An old Chwrreoke told his grandson:
"My boy there is a battle between two wolves in us all.
One is evil
Its anger jelousy greed lies and ego.
The other is good
Its joy peace love hope humanity & kindness."
The boy thought about it and asked
"Grandfather, which one wins?"
The old man replied quietly,
"The one you feed."
