The joy of the Lord is my strength! Amen? 

In all circumstances  God loves us! No matter what's going on around you as you find things to be thankful for God will increase your joy.  It will also increase as we become more aware of His Presence.  So if you're having a bad day read this chapter (or re read it the next time you're having a bad day) and REMEBER GOD IS WITH YOU.  Even if it doesn't feel or seem like it right now He is. 

Close your eyes and picture Jesus sitting across from you where ever you are right now.  Imagine Him reaching a hand out to you.  Now picture your hand clasped with His.  Feel His Presence... His comfort...  Think about how He died for you and was Resurrected. Feel your bad day start to fade...  Maybe now it doesn't feel so bad or not as bad as it was before. 

Let God increase your joy with the joy of His Presence!
