Y/N's eyes fluttered open when the sun beamed on her face. A thin blanket covered her body and barely covered her toes, it was morning. Slowly she sat up, squinting her eyes and shielding them with her hand. Groaning, Y/N opened them and viewed her surroundings, only for them to widen... SHIT! In her mind she swore, finally realizing everything that happened yesterday. Why... Oh, why did I act like that?! Teasing Sesshomaru, I could've really pissed him off! He could've killed me! Damn it, I did all of that 'cause I thought I was still a dream! I figured, beforehand when I thought I was still dreaming, that I could just have fun in my little lucid dream! Daaamn! I bet he's still pissed! Fingers clamping onto her scalp and gritting her teeth into view, she put her knees against her chest. The blanket had almost fallen off, exposing her to the morning cold.

Regret, fear-filled her mind, and body, she wanted to plead Sessho for forgiveness... Looking around, no one was in sight. Jaken, Sessho nor little Rin were there. They left me behind! she yelled in her head and stood up, fists balled all the while. Her alien eyes examined everything around her and took it all in, it was the same as yesterday when they arrived.

A frown formed on her lips, she really didn't want them to leave her. Quickly she walked, heading over to the door and opening it. A soft breeze brushed against her when she did, it was almost welcoming. She needed to find them, or at least look for them around the village. She didn't want to annoy them or anything, she felt bad enough as is, about her antics from yesterday... Knitting her brows in worry, sorrow took hold of her emotions until a tiny voice chirped up.

"Y/N!" Rin was seen skipping over to her from the far right, carrying a handful of apples. "Good morning! Sorry, we left you like that, Jaken went out to get A-Un and I went out to get some food for you! I bet you're hungry!" she happily chirped and caught up to Y/N, smiling cutely.

"I-It's ok, really!" With a defensive hand up, nervous laughter, an open smile, and closed eyes, Y/N chuckled. As if on cue, her stomach rumbled and made silence waft into the air, awkward... Slowly that smile turned into a frown and her closed eyes changed into flat lines, streaming goofy tears during so.

"Yes, it is ok, really! Go ahead and take some!" Rin's gleeful smile formed even bigger and that made Y/N's day. Just looking at those red, delicious apples nearly made her drool... So now, going against her own wish of burdening a little girl like this and the group, she went ahead and grabbed one. "Lord Sesshomaru doesn't eat human food, so it's only the three of us that are eating these!~" she added and giggled.

"Thanks! Rin, wait... You mentioned A-Uh... Who's that?" Aside from the fact that she already knew who that was, she didn't want to make herself seem suspicious. If she told them about how she knew who they were and everything about their world, they would have a cow! Not literally of course...

"That's our dragon! He's a very good friend of mine, would you like to meet him?!" As innocent as she was, Y/N couldn't help but nod in response in midst of biting her apple. "Alright! I will give some to Jaken and see what's going on! I'll see you later Y/N!" she was so giddy, her cuteness had trotted off into a nearly, stumbling sprint and almost dropping those glistening apples.

Y/N giggled to herself, finding it incredibly adorable that she was wanting to try so hard, to impress and care for those guys; she was such a sweetie. With another bite from her apple, she leaned inside the doorframe and crossed one arm over her stomach. I NEED...to apologize... mentally speaking, her smile turned upside down once Rin was out of sight. Something caught her attention though, knowing that she was in a stranded village, she wondered why in the world Obsidian would send her there. I can gush or worry over Sesshomaru later, right now I need to figure out Obsidian's motives. Why would he send someone who's not from here, to a stranded village...? Hmm... You'd think it might be because people might see me as a witch or a demon? If that was so, then that wouldn't make sense. Kagome was in this kind of predicament before... I need to figure out what episode we're o- she stopped herself and widened her eyes, realization hitting her like a truck. WAIT A MINUTE! OBSIDIAN ISN'T ONE OF THE ANIME CHARACTERS! WHERE DID HE COME FROM THEN?!"  Now things were starting to worry her.

How far in the anime was she? Why was Obsidian, the bat demon, introduced when he never appeared in the anime or manga? The only thing she could think of as a solution would be that the anime had finished already and this would be a behind-the-scenes or after all of it happened, life chose to continue on without the manga or the anime. She could be in the future of it all! Well, still in the past but in the future of this world.

The sound of footsteps met her ears and she paused in mid-bite, darting her eyes around without moving her head. Shit is it an attacker?! Someone deciding to strike me down while I'm alone?! Well, think again, buddy! In her head she exclaimed, slowly pulling out her small cube from her pocket and peeking around the edge of the doorframe. It never hurt to be on guard in a world like this, when you're by yourself. She bit down hard on her apple to hold it between her teeth and spun around the corner with a roundhouse kick.

It got caught easily by Sesshomaru, who was merely coming into the house, this made her sweat profusely with shocked eyes... When she did kick though, a burst of wind harshly blew from the power behind it and made his robes and hair flow. He just gave a death glare, one of those attack me again and I'll kill you, faces.

Y/N jumped back and took that apple out of her mouth, chewing a small piece that got torn off. "S-Sorry... I thought you were an attacker. Can't be too careful, right?" Nervously chuckling and scratching her temple with shut eyes, Sessho just grumbled and walked into the building.

"We're leaving soon," He spoke up and made her blink, soon she too decided to go back inside.

"Ok..." Y/N answered and frowned, looking around everywhere else except at him. "Hey, um... I'm sorry about yesterday. After I touched your cheek, I thought I was STILL in a dream because some dreams can feel real. I just figured I was lucid dreaming; since in those kinds of dreams, you can do anything you want. I'm sorry, it just...finally hit me when I woke up," Her eyes remained lowered and averted, she could feel his own eyes burning through her very soul...

When she looked up, she saw him staring at her for just a moment, before turning away again. She frowned at that and sighed. "Well, you guys were only supposed to bring me here so... I won't be a bother to you or Jaken anymore," She added and turned around, about to leave the house until she heard batman's voice. (Hehe, his new nickname.~)

"Oh, I wouldn't say that now.~" Obsidian's voice rang above their heads. Down he came, flapping his bat wings and landing on his two feet. His pet bat still dangled on his finger, it made Y/N wonder how his finger wasn't even sore yet.

"Obsidian, what do you want...?" Sesshomaru questioned from behind her and halfway turned to face him.

"Hmhm, is that any way to greet your old partner?~" He teased and his bat wings wrapped around his form, hooking together by the claws.

"Partner?" Y/N spoke up in question then blinked with a risen brow.

"Yes! He and I once worked together to bring down a fierce enemy about a few centuries ago," He answered with a light giggle at the end and kept that sadistic smile of his. "I see you decided to stay the night after all; I predicted as much.~ I tend to hide here on my own accord, sleep or stay here. If I sent her to a populated village, many people would try and throw her out or kill her," he added and peered over at her. He may not be able to see with his eyes but, his strong senses can detect and guide him. Just by sounds, scents, touch, and taste he could make things out just as easily as the next person.

A few centuries ago... I remember on Wikipedia before I got transported here, that it said Sesshomaru was over two hundred years old. A few technically means three so, he's saying a little over three centuries ago? Damn, Sessho has friends even beyond the manga series! Y/N yelled out in her head, after calculating. "I used to be a fan of bats and I still remember a lot about them so... Don't you follow or see with soundwaves? Like... A sonar?" Now she was curious. Her eyes were so big with expectations and curiosity, it made the batman chuckle at her words.

"Oh, no no,~ Bats, my dear, can see just as well as humans. We cannot see well in the dark so we simply use sound to guide us! I, in particular, are in fact blind... I was born this way, you see. My senses are much stronger though, so I don't need to rely on sight." (It's true, I looked it up o.o) He said with his finger lifting up his bat, rubbing its chin and making it flap its wings. "That is also why I have a pet bat. It's to help me in case I'm unable to do something," he added.

"Then... I'm afraid to ask but, what kind of bat are you? A bug-eater, fruit eater...?" Y/N trailed off with her hands raising up to indicate curiosity.

"Oh, that? I eat bugs and blood! Mostly blood," With a big smile, he looked her way and giggled, making devastation appear on her face and purple lines. She turned into a complete chibi with white round eyes and no mouth.

"I shouldn't have asked..." Sweat built up around her head and she slowly inched her way towards Sesshomaru, in fear of her life. "So THAT'S where vampires came from..." She whispered to Sesshi and hid behind him. He only looked down at her from the side, with his emotionless face. It was a joke, really, she knew where vampires came from but just decided to kid about it.

"Lord Sesshomaruuuuu!" Rin's frightened voice screamed and in she came with a fearful look. "Something's happened to master Jaken! A-Un was attacked and knocked out, master Jaken is missing too!" She was scared out of her wits and without a second thought, Sesshomaru disappeared and left Obisidan, Y/N, and Rin there.

It was quiet for a moment until the man spoke. "Shall we go see?~" Batman asked and peered over at Y/N, then to Rin.

"No, I think we should stay here. I can't have Rin getting hurt." Y/N said with a serious expression and walked up to him, making his mouth part slightly.

"Of course! Then I'll stay here to keep you ladies safe,~" His cheeks flushed lightly and giggled, only to cause her to sweatdrop at his comment.

What in the world is he planning and why did he blush...? Hold on, him blushing like that, does it have something to do with me when I fell on top of him yesterday?! The young woman asked in her mind, with a surprised expression plastered. Rin had no idea what was going on, aside from the fact that they had to stay put until Sesshomaru came back.
