DIVERSITY. The more out of the box your character is the more likely I'll consider them for the cast, and I'm going to have a pretty big one so just go nuts! However that doesn't mean all of your characters need to have trauma or over powered quirks you got that? And if they do they better have lots of other things about them to balance that out. For instance, Tetsuya might have a pretty strong power but he has very little control over it and it has major drawbacks.
