"Sab badhia... aur maine suna tune apne shaadi ke liye ladka dhoond liya hain! (Everything good... And I heard that u have found ur would be husband!) "

What! When? How?...

I was shocked. I mean who said so?... I saw everyone is surprised n a strong glare on me from Manik... I looked to his eyes to find hurt n anger... Why is that?...

But u know what! I find an urge in me to explain to him that there is some misunderstanding in Tai's statement...

"Who said that to u, Tai?" I asked her politely after composing myself...

I never talked to her disrespectfully... And we respect her a lot... She is a good mid 50s lady who cares for the kids like her own n support n guide them in life... She even guided us when needed, so we all care about her a lot.

"Arey... who else... ur Adi."

Now, I get it... it is him... But, jo bhi ho... I like him... he is damn cute n smart... n ya, possessive for me too.

"Tai... I'll just video call u. Tell him to receive it, ok?" I said before cutting it n video calling with a grin.

"owwhho... Ur Romeo is behind all this" Navya exclaimed n I just smiled...

"Hello..." a boy's voice came from the other side but he didn't show his face rather showed the walls of the room.

"hey! how r u?" I said cheerfully.

"Fine... Fine..."

"Acha... Btw why did u tell that I've selected a groom for me?" I asked.

"Arey! why not? u r mine... I'm going to marry u then how can I let u be someone else's wife." he answered...

"Hahaha... possessive much hain!!" Navya laughed out n Abhi too joined. I saw all clans r confused n surprised by this fact n Manik's eyes r getting more furious.

"someone else's? Means?" I questioned.

"I heard Tai maa getting a man for ur marriage n she almost fixed it... I can't let that happen so I just lied... actually not lie... half-truth... u will marry me soon na." he explained. my friends made o face with me.

He unknowingly saved me from this marriage trouble. Thank God, actually Thank Adi!

"Okay... ok my shy Adi... why r u hiding ur face? I've not seen u for long" I complained.

"No... u didn't come to visit me once so I'm angry on u" he too complained.

"Sorry baba" I cutely said.

"I know how to make him come out..." Mukti said n kissed on my cheeks with poch sound... n instantly he shouted showing his face...

"Hey! u can't do that... shu.. shu... go away... stay away from my Nandu..." he shouted n made all of our friends laugh...

"Yeh toh bacha hain (it is a kid)" Cabir exclaimed watching the video screen.

"Owe... Bacha kisko bola (Who did u call kid?)" Adi shouted making Cabir shocked n his other friends astonished as of a kid shouting at them.

Adi didn't like to be treated like a kid. Even though he is just 11 but is a more mature n smart child... he took care of everyone in the orphanage n keep every information too.

"Arey, why angry? u r kid only!" Mukti teased him stressing kid...

"Nandu... I don't like this girl... she is so irritating n also chipku with u" he complained making me laugh...

"Ok.. ok... How is everyone? Show me na." I said n he nodded running out to show me around.

Manik's POV

I let out the breath I was holding unknowingly after I got to know that he is a kid. ... But still, he said that my Nandini is his... How could he?

...Wait... from when is she mine?

But... it feels right by the mere thought of she being mine n only mine.

What am I feeling?... how can I feel something for her?

Nanz's POV

Adi showed around, a bunch of children from 3 yrs to our age r painting, singing, some doing chaos, some r playing n some also busy romancing secretly but Adi has his own reach everywhere...

N finally he entered the big hall which the dance group has captured n a dance was going on... My cutie-pie, Dimmpy is also taking the lead...

"Hey artist! How dare u enter our premises?" Dimmpy spat at Adi.

"I am not dying to come, Ok? Nandu is on line" he said back in not so interested tone. They also have 'chatis ka ankda'

"Woww... Nandu... u saw our dance? How is it?" She asked this the first thing... Actually all the dancers r crazy about dance including her.

"It was amazing... u rocked it" I, Mukti n Navya together cheered for her.

"But be careful... ur stunts seem dangerous" Navya told her even I think they r child to do such one but they r careless n free kids...

"Chil... Navi... we r cool" she said making us shake our head.

"They r quite good." Alya said who was also looking.

"Indeed... n there is more." I said to them who r looking at the screen n us interested.

"Adi... Isn't ur Bhai practicing now?" I asked him as I wanna show them more.

"Ammm... let me search............... here" he turned the screen n we saw the famous dancer of the orphanage dancing with his partner.

"Arey r dancing beautifully" Dhruv said as soon as they finished.

"True... they r couple." Mukti said.

Soon they came, greeted us along with 30 other child n dancers n requested us to come over there.... saying plz.. plz... plz...

Finally, Navya said that as we r staying home n resting so we can just spend some time with them as it has been a while we visited them n after a lot of yes n no... we agreed. Mukti said "How can u have all fun?... I'm skipping the boring office n joining u"... So, I, Navu, Muku n Abhi got ready to leave & Cabir insisted to company us, but I know he wanted some time with Navya, so I agreed and out of nowhere Manik joined us. When asked the reason he replied " My wish!" arrogant much...

And Dhrulya's word... "we'll enjoy our date alone"

Ashirbad Orphanage

We reached there with lots of chips, chocolates, cake, cupcakes n snacks...

First, we visited Tai n introduced Manik n Cabir as our friend, we talked a lot n instructed Navya not to run around much n sit n rest. So, Cabir n Navya stayed with Tai for more of talk n then will proceed out while Manik, Nandu, Mukti n Abhi directed to the art room where they encounter with Adi engage in a painting...

"Hey handsome!" I shouted walking near him. it disturbs him n he instantly hides the painting he was doing n smiled nervously.

I got suspicious... "What r u drawing?"

"Noth...nothing"

"I don't think so" I said peeping to see what he is hiding.

"Arey show na... I wanna see" I said trying to snatch it...

"Okay... ok... cool...     initially I thought to surprise u... but fine" he said opening it.

"Beautiful" I heard from behind Mukbi saying while I was just staring at the painting as if I'll eat it... My Painting...

"How?" I managed to say constantly staring at the pic.

"I painted looking at the photo of urs... it was after 5 tries...... How is it?" he said n finally I looked at him, his brightly smiling n hoping for complement face.

I could not form a word to compliment him n just bend down n kissed his cheek. He flashed his bright smile that could melt any heart.

"I want this painting plz" I pleaded n he smiled.

"Ok.... but I need to complete it first then I'll give u.." I nodded.

Manik's POV

Argh... Why she has to kiss him?

I admit that this kid drew very nicely... but why so intimate with a kid han?...

U r so gone Nandini...

Then we walked around... I must say they maintained this place perfectly, a big garden, playground, swings, sea-saw n all for small children... The art room, n I also heard songs coming from a room... some caretaker r also working...

I should donate some money here also.

Then we entered into a big hall i.e. Dance room n instantly all of then ran towards us n greeted Nandini, Mukti n Abhi... They seem to have good bonding... Then they requested Nandini to dance for then n she agreed but dragged Mukti with her too... I, Abhi n all get seated n waited for them to come out of the dressing room...

N finally they came out wearing a white shirt n a black short, hair open... looking so damn sexy...

They r doing the sexy sensual steps n all r ogling at them from children to youngsters... I just wanna shut their eyes...

But on a serious note, Nandini n Mukti coordinate very well like sisters...

Then I heard loud applause as they finished their dance short n the famous dancer whose dance we saw before at video walked to her...

"Nandu... one dance with me..."

"Sure" she said raising her eyes n eyeing her partner who seems excited sitting n waiting for them to start... Is she really his GF?...

I don't want her to dance with any boy n she agreed her BF to dance with any girl, seriously?...

'But u r not Nandini's BF' my subconscious mind taunted but I ignored.

She changes her dress to the one she wore, crop top with knee-length jeans n a neckpiece n appeared on the dance floor...

Finally around 6 in the evening, after so much chit-chat, playing, dancing n roaming, we r walking to my car which I drove...

I walked to the car door n waited as they r walking slowing towards the car... Navya n Cabir seems happy now... Maybe some progress...

"Come fast" I shouted n they walked to me & out of nowhere few men came n grabbed my hand n put a cloth over my nose... Chloroform...

I protested n freed myself ... but the stong chloroform made the sight dark in front of my eyes n I lost my senses...

God knows, now what will happen? N where r others?

So, next will be the main dhamaka... some action, some romance; well not exactly, n some emotions...
