve's body as blood leaked out. The rest of the avengers recovered looked and was about to assemble to help theyre leader but the justice league intervened and started to fight them of superman punching hiles into maxioff sue to intense anger he was feeling due to seeing the bitch torture spiderman.

Arrow was out shooting Clint barton. Warmachine was punching Sam wilson who only had a gun to the ground.

Black widow sneaked her way to where spiderman was. Putting Peter on alert he was about to punch the widow into the next century but she put her arms up.

"WAIT DON'T ATTACK IM NOT WITH THEM. BABY SPIDER. WE SPIDER SHOULD STICK TOGETHER I WANT TO MAKE A NEW TEAM. YOU KNOW I SAVED STARK ONCE I HACKED THE HAMMEROID BOTS AND STOPPED MOST OF THEM PETER PARKER" natasha said,

"How do you know?" said Peter, scared that this violent evil woman would kill his aunt.

"We can make a new team widow we need to save. We can show these idiots who the true heroes are. I need help. Steve and Fury forced me to work for them. A brave strong spider will save me from them. I mean they attacked you. That means there is a chance they attacked me and forced me ''Natasha says before a woosh was heard and Natasha had a scream of pain. Peter opened his eyes and saw a wonder woman giving him a motherly smile like aunt may have given him.

"Are you ok there little one? Don't worry me and Tony wont let that widow do anything to you or your aunt may parker ''Diana said with a soft voice as she helped him up. Peter felt he could trust and she was on Tony Stark's side. She was right. She was on the side of good.

"We have sent flash and supergirl to protect your aunt dont worry" said diana as she lifted him like a parent does to a shield and flew him near tony who had left steve a bloody stain in the ground. He was still alive.

"NOW THEN ROGERS I GUESS MY FATHER FORGOT TO BRAND HIS FAILURE OF WEAPON WELL I WILL FIX THAT" Tony says as he branded stark industries failure all over steve's body using his extremis fire power.

Suddenly a boom was heard

"Justice league how dare you attack the avengers i captain marvel shall end you" said carol danvers as she looked and saw the target in diana's arms and rushed at her only for diana to notice and put pete down gently as peter subconsciously went to tony who also subconsciously went into protective stance in front of peter. Since rogers was knocked out bloody mess.

Diana blocked the weak punches, and then punched her, sending her flying. Diana within a few seconds appeared in front of captain marvel punching sending her smashing into the ground. Making Carol groan.

"HOW DARE YOU MAKE A MOCKERY OF THE GREAT CAROL DANVER I STOPPED THE KREE INVASION" yelled danvers as share rushed at diana with anger who dodged all her hits before getting several punches and kicked sending her to ground bleeding.

Carol, releasing that they can't win, grabbed the unconscious Rogers and Romanoff and then told Clint Falcon and Wanda to retreat. The justice league did not pursue them since they did not have permission to arrest them yet.

"Let's go to the watchtower mr parker. Supergirl has brought your aunt there it seems that Natasha sent some agents to try and get her but Kara saved her ''Tony says petting Spiderman's head. As they went to the watchtower.

Peter loved the feeling he got when Diana and Tony protected him. It reminded him of his parents Richard and Mary parker. When they arrived there Peter saw Aunt May and he was immediately hugged, Peter still wasn't feeling that good he was scared. That witch really cared about making him watch his uncle Ben's death.

"Peter what happened i was attacked by shield gents claiming they wanted you. What did you do peter. Then supergirl saved me, ''May said worriedly.
