The armored cars had arrived at the front of the Sanctuary. The Militia began to exit the vehicles and take cover behind the sheets of metal bolted onto the cars.

You took cover behind one, with Louis beside you. Clementine was with Russell behind another sheet of metal. Lee and Wyatt were nearby as well.

Maggie gave the order to raise your guns and prepare to fire, so that they can get the attention of Negan inside. She then brought down her risen arm, signaling to fire. Rick was the first.

BANG!

You and everybody began to fire three warning shots.

BRAKA! BRAKA! BRAKA!

BANG! BANG! BANG!

POW! POW! POW!

Rick holstered his revolver, and looked in between the gap of the two sheets of metal in front of him, waiting for the door to open.

Moments later, Negan walked out, along with his lieutenants Simon, Gavin, Regina, and Dwight. Eugene was there too.

Negan: Well, shit. I'm sorry. I was in a meeting.

Negan chuckled, and rested Lucille against his shoulder as he looked at Rick.

Negan begins to tell Rick that he doesn't feel like fighting against all of you right now.

Negan: I care about my people. I don't want to just march them into the line of fire because I want to play "my dick is bigger than yours"...

Negan chuckles once more. You keep a straight face as you listen in. Your uncle always had a knack for those kinds of jokes.

Negan: ...it is. We both know it. But I'm also comfortable enough to accept the fact if it wasn't. I'm certainly not gonna let my people die over that shit...like you're about to.

Rick just looks on, not responding.

Negan: So, Rick, what the hell can I do for you?

Negan continues to smile.

Negan: Is my good 'ol nephew there with you? Y/N? Can I say hi? I still haven't had that dinner with him and his little girlfriend.

You clench the handle of your rifle harder, and grit your teeth. Rick ignores his question and begins to call out the names of his Lieutenants.

Rick: Listen, you five. The Saviors inside. All of you have a chance to survive here. To survive this. You all can live if you surrender.

Rick nods as he continues to hold his rifle.

Rick: Can't guarantee it anytime but now. Right now.

Negan: So they surrender...and you and your little piss patrol doesn't kill them. That sounds like a good deal!

Negan puts his hand against the railing.

Negan: What about me, Rick?

Rick: I told you. Twice. You know what's going to happen.

Negan then tells Rick that he knows what's going to happen, but that Rick doesn't. He doesn't think you have the numbers to fight him. He then tells Simon to bring out Gregory, who had arrived at the Sanctuary earlier to speak with Negan.

Maggie shakes her head, and looks at Jesus.

Jesus: Of course that's where he went.

Gregory begins to speak.

Gregory: The Hilltop stands with Negan and the Saviors. Any resident of the Hilltop who takes up arms or who supports this ultimatum against the Sanctuary or any of the Saviors for that matter, they will no longer be welcome in the colony.

Gregory also adds that their families will be thrown out of the colony, and threatens the Hilltop soldiers to go back home or they won't have a home to go to.

You look at the soldiers, who are giving looks to each other. You know that they're thinking of their families.

You decide to speak up from behind cover, looking through a gap between sheet metal as well.

You: They won't have to worry. They will always have a home to go to if they want, and that's the Oasis.

Jesus and Maggie smile at your gesture.

Negan's smile fades, and Gregory continues to speak.

Gregory: The Hilltop stands with—

Jesus: The Hilltop stands with Maggie!

Suddenly, an explosion is heard in the distance, and you see smoke in the sky. You know that's Morgan, Tara, Daryl, and Carol's part of the mission completed.

Negan: Sounds like shit is goin' down, Rick.

Rick tells the lieutenants to make up their minds now. Gavin tried to interject, but Negan stops him. Rick tells them this is the only way. Negan scowls.

Rick: You're gonna make me count. Okay. I'm counting.

He chuckles.

Rick: Ten!..Nine!...Eight!...Seven!

Rick didn't finish the countdown, and he pulled back the lever of his rifle to begin firing.

BRAKAKAKA! BRAKAKAKA!

Negan dropped down into cover, as the lieutenants ran back inside. All of you continued to fire at the windows of the Sanctuary. Glass scattering everywhere.

BRAKAKAKAKA!

BRAKAKAKA!

BRAKAKAKA!

This was all part of the plan. You didn't expect to kill Negan right then and there, but to damage the Sanctuary and let them know you all meant business. The horde would be on their way soon.

You and the Militia began to go back into their armored vehicles. Rick and Father Gabriel stayed behind to detonate that bomb inside the armored RV.

Once they had done it, you were calling out to Rick, who was shooting at Negan. He was behind cover.

You: Rick!

Fr. Gabriel: I'll get him. Go!

You gave a nod, and entered the car. Clementine was the driver, and the passengers included, you, Wyatt, and another soldier. She sped off.

It was time to continue on with the plan. There would be four groups taking down nearby Savior outposts. One was led by Rick and Daryl, the second by Jesus and Tara, the third by Ezekiel and Carol, and the fourth by you and Clementine.

You first had to regroup with your team.

You met up with your team at a field near Craig Highway. You exited the car, and met up with Lee, Louis, and Russell.

Lee: You guys all right?

Clementine: We're fine.

Wyatt: You guys made it up here okay?

Russell: Yeah.

You look around, and see your Oasis soldiers, also part of the Militia, standing by their cars. You walk to the middle, with Wyatt and Clementine following. Your soldiers notice.

Soldier 1: Chancellor.

You take out a map of the area, and point at marked spot.

You: There's a Savior outpost at an administration building about a mile south from here. We can take the cars about halfway there, then on foot the rest of the way.

Wyatt: How do you want to do this?

You unholster your gun, and take out a silencer from your bag. You begin to screw it onto the barrel.

You: Silently.
