The Aurora's gone. The PDA says a quantum detonation occurred in the drive core. It exploded. I couldn't do anything but stand there and watch it go up in flames.

If there were any survivors on board, there aren't anymore...

There's radiation leaking from it. It's too dangerous to get close. Luckily, the PDA has blueprints for a radiation suit. It shouldn't be too hard to make, if I can find the lead.

On a brighter note, I received a  radio transmission from a ship called the Sunbeam. They're offering to help but no one was there to intercept the message. Help seems a little less unlikely.
