I wrote a song and produced a music video last night

I have been so scared to write a chapter for Hilda because I don't know what to do-

Somehow Hilda had dragged you along to a girls day. 

Girls day was her, Lysithea, Leonie, Claude for some reason, and now you having a self care day. 

So far you all had gone to town and had some tea at a semi expensive shop. The tea and cakes were delicious! You knew Hilda could afford it with the allowance she gets from her family but you still wanted to pay your share. 

"I dragged you here, it's my treat! Think of it as a bribe to have you come back again," she winked at you. 

"I offered to pay my first time too," Claude said. "Hilda paying was a very good bribe to keep hanging out with them." 

You said you'd consider it. 

Next on the itinerary was window shopping. You're not the biggest fan of shopping in general but you'd give it a shot just for today. 

Hilda would try to get Lysithea and Leonie to try on these fancy, elaborately designed outfits that didn't suit them at all. She didn't understand why they wouldn't at least try them on. So she'd turn to you and Claude. 

Claude, being ever the chaotic neutral that he is, would try to encourage the other two girls to wear them. You'd tell Hilda to let them be, they might find something they like and want to try on. Lysithea and Leonie would thank you profusely. You all did find something you liked. Lysithea found a white dress with a corseted waist that splayed out like a flower at the skirt. Leonie found an orange jacket that didn't have patches on the sleeves. Claude found a skin tight bodysuit that had yellow and gold accents? He was a nightmare to look at when he wore it and he would try to show it off at all times. 

You found a yellow vest. It was pretty simple yet still elegant. It was a button up with black buttons, a pattern handwoven on the shoulders. You wore it immediately. Hilda found a quartz brooch to add to it that was in the shape of a diamond. It was outlined with gold. She gave it a little kiss before attaching it to your vest, right over your heart. She winked when she saw you blush. 

Professor Byleth had given your class a partner project. You figured you'd be fine. Most of your classmates are really cool! Most, exceptions being Lorenz and Leonie but you and the orange haired huntress warmed up to each other with time. Now you are closer to her than some others in your class. Hilda didn't even ask for you to be her partner. She just dragged you out of the classroom by the arm which you guessed was a way to ask. Not like you were going to turn her down if she asked anyway. 

You knew Holst. "Knew" was quite a loose term in your case. You have, of course, met him. Hilda took you to meet him once. You had exchanged pleasantries and were kind to each other. You thought he was really interesting as a person. Hilda certainly didn't embellish anything when it came to Holst's' accomplishments and feats. There were skulls of different kinds hung on the wall, weapons and armor lining the hallways, medals and other awards on a board in the living room. Of course it was slightly intimidating but Holst himself was warm and inviting. You like Holst. 

After clothes shopping was lunch. You all went to a food stall that was serving Duscur style meat skewers. While sitting at a table to eat, you commented that Dedue made them better. Everyone agreed with you but still enjoyed the slightly spicy food. 

Once lunch was finished, it was time for self care. There was a sort of spa in town. They'd give massages, take you to a hot spring, there's a sauna there too. Hilda paid for everything again. You and Claude were fortunate enough to get Hilda to budge on lunch and you both paid for that. 

Walking into the spa was almost like walking into a forest. The wood was naturally finished, there was a sun roof in the reception area, a candle that smelled like jasmine flowers was lit. Your little ragtag group looked at each other. You were ready for a day of relaxation and that's what you were in for. 

You've never had a massage before. You want another. The masseuses hands were soft. They knew exactly how to work the tension out of your body. They even used hot stones and warm towels to relax your muscles! As a sword user, you had a lot of tension in your upper back and your arms. Your body has never felt looser. In fact, you felt almost like rubber with how relaxed your body was. Once you stood up and moved to the hot spring room, you wobbled your arms around and watched as they moved like normal. They did feel like liquid but behaved like usual. No loosening bone magic was used in your body. Fire magic was though in order to help relax you. Heat is really good for that. 

You almost wanted to dunk your head in the hot spring. The spa gave you specific clothes to wear so you weren't naked. You rested your chin barely above the water, slumping down into the water and resting against the back of the pool. You closed your eyes and took some deep breaths. 

Lysithea was the next person to enter the hot spring. 

"Hey, Y/N! The massage was fabulous, right?" You nodded, refusing to open your eyes. She laughed at you a bit. "You look zoned out. Must've been really good if you won't open your eyes." Lifting your hands above the water, you gave her two thumbs up. 

Lysithea moved to join you in the bath, keeping a reasonable distance between you two. 

"Okay, I get it now. I'm converted to the religion of hot springs," Lysithea mimicked your movements, closing her eyes as well. "This feels really nice." 

Hilda, Claude, and Leonie came to the hot spring room at the same time. They saw you both sitting there and laughed. 

"You two must be really relaxed if you're about to fall asleep in the water and risk drowning," Claude remarked, stepping into the water. He moved to sit next to Lysithea. 

"Back away, Claude. I know you're going to try to splash me when I least expect it," the white haired mage commented. You knew she was right and that is absolutely something he would do. She still didn't open her eyes to look at him. She would've seen Claude rearing his hands back to splash her but then deciding against it when he was called out if she had. 

Hilda sat next to you in the water, resting her head on your shoulder. 

"You seem relaxed," you did the double thumbs up to her. "Hm. I see why. The water is the perfect temperature and so calming after the massage." 

Leonie sat on Claudes other side. Everyone fell into a comfortable silence. You all wanted to fall asleep in the water. You almost did. But when your hands started to feel clammy you decided it was time to dry off. 

"Hilda, I'm getting out of the water now," you whispered to the girl resting her head on you. She groaned softly. 

"Noooo, you're comfortable! Don't move," she whined. You nudged her gently which made her cling on to you even more. 

"My hands and feet feel like raisins. I have to get out of the water," you pleaded with her and she groaned again. 

"Fiiiiiiiiiiine," she said and moved her head off of you. You got out of the water and laid down on the towel you had spread out on the ground. Time to get dry. While resting on your towel you felt someone bring their towel close to yours then lay their head on you again. 

Hilda rested her head on your chest this time. You took one of your hands and ran it through her hair. She almost purred and nuzzled closer to your touch. 

The real reason you visited Holst was to ask him for his consent to court his sister. You three had the conversation over dinner that night. Holst only had to take one look at you to know you meant it. You really adore his sister. Unlike any of the suitors that came knocking on their doors, you were sincere and a genuinely good person. Deserving of his consent, he almost immediately said yes without you having to say anything more. 

You were overjoyed. 

So Hilda is officially your girlfriend. You would sometimes kiss the top of her head softly and she would giggle. The two of you were so cute together. 

Claude, Lysithea, and Leonie were having slight conversation that you couldn't exactly pick up on from where you were. If you could hear them, you'd know they were cooing over how adorable you two were and how they were so happy you two found each other.

Good news everyone. I'm getting professional help! I've been really low recently, I just want a break. Writing has been an AMAZING escape for me but writing alone isn't gonna help. 

I hate therapy but Imma put that aside to get better. I strongly recommend anyone in my position right now do the same. I adore you all and thank you for reading!
