About the story:

Nothing...All she can remember is his name...his scent, that smile..those eyes. Saphyre, a Senior in high school, wished for only one thing and that was to, once again, have and hold her former childhood best friend, Aster. One odd day she is given the opportunity to find exactly what she is searching for, through a man that stepped into her life very much uninvited. With this discovery, came vial consequences and conflicting thoughts of lust and roles she never thought she would play in this life. Will she save the one she has always loved, craved and cared for or will she cower in the face of death, fearing the unknown of her own fate at the hands of a rather menacing, Fallen Angel?

Welcome Ra and thanks for agreeing to talk to us today.

I was dragged here by one of my assets. In spite of that, elated to be here.

Glad to here that... I think. Can I get you something to drink? Water? Soda? Coffee? Wine? Whiskey?

I'll take water, the purity keeps me calm.

Calm is good. Tell me a little about yourself.

I'm a complicated Fallen Angel but some may see this as an underestimation. I've roamed the earth since the 4th century of BC. My soul is merged with that of an Egyptian God historically known as Ra. He's not the kindest entity. Between his temper and mine, we wreak more havoc than we do repair it sometimes.

Oh wow.  Where do you live?

I live in Miami, Florida. I plan on moving soon, perhaps to Isle Des Anges. It's a dimension unknown to man.

Do you have any jobs or hobbies?

I am an Assassin. Not the most lucrative position but it serves me well. From the time I was tortured into ranking in my position as God of the Fallen to now, I mainly study apocrypha, and take on certain missions that involve human and demonic corruption. My main mission for now is saving my friend, Asteroth from the Underworld.

My only hobby is music. I can play any song ever written on any instrument you place before me. Or make an original score myself. Other than that, if I have any down time, I'll listen to different genres of music here and there.

You must be fun at parties. What are some of your likes and dislikes?

I like the smell of roses, the color black and guns. That is one of man's most lethal and tremendous creations. I don't like disloyalty, disobedience, men that prey on females, or betrayal. I'm not good at handling those traits in other people or Fallen Angel's lightly.

What is your greatest fear?

I used to say that I fear nothing. I've come to notice that my only and greatest fear is losing a certain Rephaite to the evils I can't save her from.

If you could change one thing about your life, what would it be?

The 50 years of trauma I had to suffer through and allowing Asteroth to slip from my grasp. Being who I was and living through the terror that I do, made me the menacing Fallen Angel that I am. I can't even cherish my family or the Fallen Angels that serve me the way I would prefer without thinking I'm showing a sign of weakness to them.

That's quite sad. Are you happy we know your story?

My pride would like to have kept it to myself. Others insisted that it shouldn't have been. Specifically, Saphyre.

Oh that Saphyre.  Tell me, are you in love?

Love is a watered down emotion and it is often confused with lust or passion these days. I'd like to say that I'm devoted to her more than I love her. She may not know this now but I'll tell her when the opportunity presents itself. Her soul is attached to mine from birth, but I think that our bond has been developed through time rather than through spirit. Other than that, yes, I adore everything that she was, and has become.

Do you have siblings?

I have a troublesome older brother. His name is Barachiel Anubis Legion. He's the keeper of passed souls and he practices the fundamentals of body art. At the moment, he lives in Egypt as a tattoo Artist. He gave my soulmate her first Celestial Henna. She and I haven't mentally or emotionally been the same since.

Do you have an archnemesis?

Only one, and that would be the Mastress. Also known as Lillith the Necromancer. She nearly took everything I worked so hard for from me and split the Fallen Race on Earth into two seperate groups. She imprisoned Asteroth and threatened the life of my soulmate by tying half of her soul to him for his regeneration. The punishment awaiting her is pernicious and soon to come.

I'm on your side there. Do you have a secret?

I have many but I'll tell you a couple for conversation's sake. I can transform into a Mythical Falcon or a representation of Ra, one of the God's of Egypt. I also lost a portion of my powers in the process of healing Saphyre. If she knew that, I most likely would not be speaking to you right now. I'd be arguing with her.

Secrets safe with me. If you could cure one disease, which would it be?

Stupidity. That is the true pandemic of every living soul. Makes the process of elimination in my missions much easier though.

Well that's a perspective. Is there anything you want to say to your fans?

I am grateful to the ones that I earned favor with. Being liked is not something I necessarily care about but I appreciate your captivation, nonetheless.

Can we look forward to reading more of your story?

Yes, you can but it's quite heinous and filled with darker elements that some humans may not be comfortable with. Brace your eyes is all I must say to that.
