Uh... Movie Night?
"Mr. Stark!" Peter exclaimed excitedly as he bounded out of the elevator and to the common room. His arms were full of eight movies. Harry Potter movies, to be exact. Once he rounded the corner, he found a hammer in his face. He stopped, eyes wide, dropped the movies, and raised his hands in surrender. The more he looked, all of the Avengers were there, ready to fight him, and Tony, the asshole, was laughing so hard.
"Tony, this isn't a laughing matter," Captain America scolded. Tony sobered up slowly before standing up and making his way to his kid. Tony stood next to him and Peter instantly hid behind him. Everyone else looked extremely confused. Tony could feel Peter's fear and instantly felt bad for laughing at him.
"Alright, this is Peter, my intern, and my kid," Tony explained to the team who stood down, wide-eyed.
"What the fu-"
"Language"
There was a silence before Tony turned to Peter, who was looking at his childhood heroes with wide eyes.
"What's up kid? Why'd you come bounding down the hall like that?" Tony asked, scared that the kid had gotten himself hurt somehow. Peter's eyes lit up brightly before he started rambling.
"Oh! It's movie night remember? I brought my collection of the Harry Potter movies! And don't worry Mr. Stark I'm okay!" Peter smiled at his mentor. Tony snapped his fingers as if he just remembered something.
"Oh yeah! Well, let's get on with it!" Tony grinned. Peter instantly faltered.
"But uh, you have guests," Peter mumbled, fidgeting. The rest of The Avengers shared a look. This kid, Tony Stark's kid, was scared of them? I mean, it's not like they were just about to beat him up a minute ago. Oh, wait...
Tony rolled his eyes and grabbed the kid by his shoulders, directing him to the common room. He snapped at Clint, then pointed to the movies. Clint rolled his eyes but picked them up anyway. They all made their way back to the common room where Peter was excitedly talking about his day.
"- Ned got a hundred percent! And Flash didn't bother me all day today! It was amazing!" Peter concluded as everyone found their seats.
"You know that if you ever need me to intervene with this Flash kid, I will," Tony reminded Peter, who rolled his eyes.
"Mr. Stark, with all due respect, sir, but that would probably make the situation worse," Peter shrugged. Clint cut the silence that followed with,
"So, what movie is the first one?" Clint asked. Peter instantly smiled brightly.
"Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone!" Peter provided it quickly. Bruce smiled at the pure excitement of the kid. He was the only one who wasn't trying to fight at the slightest noise in the tower.
By the 4th movie, Peter was out cold. He was curled up on Tony's side, as Tony played with the kid's hair absentmindedly. Steve cleared his throat softly.
"So uh, what's coming out of the sticks again?"
