Happy To Help

Peter Doesn't have Spidey-Powers in this one and there's an important Author's note at the end. Some Flash bullying Peter I guess.

Remember guys, if you're being bullied you should tell someone. Even if it's some terrible writer on wattpad. *motions to self before giving everyone free Skittles* But you should still tell someone.

Okay. Enjoy this I guess...

**********************

Peter Parker-Stark hated high school. He hated being the skinny little sophmore that was constantly being pushed around. And things seemed to only get worse as time went on, as Parker Luck came crashing down.

You may be wondering about The Parker-Stark thing. Well it started with a science fair for advanced students, hosted by Tony Stark himself. The billionaire had met the kid after seeing his science project based on a study of genetics, and after an interesting conversation Tony offered him an internship of sorts.

The two had become close, and after a while a kind of father-son relationship had been created (Though Neither would admit it).

When Peter’s Aunt May had died of cancer the summer of his Freshman year, Stark had adopted him making him Peter Parker-Stark. It’s been six months since it all happened. And no one knows about his adoptive family, so here he is in the middle of his sophmore year still being picked on.

Not that he would ever tell anyone. He doesn’t want his da- uh, Mr. Stark, to know. Because Tony Stark is amazing. He doesn’t get bullied or pushed around. Peter feels like if he finds out, he might be dissappointed in the teen.

Peter walks through the empty halls of Midtown Tech, after decathlon practice had ended late. He had been the last one out, and was standing in front of his locker to get his chemistry textbook for homework that night. He’s just gotten his locker open when a voice speaks behind him.

“Hey Parker.” Peter winces. He knows who it is, and he was really hoping he could go home in peace today. That’s why he had waited to leave decathlon practice, hoping a certain bully would already be on their way home.

“Leave me alone Flash.” Peter asks quietly, trying to keep the fear in his voice hidden.

“Speak up Parker. I can’t hear you.” Flash says. Flash grabs Peter’s back pack and pulls it off his shoulders before throwing it to one of the other bullies standing behind him. The other kid tosses it down the hall as Flash faces the smaller teen.

“I asked that you leave me alone.” Peter repeats, a little louder this time.

“How about no.” Flash grabs the front of Peter’s shirt and throws him backwards, causing Peter to crash into the nearby lockers. Peter hits the ground with a thud, but tries to stand back up anyways. Flash gives a signal to the two goons standing behind him and each of them grab Peter. They’re holding Peter up, each of them gripping onto his arms and shoulders to keep him in place.

Flash than comes over and throws the first punch. And the second and the third. Of course, Peter can’t fight back. In all honesty the fight doesn’t seem very fair, with three to one.

At Flash’s signal, the two boys drop Peter. He falls to the ground once again, waiting for them to leave him be. Usually this is the part where Flash would leave him alone. But as Flash turns to walk away, he notices Peter’s locker that had been left open from moments before.

“Hey Matt, Devon,” The other two boys look to their leader. “I have an idea.”

The two glance at the open locker and immediately understand. They pick Peter up once again and shove him towards the locker. At fhat moment, Peter understands.

“N-N-No Flash, don’t. Please, I get C-Claustraphobic." Peter stutters, feeling the panic set in.

“Well then, this should be fun.” They shove Peter into the locker before slamming it shut. The three then walk away, leaving the teen trapped. Peter immediately begins to hyperventilate.

He tries pushing on the door, but it doesn’t move. It’s completely dark, and there’s no room to move around. He tries to calm down, as he thinks of possible solutions.

Maybe I can call somebody. They could get me out.

But his phone in is his back pack... Which is out in the hall. It's at that moment when the panic truly hits, and Peter does the only thing he can think of.

He beats on the locker door and he screams.

Happy looks down at his watch as he sits outside the school. The kid was supposed to be out of practice over half an hour ago. The only people he’d seen leave were three boys who were laughing and joking around, but none of them were Peter.

The driver sends another text to the teen, but still gets no response. Not that he would admit it to anyone, but he’s actually getting worried about the kid.

With an aggravated sigh he steps out of the car and walks toward the school. Once he steps inside, he immediately begins searching for the teen.

“Peter?” He begins yelling through the empty halls.

“Kid, Where are you!” He listens for a response, but gets none. He walks down another hall, calling the kids name over and over. He’s gotta be here somewhere…

It isn’t until he gets near another hall before he hears it. A sound like a hit against metal every few seconds. He follows the sound into one of the farther hallways, finding stray backpack is laying in the middle of the floor. He steps into the empty hall before calling out again.

“Kid! Where are you?!”

“H-H-Happy?” A small voice calls back. Happy looks around but the hall is still empty. Suddenly another loud bang rings out, and one of the locker doors moves slightly from the force.

“H-Happy I’m in here!” Happy can hear the tears and panic in the kids voice. He dashes over the the locker before trying to open it. It doesn’t budge, so he tries to talk to the kid again.

“Kid it’s gonna be okay.” He knows the kid is claustrophobic, and he himself is beginning to panic a little.

“Happy, I-I can’t b-breathe.”

“I know. Just hold on. Just focus on me.” Happy then looks around and moves to the kids back pack before taking out one of the impossibly heavy textbooks.

He then swings it and brings it down on the lock with full force, and after a few times it breaks and the door swings open. The teen doesn’t just step out like he expected.

He stumbles forward and would’ve hit the floor had Happy not caught him.

“Kid!” He helps the kid sit down before kneeling next to him. “Kid, I need you to calm down. Just take deep breaths and try to calmown. You’re safe.”

After a few seconds, the boy has managed to calm down somewhat. He looks tired, and still a little panicked, but at least he’s breathing like normal. Happy pulls out his phone and is about to call Tony, when Peter stops him.

“Don’t.” Peter says quietly.

“What?”

“Don’t call Mr. Stark. Please?” Happy sighs. Peter only says ‘Mr. Stark’ when he’s afraid he might be in trouble.

“Kid I have to call your dad. He needs to know what happened.”

“I just don’t want him to be disappointed in me.”

“Why would he be disappointed in you?”

“I can’t stand up for myself. I’m a wimp. Just promise you won’t tell him.”

“I won’t tell him. But he’ll find out eventually.”

“Thanks Happy.”

“No problem. Let’s go get something to eat, then you’re gonna tell me what happened.”

Peter nods and Happy stands to his feet before helping the kid. On their way out, Happy gets a text from Tony Stark himself.

IronGuy- Hey, Where are you guys? You were supposed to be here half an hour ago.

Not-So-Happy Hogan- The kid’s practice ran late. We’re on our way.

Happy just lets out a sigh as he looks down at Peter, who still looks shaken up. One things for sure. It’s impossible not to love the kid. And not that he would admit it, But Happy would hurt anyone who dared bully the boy again.

And there's that. Not my best chapter, I'll admit it. But as I've said before school is keeping me kind of distracted. But I'm trying I swear.

Another thing, why don't you guys go over to @Crazy_Cat_Person_E 's profile and give her a follow. She deserves it.
