Hi Lovelies,

I am happy to be writing here again... Sorry for updating very late, i am just a little bit busy... Any way, i have another very inspiring story for you, guys! This is all about a mother's love. Honestly, im dedicating this to all Moms out there and to all as well who has a Mom as we celebrate Mother's Day 2015 all over the world. This is a very heart piercing story, so please hold back your tears.. Here it goes...

There was a teenage son named Adrian who was living together with his one-eyed mother in a small village. Adrian was always ashamed showing her mother to the public because of her ugly look... Whenever he noticed people were going to pass by their house, he would always dragged his mother inside their room and hide her there.
One day Adrian's classmates decided to surprised him a visit... So they came to his house without his consent..

"Knock!!! Knock!!!"

His mother slowly opened the door...

"Who's there?"

Adrian's friends looked at each other with questions in their eyes.

"Is that Adrian's mother? She look like a beggar!" One friend whispered. And the others made an annoying laugh.

"Um, we're looking for Adrian, is he there?" the other friend asked her.

"Yes, he is here! Wait, i will call him!" Adrian's mother smiled at them.

Just when she turned to called him, she didnt noticed her son was already behind her with an angry face and told her to get inside the room.

"Dude, who is that ugly blind woman who opened the door?" one of his friends looked at him with a sarcastic smile.

"Ah, she is just my maid!' her son lied to them.

"Hahahahahh!!! We were just thinking she is your Mom!" his friends laughed at him and annoyed him.

"No way!" Adrian asnwered in an annoyed voice.

Adrian got so mad. After his friends left the house, he called his mother angrily and confronted her.

"See what have you done? How many times i will tell you, just stay inside the house, don't show your ugly face to anyone, ha? Adrian shouted at his mother infront of her face.

His mother, didnt say anything, with head down.

'My friends are laughing at me because of you! Youre such a big disgrace in my life! I hate you!!!" he shouted at her with full of anger in his face!

His mother was just silent with head bow down. Silent tears fell from her eyes, as he heard her son spoke painful words to her, showing disrespect.

"Get out from this house, now! Leave me alone!!!"

Adrian dragged his one-eyed mother outside the house and pushed her so hard several times into the dark street, until she fell down to the ground helplessly.

"Go away from me! Dont show your ugly face again!!! her Son drove her away like a dog..

Years past, Adrian got his own family and live a cozy life. But one day when he was driving home from work, he met a car accident and his left eye got so much affected. The doctor said the inner part of his eye was damaged and need to undergo eye transplant as soon as possible. Adrian became hopeless, since eye donor in that time was so hard to find.. But one morning, the attending physician came to his room with a good news...

"Adrian, youre so lucky, we've got an eye donor for you! Tomorrow, you will be scheduled for an eye transplant!" the doctor told him happily. Adrian's operation became successful and he was able to see again..

Many years had past! Adrian, got successful in life, he got to live in a high class village with a big house and got luxury cars.. He became famous in the business society..

One clear sunny day, an old beggar came to his house.. She looked old with grey hair..she looked so pale, she wore rugs, her feet was full of wounds and her eyes were both blind.

"Anyone, please spare me something to eat, im so hungry!" the beggar knocked at the door with an ailing voice.

Adrian opened the door, he saw the beggar and got irritated.

"We don't have food here, old beggar! You go away, don't touched my door, you're so dirty!" he said in angry voice.

"Please! Im so hungry! Please give me just a little something to eat!" said the beggar with a shaken voice.

"Did you hear what i say? You go away!!! Get out of here or i will drag you off the street!!!" Adrian got mad and shouted at her.

"Please! Have pity on me, i only need a little food, even your left over would do...!" begged the beggar.

This time, Adrian lost his temper and kicked her face so hard. The beggar fell down and hit her head on a sharp stone and groaned in so much pain.

"Thats what you got, old beggar! Now, get lost!"

The beggar slowly got up and walked away...

One morning, Adrian saw a folded note inserted on his door.. The note read:

Dear Son,
The old beggar whom you kicked down the other day was me... I am your mother. When you were born, your right eye was blind, so i gave you my right eye. When you were at the hospital, and need an eye transplant, i was your eye donor and gave you my left eye... I love you, son! You are the only thing i have and youre very precious to me.. I prefer to be blind for the rest of my life and give you all my eyes to enable you to see how much you mean to me!
Your Mother

Silent tears fell down from his eyes as guilt crept down to his nerves.. He was touched with the sacrifices his mother gave to him... " I am a bad son! I have shown disrespect to my own mother and yet she still loves me! I am so bad, i have no right to be called her son!" Adrian thought to himself with full of guilt.

He got on his car and drove around the town.. He went from street to street to find her. He had learned that his mother was living her lonely life under the bridge.. Finally he had find the place and he saw how dangerous it was. The place was full of waste materials thrown by people over the bridge. River was stagnant and had bad smell. The area has full of crawling insects and mosquitos. Empty carton boxes served as her bed and shelter throughout the whole lonely cold night... Adrian was holding back his tears as he stared down the place..

"I am living in a luxurious life yet my mother is just living in a dump!" he thought to himself.

He went down the bridge..and he saw another old beggar lying down the carton bed..

"Excuse me, do you know the blind old woman, is she living here?" Adrian asked the beggar.

"Yes. She lived with me, we are together here in this dump.

"Oh, thats cool!" Adrian smiled. He was happy to know it. Finally he had find his mother's place, and this time he was willing take her to his house to stay.

"Yes, she is my friend.. And she is very kind..whatever food she had, she would always share it to me.. My friend is very lonely, sometimes i saw her crying she said she missed her only son..she said she love him so much but she cant be there to take care of him..." told the old beggar with tears in her eyes..

Adrian turned his gaze upward to hold back his emotion..

"Where is she now?" Adrian asked the beggar with a shaken voice..

Suddenly the beggar became emotional, tears fell down from her eyes..

"My friend is gone... One time she came here very weak.., i saw her head was bleeding with blood.. she said she slipped down and her head hit on a sharp stone.. The bleeding never stopped until she lost her senses. The barangay official took her to a nearby hospital,. The doctor said she got an internal hemorrhage...,My friend didn't make it anymore and passed away! She was buried yesterday! Her lost makes me feel so sad, now im all alone!"

Adrian, felt a lump in his throat as he heard his mother's painful goodbye.. He immidiately leave the place and burst into tears...but no matter how much he cried and say sorry, his mother wont hear him anymore!

Thank you for reading, guys! Hope you liked the story.. When i was writing it, i cant stop my tears...im really touched with the sacrifice and kindness, the mother did to her son in the story...

I believe the saying of the folks, "its easier for the children to throw their parents away, but for parents, even how bad their children are, they cant afford to forsake them....

To all sons and daughters, hope my story touches your heart., life is short. So, while your mother and father are still there, tell them how much you love them... Avoid wasting your time with anger and hatred.. One day, when they're gone, no matter how much you shout 'i love you!" they wont hear you anymore!
