Carl seems like a typical guy who's just living a simple life. But that's where you're wrong.... He's a special one. A real gem, to be exact. You see....  he was bitten by a spider.

So...  what's the big deal,  you ask?  It wasn't just an ordinary spider but a radioactive one. And nope,  he didn't die from the bite, instead he underwent quite a transformation.

The supply of the cells increased at a massive pace. He also seemed to gain super strength and agility. And his body's now ripped. He had got the abilities of a spider.  At first he was shocked by this but adjusted later on. 

He used his skills and massive knowledge on tech to help the city from any dangerous threats or calamity. Everyone heartfully warmed up to the new hero.

Carl's dad had died when he was young. He'd always find inspiration in his dad. His death just broke him. So before every battle,  he would look up above the sky in remembrance of his father.

He loved his mom and sister and made a promise to himself that he would protect them no matter what. So let's start this story of Cyber Spider,  shall we?

Present Day

Carl was just strolling around the city, on the way to the market to buy some supplies for home.

Today was tiring for him, as he fought off Mysterio by completing blowing his plans, thanks to his high tech and battle skills. But still,  it was a tough battle.

Carl walked into the store and bought all the things on his list.  Suddenly, he had a weird feeling. A feeling that someone was stalking him. He quickly turned around to see someone just walking out of the store. He just shrugged it off.

And then he began his walk home.  He lived in an apartment near his workplace. His room was full of tech stuff and Spidey stuff. 

Carl reached the door and was searching for the keys to open it. Then he had a feeling again that he was being watched.  He turned around to see almost nothing. 

He swore he had seen a little bit of a piece of cloth right there.  Enough was enough. He decided to send one of his spider drones to spy around. And so he did.

Carl turned on the drone cam on his computer. So far,  nothing's visible. He laid on his bed,  exhausted. He decided to text his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy.

They had quite bonded at work.  She didn't know that he was the Spider-Man here. No one did.  They would watch movies together and spend time at the park whenever free. Both of them bonded over these little moments and soon enough....  declared their love.

So Carl opened up his texts.

Carl: Hey!

Gwen: Hey Carl!  How's it going?

Carl: Fine here. Just have a small headache at the moment.

Gwen: You know,  you should just leave your tech for like...... an hour or two. You need rest.

Carl: I know..... But I got some work to do. Thanks for caring btw.

Gwen: I'm not gonna find another Carl. You're the one I love. You're just miraculous.

Carl: That's just flattering milady :")

Gwen: Hehe,  we both know it's true.

Carl: How are things going on at the family trip?

Gwen: It's fine here.  My cousins are here to keep me good company.

Carl: That's great!

Gwen: I wish I could be with you right now.  I just wanna give you a big hug and never let go. And then just cuddle with you. ♥~♥~

Carl: Now you're making me miss you really bad.  ●︿●

Gwen: The feeling is mutual. I'm coming back tomorrow morning. We'll meet after? If you're not busy

Carl: Can't wait then!  So I'll see you tomorrow! Adios Gwen!

Gwen: So long my stoopid boi ^_^

Carl: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Carl then walked up to his PC to see the footage captured by his spider drone and BINGO! He saw a person changing into a whitish type cloth. He gasped. It seemed like his Spider suit.  The mask resembled it.

Carl was really curious right now and wanted to find out who he was.  So he slipped on his Spider Suit and jumped off the window. He swung building to building to that particular place.

Carl reached that place and began searching around. But to avail, he had completely disappeared. Suddenly he felt a palm on his shoulder. "Looking for me?" the voice behind him said.

Out of instinct, Carl backflipped and kicked that figure.

??: Ouch....  Dude chill!  I'm not your enemy!

Carl: Mind explaining who you are?  And why are you wearing that suit?

The figure took off his mask and revealed a boy with cerulean eyes and a brownish-blonde hair style.

??: Hey,  I'm Darko......  And I'm from another universe.

Carl: What?!

Darko: Dude chill,  don't kick me again. Listen to me.

Carl: *inhale* yeah go on

Darko: So, there are different universes.

Carl: Like a multiverse?

Darko: Exactly! And you're the Spider-Man of Earth 63!

Carl: 63? That's odd.....

Darko: Yeah that's an odd number. *smirks*

Carl: Nice joke *smiles sarcasticallly*

Darko: Thanks.

Carl: So you're saying..... There are more Spider-Men?

Darko: Many actually.... Woman too!

Carl: I don't believe anything you say right now....

Darko: Whyyyy?

Carl: Give me evidence. Then we'll talk.

Darko: Fine! You asked for it.

Darko opens up a portal and turns around to see a very shocked Carl.  Darko gives off a smirk and then jumps into the portal.

Carl: Hey! Where did you go?

"I swear my heart dropped for a second right there....." Carl thought

He waited a few minutes more,  hoping he would come back but he didn't. So he made his way towards home.

On the way,  he saw a robbery almost taking place. Carl just launched drone tasers at the criminals and voila, they were down at that instant.

Then,  he began to make his way towards home, still confused by what had happened. Some people cheered him while he was swinging.  It felt good.

Then he reached his room through the window. He removed his suit and switched to normal home clothes. He sat on his table and began working on improving his tech. It was like a leisure pleasure to him.

Suddenly..... there was a knock at the door.  He got up and took a look at the camera. It was him,  Darko and two other people. So,  Carl opened the door.

Carl: Hey,  I think I believe you, I guess......

Darko: That's great Carl.  And I wanted you to meet Miles and Gwen. Spider Persons of their respective universes.

Miles: Hey! I'm Miles from Earth 1670.

Gwen: It's 1610......

Miles: Oh yeah, 1610.

Gwen: And I'm Gwen from Earth 65. Nice to meet you.

Carl: Gwen? Gwen Stacy?

Gwen: uhmm yes?  How did you know?

Carl: There's actually a Gwen here in this universe too. And you look like her but younger.

Gwen: Well that's nice.

Carl: And I'm in a relationship with her.....

Miles: NICE!!

Gwen: That's great!  Welp,  I got this boi right here.  *boops Miles' nose*

Miles: Multiversal love, hehe

Carl: That's great you two!  And btw Darko.....  Why were you spying on me before?

Darko:  *sigh* Well,  it's kinda my job.....

Carl: What?

Darko: So me and another Spider-Man from the future, of another universe joined to check on each universes Spider persons.
And I get help from my Spidey friends too.

Carl: Ok, that answers one of my questions. How can you travel through um.....  Those portals?

Darko: See these watches on our wrists?

Miles: Just type the coordinates into it.

Gwen: And a portal will open up,  which will help you reach the location you set on it.

Carl: Wow,  that's pretty cool and mega futuristic.

Darko: And we are currently making one for you right now.

Carl: Awesome!

Miles: Once you get it,  you'll be able to meet the other spideys

Carl: Well,  this has got me excited very much.  And by the way,  Thank you for this wonderful and confusing revelation.

Miles: Are you a programmer or something? These tech on the table looks really cool.

Gwen: Woah!  Did you build it yourself? Pretty neat!

Carl: Yes I'm a professional programmer and more. I've mastered hacking and other functions to stop the crime here. 

Darko: SMART SPIDEY WITH THEM TECH Y'ALL!

Carl: Uhmm...  So do y'all want a cup of coffee?

Darko: Oh no,  we were just here to inform you about this.

Gwen: It was nice meeting you,  Carl.

Miles: Keep up the good work, we'll meet again real quick.

Carl: Well guys, thanks for coming and I can't wait to meet the other spideys too.

The three of them nodded and then typed coordinates to their respective universes and a portal appeared.  They waved goodbye to Carl and jumped into the portal.

Carl then lays down on the couch, thinking about today's encounter. He was almost gonna sleep, but then he heard a knock on the door.

Carl opened the door and much to his surprise, it was Gwen.

Carl: Hey,  I thought you wouldn't be back until tomorrow.

Gwen: Just wanted to surprise you. How was your day by the way?

Carl: Pretty weird and exhausting.

Gwen: Aww,  well C'mon over here. 

Gwen gave Carl a heartwarming hug, which kinda made him forget all his worries.

Carl then reaches for Gwen's face and places a delicate kiss on her lips. She kisses back.  And after a few moments, they release themselves. 

Carl: Well......  Welcome back!  Come in!

Gwen smiles and nods and follows Carl into the house.

Well I'm back after a hiatus.
