So, I survived my first day on this planet. Despite the situation, I can't help but acknowledge that this place is incredibly beautiful.

As far as I can see, the entire place is just ocean. But even still, there seems to be a vast supply of food and resources, at least in this area.

Between yesterday and today, I've managed to find the resources to build a scanner, survival knife, an oxygen tank, and a repair tool. These tools should substantially bring my chance of survival up.

I've repaired the life pod so now all systems are back online.

The life pod reports that we've landed on planet 4546B. It's an ocean planet with a breathable atmosphere but there are high bacteria levels in the water. The PDA has also detected an increase in radiation in the area that matches damage done to the Aurora's drive core. I will monitor my condition but the risks are unavoidable.
