ALLISON ❝ ALLY ❞ LEDGER and her family needed a fresh start, a break from the norm, after what happened. A recent mass shooting had occurred in their home town, in which Ally lost her best and only friend. It wasn't safe anymore there, so the Ledgers decided to move somewhere they deemed as safe: Riverdale.

However, after the murder of Jason Blossom, and the thought of a killer let loose around the small town, Riverdale was anything but safe. And because Ally keeps getting involved even though she doesn't want too, her world turns into one of questioning her sanity, and meeting a boy with the same approach to life.
