What's Safety?
»Abuse warning! Please skip if needed!«
Taking in my surroundings, it's all dark. My wrists and ankles are bound to a very uncomfortable chair. Somewhere behind me, a door opens. A tall man walks in, and sits on a chair in front of me. "You'll tell me who you are, and you'll tell me the Avengers plans." I don't dare say a word. "Now." I stay silent. "Or, I'll smash that pretty little mask of yours." He wouldn't.
"Sora. Pleasure to meet you." JARVIS puts a smile on the mask. The man rips SORA off me, and throws it against the wall. It lands on a table.
"The plans. Now." He growls, clearly impatient.
"I don't know what plans they have." His pocket knife cuts across my cheek, and I scream. "I swear, I don't know their plans!" A cut on my forehead, another saddened scream. "Look, I wasn't even supposed to be there. I tagged along," he took his knife, and made a deep cut to my shoulder. A blood curdling screech echoed across the room. Through the small light, I made out a nameplate, that was now showered in my blood. Samuel.
After a painful interrogation, he concluded that I actually don't know anything, and that he'd use me for ransom or something. He called one of his evil minions in, and pulled out a gun. "Take her to the cells. Make sure she doesn't bleed out. And put that mask of hers on, her face is hideous." He then shoots my leg, and my conscience wavers.
«Abuse Warning over. Take care.»

"We should have never let her join us." Steve is pacing back and forth, ready to punch something.
"It was your fault. You let her join us." Sam offers no help.
"I TOLD HER TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY!" He gets on the defensive. Tony is sitting on his desk, hoping he can find some hint of where Hydra took Sora. She mentioned that JARVIS was still in his files, so he might be able to trace him to Sora. After 20 minutes of hacking into the SORA mask's location, he finds it stopped updating it's location ages ago, but he has an idea of where Sora is now. He swivels on his chair to his still arguing teammates. "Guys, I think I found her." Spiderman hopped to his desk, crouching to see what Tony had been talking about. "Sora mentioned that she used JARVIS, so I hacked into the location of the mask, called the SORA mask, and found it's last seen location. Here." He points to the location shown on the map.
"Is that what SORA is an abbreviation of?" Spiderman asks, seeing the full name of the mask, the 'Sheriff of the real Avengers' mask.
"I thought you knew Sora. She said you worked on it together. It's a weird name though." Tony recalled the conversation he had with the 16 year old.
The Avengers split into groups. Spiderman and Ironman are paired together, with the job of finding the girl. "So is Sora her real name?" Tony asks, he knew it was a dumb question, but he was hoping to find more of this mysterious girl. Maybe she'd abbreviate her name?
"No. She named the mask, then she named herself after it." He answers, trying to keep his friend's secret.
In the dark, Tony's suit provides him little light, but the light he has, he can see the limp form of a human, draped on the floor of a cell. Spiderman sees the person, and rushes up to it. As Tony gets closer, he can see that the girl had her hands chained to the floor, her thigh bandaged, blood seeping through, and her mask cracked. "JARVIS, health rundown." Spiderman whispers.
"Welcome, Spiderman. Sora has multiple light cuts on her face, a deep cut on her shoulder, a broken finger and a bullet wound. She is still unconscious." JARVIS reports. That's worrying.
"JARVIS, is the bullet still in there?" Spiderman asks him, fear laced through his voice.
"Yes." The mechanical voice of JARVIS informs the two.
Sora groans, pain etched in her face, leg and shoulder. She tries to move her leg, but pain races through her body. Her screams are muffled by a rag that was shoved in her mouth. She opens her eyes to darkness, the only lights are the Arc reactor and eyes of Tony's suit. "Hey, hey it's ok! It's me!" Sora grumbles in confusion at Spiderman's voice, unable to recognise it. "It's Peter." He pulls off the mask, and Tony steps back. His Intern is Spiderman. The one hero who refuses to let anyone see his face had just removed his mask. Peter rips the cell door open, and gently removes the cuffs. Sora uses her hand to remove the cloth gag, as she's lifted out of the cell. "Your an Idiot." She grumbles as they make their way to the exit.
They're just about to burst out to the above ground world, when behind them, is the click of the safety on a gun being removed. Hydra men cover the door, and progress forward, "I was just starting to have fun. Would be a shame for it to end." The owner of the voice then snakes around, and hits the ark reactor. Tony allows his suit to fall back, knowing that if he refuses, he'd be shot. Tony raises his hands, and Peter lowers his head, clutching Sora closer to him.
Thrown in a large cell, Sora sighs. One of the evil minions come and chain them to the ground. They've already given up. Their only hope being the rest of the Avengers. "I'm honestly so confused." Tony sighs, referring to his intern Peter Parker being Spiderman. "Good." Tony's slightly shocked. That's the first thing he'd heard from Sora since they came to rescue her. Peter looks down at the sleepy girl resting on his shoulder. He can't help but feel he got her into this mess. Almost as if she senses this, Sora begins to speak. "You were right. If I didn't follow you, neither of you would be in this mess."

So I was up until 10 writing this, and I still have to get up early in the morning, so I hope you enjoy. Update, I get to sleep later, and it's still a pain. Anyone have sleep suggestions that doesn't include sleeping earlier?
Your comments can now help alter this book! (Vote or you'll watch a captain America PSA!) Should Willow get powers? If she should, what powers should she get? Update, I decided anyway
Thank you for reading this book!
