"I was fired and almost shot dead by our former shield staff when Stark revealed the shield was rebuilding under fury, Coulson and i. Potts ordered my death, ''Hill said with rage. She never failed a mission and now she was supposed to secretly launder Stark industries money to shield accounts.

"FUCK WHOS GONNA PAY FOR NATHANIEL. I KNOW SHIELD DOESN'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. WHO GONNA PAY FOR LILLA AND COOPERS BILL " Clint yelled pulling his heart as Natasha caressed his arm making him calm down.

"WHY IS STARK DOING THIS FIRST MY PARENTS THEN MY BROTHER PIETRO AND NOW HE CANT LET ME LIVE HAPPY." Wanda cried as Clint and Steve cressed her trying to comfort her while Natasha sighed at the fake tears she was starting to hate wanda. She loved being the only female. The only female hero, the one the team would make sure was happy. The girl stark gave everything just to even look and put up with him.

Hill turned out the TV, and in it, was Ironman ,wonder woman,batman, flash and his team, arrow and his team, supergirl, green lantern, aquaman, war machine, the vision, Superman, his cousin supergirl and a few other also calling themselves the legends of tomorrow.

Superman has been a long interest for SHIELD. He is practically immortal, nothing hurts him. Yet all efforts to get him have failed. So have efforts to get Batman, and Wonder Woman. The former put some agents at the non-existent mercy of the Joker. That's why SHIELD never acts in Gotham now. Arrow wasn't needed due to agents barton even though mayor queen the ceo of queen consolidated was better and more resources he was like tony uncontrollable. The flash and his team including killer frost, vibe and more were beloved by central city and too many meta humans to try to take on. Not to forget the Harrison Wells who was outed to reverse flash later threatened to reveal sensitive shield information to the world that would have destroyed the shield. How the man knew this he didn't know. How the man knew his future initiatives like the avengers was a mystery but fury didn't want to go against that.

"Ironman, ironman, where have you been lately, after exposing the evil captain hydra. ?" asked Lois lane making natasha roll her eyes. she had to admit stark was good at turning arround the media to his side she shouldve expected nothing less. she should have sided with stark she couldve have become the future misses stark. a queen but she messed up what was she thinking choosing the dumb broke captain over the rich and intelligent man of iron 

"Why do you lie about our national hero, Ironman? He can't be hydra, your beliefs are wrong and just biased" J. Jonah Jameson asked making fury and the rogues smirk, J. Jonah Jameson was an asset he was paid by fury to make other enhanced trying to outshine the avengers his group look bad for example spiderman that ant has no reason being a hero and his only halting his avengers. His avengers must succeed if he wants to create something better than his predecessor Margaret carter did. It was why he allowed hydra to start it growth in shield when he came so he could destroy her legacy. Then he will build the avengers and create something better then her but that damn stark had to stop it and ruin it all.

Jonah Jameson making him get mad. he should have piority like he did when stark was an avenger but that damn stark was ignoring him. he knows what to do he will make him public enemy number one.

"You have been particularly close to Batman Superman Wonder Woman and the others lately even going into gotham city." asked lois

"Well, first of all, we are friends. We will be working together a lot. But there are other reasons as to why." Tony replied making J. Jonah Jameson mad and step and bump into lois making clark get enraged.

"Mr stark you are showing favoritism to mrs lane" J. Jonah Jameson stated as Tony ignored him.

"Like what ?" lois say stepping on his foot making yelp in pain. everyone look at him. 

"First of all Mr jameson im ignoring an reporter on iock fury shieldra's boased news reporter aka you and second of all your making lois lane uncomfortable. i dont appreciate you assaulting mrs lane in my presence or any female in general. looks like shieldra and captain hydra is employing more criminals" tony says some reporters who loved spidey as an hero and hated jameson had idea of making claims that he was assaulting lois which made lois use self defence to defend herself.

fury gets mad as does the rogues.

"HOW DARE HE SAYS THAT" yelled steve punching the table breaking it as fury looked at him with rage.

"STOP BREAKING MY THINGS ROGERS WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO REPLACE THAT.  NOT PUNCHING BAGS FOR YOU THIS MONTH WE WILL BE BUYING ME A NEW EXPENSIVE TABLE. UNDERSTAND SOLIDER" fury says as Steve nods his head with anger

"After everything that was revealed in last press conference a lot of heroes who were scared of shield and the avengers tyrantus ways reached out to me with a proposition"

Dam it. Those three were actively searching for Stark are not good at all. They have more resources and more power then shield and captain america with his low 42% approval in usa and over 90% in the world and with queen and Wayne as well as other important peole and powerful people publicly supporting the justice league w e are in trouble. With wayne and Stark already have enough competition. Then adding on aquaman who is a literal king and rules 70% of the ocean. as well as queen consolidated and star city we're doomed.

"The proposition we have come up with," Tony continued. "You see. We haven't been quiet on our outrage at how the Avengers are currently operating. And the fact that they still continue to operate with hydra members and our president's support for them. I consider myself lucky to still be alive cause shield is known for killing anyone that opposes them but i guess i'm too public to kill."

"Dam it." Fury said as their secret of killing all who oppose fury is publicly exposed.

"But to be truthful the proposal We have decided, that enough is enough. By we i mean, myself Batman, Wonder Woman, superman and the others have decided that we are here and we are taking a stand against shield and the tyrants known as the avengers."

"No. This can't be, if this ends the way she thinks it will, they are in serious trouble." thought natasha worried. prehaps if i seduce stark, wayne or queen i can get on the league. rthe avengers will fall. no stark hates me. i need to think of something i cant just quit the remaining shield agents stark saved will kill me.

"With the support of Wayne enterprises, Stark industries , Palmer tech and Queen consolidated and Atlantis with the support of the United Nations and nato. We are starting our own team. We won't allow the Avengers to continue acting like they are the only heroes the world can count on. We will show you how a true hero, a true human being, should behave. A team of superheroes that aren't drunk on power that answer to the the united nations unlike the avengers who answer to shady hydra affiliates shield. We will of course run independently but if we make mistakes the United Nations will be there to punish us."

"What is Tony doing with a team of superheroes answering to a government that has agendas? This is how I can tell he's not worthy and why is deflecting J. Jonah Jameson, he's the best reporter ''Steve asked.

"Because Stark only talks to yesmen in fact that reporter Lois is Superman's girl. It's why she has her questions answered" Fury said hypocritically. 

The press started asking more questions, but Hill turned the TV off.

"Trust ? Rogers do us a favor and stop sticking your head in the sand. The public hates you all. Ironman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman ? They are beloved. The world trusts them. Superman single handedly defeated an alien invasion on a bigger scale then the avenger could ever had, Wonder Woman is World War 1's hero, and Batman has saved Gotham from the worst criminals on Earth. They are as beloved as Stark who people consinder the MVP of the invasion back in 2012 since he did fly the nuke and take scare of most of the forces on botj ground and while destorying the ship and also as popular as formerly Rogers, was. If they get a functioning team, a team that works, a team that can win over the public. It's over for all of us. Remember that the only reason you can get away with all of you do, is that you are the only heroes in the moment. If there are other people to come to when an emergency happens. Then more lawsuits will come, the people that are holding in their fear, will speak. SHIELD will lose the little support it has, you will lose the little support you have and it all ends with everyone in this room, in a prison cell. At this point, we need to beat them somehow"

'Shit shit shit. Things just had to get even better. Pushing Stark was wrong, he should've killed the witch she had power but Stark was the most important and the avengers key player. He held the avengers and the public together ' thought fury and also Natasha as they looked at each other understanding each other.

"Ok." Fury said. "Change of plans. You 5 will stop this team from forming, I want you to find the other enhanced, and get them to join you, whatever it takes. I'm calling for back up. Rogers a new captain that Barton and Romanoff are familiar with will both co-lead the team." making barton and romonoff eyes widen before they smirked.

"with carol here we cant lose" clint yelled excitedly.

"Director with all due respects I beat the red skull and am captain america" stave was about to sit more but was cut off.

"You beat one super soldier, captain marvel beat an army of aliens like stark did but we foolishly kept it a secret and we don't have proof of that and the evidence could have helped the avengers so no you both will co lead understand. Romanoff, barton you are to follower danvers orders understand." fury said as everyone nodded however wanda glared she folowed follow steve only this was shared by sam wilson. 

"Im sending a message to thor and for him to ask to use heimdall to find hulk and bring him. This is a war. You are dismissed" said fury as all the avengers headed to they're area a small broken up room.

"Fuck fuck fuck, stark wasnt meant to do this he was meant to go solo until i could get him to join us and then we would guilt him into giving us everything but now hes joined a new team with super, batman and wonderwomen. The avengers are doomed, we barely have money. Our gear is out of date and we literally are sitting here since we have no resources" ranted romanoff as steve petted her leg but she slapped him.

"Don't touch me it's your fault steve if you hadn't brought that hydra bitch we would still have the money power and glory and superman and the others would have been just some low time heroes' ' yelled romanoff.

"Are you blaming me Mrs Romanoff?" faked wanda said with tears as Clint and Steve consoled her instantly making Natasha mad as she glared at wanda.

"No, precious , she's just mad. Nat she is just a kid whose life. Stark ruined it, yes she should have asked for an apology instead of going to hydra and tricking Tony to restart project Ultron but she's just a kid. Tonys an adult and should be more understanding" said Steve only to be slapped again.

"SHUT UP STEVE IT'S YOUR FAULT AS WELL YOU JUST WANTED TO USE HER AS A TEST FOR BARNES. BARNES IS INNOCENT THAT'S WHY I AGREED TO HELP BUT MAXIMOFF WENT TO HYDRA WILLING. ACTUALLY YOU KNOWN WHAT FUCK BARNES, FUCK YOUR BUCKY I WANT MY HERO LIFE BACK. LET'S FORGET BARNES AND MAXIMOFF AND BECOME HEROES AGAIN. I CAN'T FAIL I'M NOT ALLOWED TO FAIL. YOU MADE ME FAIL." Romanoff yelled as Clint hugged her.

"You're not in the red room nat. Wandas like you, someone trying to wipe the red of her ledger give her a chance like I gave you." said Clint as Natasha finally agreed.

"Fine one chance if shes fucks it up shes going to the raft clint rogers understand and no special treatment for her. She buys stuff with her own money. She trains for 4 hours a day and she sleeps in her own room. I don't want to scream pietro over and over while I'm sleeping" said natasha.

"That's not fair, clint and Steve owes me i lost pietro because of stark and the avengers" maximoff pouted and started to fake cry. rogers was about to say something but was cut off.

"ENOUGH WANDA THE AVENGERS ARE HEROES NOT A KINDERGARTEN YOU WANT TO BE A CHILD GO TO SCHOOL. HERE WE ARE PROFESSIONAL UNDERSTAND YOU HYDRA ASSET. I'M NOT LETTING YOU MAKE ME A FAILURE" romanoff yelled making maximoff nod furiously but also plot to control her.

"Ok enough of that we need to plan now". Sam said as the others nodded and all of them started to come up with ideas to show up this justice league and the merchant of death.
