BRAKAKAKAKA! BRAKAKAKA!

You saw Rick and Carl knelt down on the grass looking around for a weapon. A Savior ran up to them and aimed his rifle.

BRAKA!

You shot him dead. Rick gave you a nod as he picked up the man's rifle and started firing at other Saviors.

BRAKAKAKAKA!

BRAKAKAKAKA!

Maggie: Phalanx out, third group, now!

BANG! BANG!

Daryl followed close behind leading his own group.

Daryl: Move up! Now we got your backs!

BRAKAKAKAKA! BRAKAKAKAKA!

Nearby, a Savior grabbed Louis from behind. Lee quickly hit the back of his head with his rifle and sent him to the ground.

BRAKA!

Lee shot the Savior.

You: Wyatt! On your left!

Wyatt was with Russell near a house, as they took care of the incoming Saviors on their side.

BRAKAKAKAKA!

POW! POW!

Two Saviors started running towards Carol and Ezekiel.

BRAKA!

Carol shot one of them.

SULK!

Ezekiel stabbed the other with his blade.

Nearby, a Savior charged at Clementine.

SULK!

She swiftly unsheathed her knife, and stabbed him through the bottom of his chin.

BRAKAKAKAKA!

As you're shooting, you spot Negan in cover behind a car.

You: Negan!

He heard you shout, and turns to you. You begin to run towards him, but a Scavenger comes out of cover and tackles you.

You begin a struggle with the Scavenger, but Morgan runs up and stabs him through the neck with his sharpened staff. He helps you up, and gives back your rifle.

Morgan: Watch your surroundings, son.

You nod, and continue on with the battle. You don't see Negan anymore, and assume he's fled.

BRAKAKA!

Bullets start flying at your direction, and you get behind cover. Moments later, you see a flare get shot into the sky, and smoke cans are deployed by the Scavengers.

Louis runs behind a cover near you.

Louis: These assholes have smoke?

You: They're beginning to flee. They're trying to mask their escape.

You were right. Most of the Scavengers were starting to run out the gates and climbing the walls. The Saviors were following suit and returning to their vehicles.

You decided to regroup with the others by an RV.

Rick: They're falling back.

Maggie: Eduardo, Bertie, between the houses, cover the gate!

Her two fighters obliged and ran in the other direction.

Ezekiel: Now we finish this!

He rallied a group of people, that included Rick, Carl, Carol, Louis, and you, and began running to the gates. Clementine stayed behind with Lee, Wyatt, and Russell to help Maggie and Daryl's groups secure the area they were in.

BRAKAKAKAKA! BRAKAKAKAKA!

Father Gabriel and several other fighters began shooting at a truck driving towards the gate. Inside, Negan was in the passengers' seat flipping the bird at them.

You, along with the rest of Ezekiel's group, made it to the area.

Gabriel: He's in there! They're escaping!

All of you began running towards the gate, amidst the smoke.

BRAKAKAKAKA!

BRAKAKAKAKA!

BRAKAKAKAKA!

Saviors from on top of the gate began firing in your direction. All of you started to fall back and take cover within the bushes.

After the trucks left Alexandria, a Savior closed the front gates.

BRAKAKAKAKA!

BRAKAKAKAKA!

The Saviors continued to fire, until they decided to drop their guns and flee with the rest. You took this short ceasefire to direct people to the gates.

You: Now!

Aaron and a few other people tried to open the gates, and you climbed up the truck near the gate to get a view of the fleeing Saviors. Once you reached the top, you exhaled.

They were gone.

You looked down at Aaron, who was still trying to open the gate. You shook your head, and Aaron halted the attempt. You then look at Louis, who's loading his rifle. You give a nod, and he gives one back.

For now, you had won.

Everybody took the rest of the day to themselves. You stayed at Alexandria, helping around as much as you could.

Father Gabriel held a funeral service for those who were lost in the battle, and to also mourn those who were lost before.

You visited Michonne in the infirmary, who sustained injuries with a fight against a Savior during the battle. Rick was also there, comforting his lover.

Rick thanked all of you for showing up when you did, especially you. You told him it was the right thing to do, you had to fight for your family.

You, Ezekiel, Rick, and Maggie were about to talk with your troops. At that time, you remembered Maggie's conversation with you and Rick earlier.

Rick: Sasha gave us a chance. The three of you did. You made the right decision to come.

Maggie: The decision was made a long time ago, before any of us knew each other, when we were all strangers who would have just passed each other on the street before the world ended...

You remember coming from Ohio to Georgia for your studies. A place where there was no family for you to lean on....a fresh start.

Maggie: And now we mean everything to each other.

Now, you have that family.

Maggie: You were in trouble. You were trapped. Glenn didn't know you, but he helped you. He put himself in danger for you.

Rick remembers. Glenn is the reason he got to find his family. You also remember the times Glenn has gotten you out of situations.

Maggie: And that started it all. From Atlanta, to my daddy's farm, to the prison, to here....to this moment now. Not as strangers, but as family.

You remember all the bonds you've built since the camp. From Daryl, to Carol, to Clementine, to Rick....even the more recent ones, like Lee, Louis, Aasim, Wyatt....you appreciated them all.

Maggie: It started with both of you, and it just grew....to all of us....to sacrifice for each other....to suffer and stand, to grieve, to give, to love, to live....

You think of the people closest to you, mainly Clementine. You want to keep fighting, for her. You want to help lead along with Ezekiel, Rick, and Maggie so that you can free yourselves from the Saviors' oppression.

Maggie: ....to fight for each other.

You want not only the people close to you to live in peace and harmony, but the people back at the Oasis. The people you are leading.

Maggie: Glenn made the decision. I was just following his lead.
