hey there! today I'll show you how to make this cover: 

First open up a 1024 x 1600 pixel cover. (It's 512 x 800 but doubled for better quality)

Next find an aesthetic background, and upload it (this was mine)

okay now find a picture of your faceclaim (mine was Hermione granger) and go to remove.bg. Upload your pic and let it remove the background. Download it. 

Now upload it to Canva, and place it where you want on the screen. Play around with the adjustments for your faceclaim. Add any other Canva elements 

ok, then make another blank sheet on Canva. If you want black text, make the background white, but if you want white text, make it black. Any other colour uses white as well. 

now change the font of your text to any aesthetic font you want. (I'm using "nectarine")

Now you're going to download ONLY the page with the text on it. Then take it to remove.bg and remove the background of the text. Download it. 

Place the text on your cover the way you want. Then, go to edit image and scroll down until you find liquify 

Choose "wobble" to make the text aesthetic. Place it the way you want, and add your other text. 

If you are finished adding text, then download this cover, and search up 'polarr' choose the first option. 

Open it up. It will show you a tutorial, but you can press skip. Where it says 'open photo' open up your Canva cover. Then when it opens, press the little overlays button at the bottom, that I circled in red. 

Search on the internet 'paper overlay' or you can use the one I put below. I'm going to be using this one. Press custom, and upload the paper overlay

Resize it and adjust it the way you want. Then, click the button I circled to change the blend mode. 

Choose 'overlay, and you can play with the transparency if you like. 

And boom, you're done! You can add a filter from Polarr if you want, then download. Here is my finished product:
