Avni did some basic exercise everyday so that the baby remains healthy 
Whenever kanchan used to open the door to give her food, sanjana used to badmouth avni& blame her for neil's absense
Apart from avni, all of them assumed him to be no more bcz there was no further update regarding his whereabouts in news

But no matter what everyone said, avni still had the hope of neil's return so she didnt believe in any of their accusations
Although it was difficult, avni stillgot adjusted to the dark room& the white sarees she had been given by sanjana
The biggest problem was the absence of any window to tell what time of the day it was, until she was given her meals& medicines, along with everyday taunts

As avni's delivery date neared, sanjana didnt pull her out of confinement but kept close watch in case she goes in labor
Since the delivery was to be done by assistance of dai maa, for safety purpose, savitri had called dai maa 1/2 weeks in advance
It was a random afternoon when avni felt a sudden pain in her abdomen
she screamed in pain, alerting savitri
She told sanjana to open the latch of the door

With dai maa's help, they took her into another room& dai maa started her work
Avni tried to push hard but was unsuccessful bcz of pain
