Ok. So, here is what happened. Rina was 8 when she met Ryland. Ryland was 9 when he met Rina. Their parents kept them apart for 10 years, making Rina 18 and Ryland 19. They haven't seen each other since the day he saved her. Just wanted to leave you with that important information. Anyways, TO THE STORY!

~10 years later~

Rina's p.o.v

I was laying in my bed when all of a sudden I get woken up by my dad bursting through the door, followed by my mom

Inuyasha: happy birthday my sweet little baby girl

Rina: dad I'm 18, I'm not a baby anymore

Inuyasha: you'll always be my baby girl

He starts hugging me, I couldn't breath. Thankfully my mom stopped him before I died

Kagome: here Rina I made you a cake

She handed me a cake that said "Happy 18th birthday Rina" I smiled

Rina: thanks mom

Kagome: your welcome

I was so happy that my parents made me this cake. I was about to eat the cake when my dad puts a box on my bed

Rina: what's this?

Kagome: it's a gift

Rina: a gift?

Inuyasha: yeah! It has something inside of it that you get to keep

Rina: really!

Inuyasha: yeah

Kagome: it's from me and your father

I opened the gift up like it was nothing. Once I opened it I saw a red cloak, just like my dad's

Inuyasha: do you like it. It's made out of the hair of the fire rat

Rina: I love it!

Inuyasha: I knew you would

I put it on and turned towards my parents

Anyways, BACK TO THE STORY

Rina: what do you think?

Kagome: you look lovely in it

Inuyasha: amazing

I smiled

Rina: can I go outside today?

Kagome: of course

Inuyasha: I don't see why not

I smiled again. I kissed both of their cheeks and left, after saying goodbye

Rylands p.o.v

I was in the cave waiting for my parents to come and say whatever they needed to say

Ryland: I'm bored

My wolf came up to me and started to lick my face, I started laughing

Ryland: ok ok cut it out boy

Just as he got off of me my parents walk in, I stood up

Koga: Ryland I guess you were wondering why I asked you to wait in here

Ryland: well yeah I have. I've been sitting here for like an hour

Ayame: well you are getting older and your dad thought that you could start hunting on your own

Ryland: really!

Koga: yeah. I was hunting on my own when I was your age

Ryland: thanks dad!

I hugged him and ran out of the waterfall. I ran for about an hour or two. It was nice to have this much freedom

~time skip~

After a while I came to a small little forest. I was running when I heard singing

Ryland: who's singing?

I follow the singing to a little opened field with the sun shining on the person. I look closer and see a girl with silver hair

Ryland: 'she sings so pretty. Wonder who she is?'

She turned around and I saw that she had brown eyes

I think Kagame has brown eyes. Don't know and kind of don't care. Let me know her eye color please and thank you

Ryland: 'she seems...familier'

I look at her closer. As I did I stepped on a twig and it snapped. She stopped singing and looked around

?: show yourself! I'm not afraid to fight!

I step out from where I was hiding, my hands raised

Ryland: easy there. I just heard you singing and thought it was vary pretty

?: oh...thank you

She smiled slitely

Ryland: may I have the name of this beautiful singer?

I said grabbing her hand and kissed it, she giggled, pulling her hand away and me standing up straight

?: it's Rina

Ryland: Rina?!?! 'I can't believe that it's really her'

Rina: yeah...and who are you?

Ryland: it's me...Ryland

Rina: Ryland?!?!

We both had a surprised look on our face. We hugged and then got to know each other, better then ten years ago

Ryland: is it really your birthday

Rina: yeah! I'm eighteen!

Ryland: that's amazing

We were having a good time when all of a sudden...
