Peter had to go through a lot of therapy until he was okay. Or, as okay as he could be. Sometimes he still wishes that Tony wasn't there to catch him, or that he didn't come home to May sobbing on him. For the most part, though, he's as happy as it gets. Ned doesn't bring it up anymore, and Tony keeps a close eye on him. May never leaves him home alone again, instead, she sends him over to Tony or Ned. 

Sometimes, Peter zones out so heavily that he'll be staring blankly for hours if nobody breaks him out of it. He doesn't eat as much as he probably should, but he's eating. Most nights he's kept awake by various thoughts, but on other nights he sleeps like a rock. He's almost like a normal teenager (idfk is that normal??), Well, aside from his powers.
