MissMaccaSunshine:Which was your favourite song to record?

Mike:I don't really have a favourite song, but I have a favourite album that we recorded. Headquarters. It was our third album yet the first time we got to play. Just the taste of freedom was perfect.

Micky:I agree with Mike, but I loved recording Star Collector and Daily Nightly, because I got to use my Moog Synthesizer, which was brand-new at the time and one of the first to come out [I think it was the third to come out]. 

Davy:I didn't really have a favourite, but I was surprised when we recorded Daydream Believer for a single. It was supposed to be a hit and I didn't think it would work, but it did, and now it's one of our [three] number one hits and one of our most recognisable songs. 

Peter:I totally agree with Mike. But my favourite song to record was probably For Pete's Sake, though it's not my favourite song.

MissMaccaSunshine:Favourite episode of the show to film?

Mike:Fairy Tail. It was different to the usual episodes we did, and it was quite fun to dress as a princess. I think I made quite a groovy-looking chick, actually.

Micky:The Devil and Peter Tork. I thought it had a good balance of comedy, but Mike's speech was very good and it was one of the more serious times of the show.

Davy:The Frodis Caper. It was a weirder episode but it HAD THE BEATLES!!!! It was the first time [to any of our knowledge] that The Beatles allowed another TV show to use their song. Micky's directing was also fantastic and we actually went home a lot earlier because he filmed scenes with two or more cameras at once, instead of having to re-do scenes and cut and edit etc. Micky really took the biscuit when he was allowed to direct and pretty much used every penny the producer had. He had all sorts of special effects, actors, costumes and musicians [Tim Buckley also appeared and did a song at the end]. It was a great last episode.

Peter:Like Mike, I loved Fairy Tail. It was so funny and we often had to do scenes again because we kept laughing. Mike really should have won an award for his acting as Princess Gwen. Another episode I liked was Monkees in a Ghost Town, because Rose Marie was acting in it, as the 'Big Man'.

MissMaccaSunshine:Who would win a rap battle: Elvis Presley or Micheal Jackson?

Mike:I'm not sure. Elvis could probably do a really hip slow rap.

Micky:Ohh, this is a cool question! I think Micheal Jackson, because he could rap really fast and do an awesome moon walk to top it off.

Davy:*chuckles* You'd be surprised how many times I've been asked this. I agree with Micky, but people would probably like Elvis's better because he's the King and more popular than Micheal Jackson.

Peter:Elvis, simply because I like his music better.

MissMaccaSunshine:Peter and Micky, I saw you guys live in concert last year, on your "Good Times!" New Zealand tour.

Micky:Wow, so this is our second time meeting?! Groovy, I hoped you liked our tour, though we're all old now... *sobs* I used to be so young and cute! *cries on Peter's shoulder*

Peter: *pats Micky's back* That's brilliant! Did you like it?

MissMaccaSunshine:It was an awesome experience. I was actually in tears as you walked out on stage! Oh my Lord, seeing two of my idols in real life was so incredible and overwhelming. I loved it!

Peter and Micky:*actually in tears now*

MissMaccaSunshine:Only thing was some idiot sitting behind me at the concert kept shouting out, "Where's Davy?!" I honestly wanted to punch him. Should I have?

Me:YES!!! I would have, or at least I would have yelled at him to shut the f**k up.

Peter:I understand why you both felt that way, but I don't think you should do either. Maybe tell him to be polite and respectful, but [though it's hard to feel] it should just be peace and love.

Micky:*rolls eyes* Yeah, what hippie Peter said.

MissMaccaSunshine:Peter, you were pretty chill about the heckler and made him look like an idiot in front of everyone else in the auditorium. It was amazing! Go Peter!

Peter:*blushing*Thanks.

MissMaccaSunshine:Thank YOU guys! It's been really fun interviewing you!
