You are a fine precious being

A body filled with bones and muscles and fibers and cells

A body filled with a little stardust and glitter and magic

A body filled with the same components that make up this mighty and gigantic universe

A body capable of loving and being loved

A body of a fighter, a warrior

A body that holds inside itself a rebel and a wild heart

A body that houses this beautiful mind

A mind capable of dreaming and imagining and creating wonders

A mind that houses this intellect that can discover and invent the wildest and the most beautiful things

Do not let yourself be defined by your shell

You are what your deep desires and crazy thoughts are

You are those out of this world dreams that you dream

You are your intelligence

You are the struggles you have seen and adversities that you have overcome

You are the dreams you have dreamt and the dreams you have lived

You are one of the bravest people in the world

For you have survived this wild ride of life with its ups and downs

And you are still continuing to do so with your head held high and a smile on your face

It might get hard

But it also gets better
