Today, Im going to share with you a heart touching Love Story that will surely make you cry.... This story is just from own imagination, its my Valentine's Day gift to all of you, guys and i do hope, you gonna liked it! Here it goes....

ONCE THERE WAS a beautiful girl, named Paulyn. She was a freshmen student in a State University, taking up BS Nursing Course! Her father was a Seaman and her mother was a public school Teacher, and she was their only child... Her parents loved her so much, and gave her everything she needs, bought her expensive dresses, shoes and even send her to exclusive schools... She was a jolly girl and have lots of friends.. Paulyn was also a very loving daughter with full of good moral values and at the same time she was a prominent student in school. She would always made it to the top during exams and that made her parents proud..

During her sophomore years, Paulyn meet this cute guy named George who happend to be her schoolmate.. He was a Civil Engineering Student in the same University! Of all Paulyn's friends, George was the most caring one.. During vacant time, he would always find time to be with her, hanging out together, sitting on the bench with some cold snacks while talking about time past. When they were together, there was no dull moment for them, sometimes Paulyn would laughed out loud with his silly jokes but there were times also she got annoyed...

Their good friendship grew and later on they became best of friends! Now, George turned to be extra sweeter. He started feeling comfortable being with her. He even introduced Paulyn to his friends. It looked like George was a happy man when they were togethe and so, Paulyn...

"Happy Valentine's Day, Paulyn" a note read from her locker with a fresh red rose taped on it. She smiled silently, she knew very well that it was from George.

"Woooowww! Beautiful red rose!" exclaimed Edna, her cousin which locker was next to her.

"Yeah, its from George!" Paulyn smiled while smelling its fragrance!

"Sweet!!!! Are you boyfriends already?" asked Edna with a glow in her eyes.

"No, we're just friends and nothing else!" answered Paulyn..

"Hmmmp!! I doubt it!"

"Hahah, its not what you think, he is just a sweet guy!" Paulyn smiled at her..

"Whatever!!!" she answered!

Year past and their friendship grew into love. George and Paulyn felt inlove with each other! Later on, they became lovers! George was the most happiest man in the world the day Paulyn said yes to him! He was so proud of his beautiful girlfriend, and would even introduced her to his parents, and also to his closest friends. Being together was their happiest moment in life.

"I love you, my Princess.!!!" he said while staring at her eyes!

"I love you too, George!" Paulyn answered with a sweetest smile on her lips.

"I thank God because He answered my prayer when He give me the perfect woman I've been dreaming of?" George said while staring at her eyes and gave her a slight kiss on her lips.

Paulyn, grinned at him, how lovely she was wearing that smile!

As time passes by, their love for each became stronger although there were some people who wanted to ruined their relationship, still they overcome it. Their love became their inspiration to finish their studies. So they studied hard and became excellent students in the University!

When Paulyn reach her senior years, there was a sudden change on her health. Sometimes she felt difficulty in breathing but she just ignored it.

Until one day...

Paulyn collapsed during classes hours and her classmates rushed her to the clinic. It was found out that she just have stress and that she need rest.

Months passed and Paulyn's health condition worsen. Her studies became so affected!

One morning, George felt restless and decided to ask Paulyn's closest cousin.

"Ate Edna, have you seen Paulyn?" He asked.

"Nope! Its been 3 days now. We have not seen her yet!" Edna answered in a low voice.

"I am worried already, i called her up on the phone, but its out of reached. I called her up at home but their phone just keep on ringing!" said George. His eyes was full of so much worries.

"You must go and find her, maybe there's something wrong with her.....!" told Edna.

That day, George found Paulyn at the hospital. Her parents rushed her to the hospital, two days ago and the doctor advised them to confined her for observation!

"Tita, what happend to Paulyn?" He asked with full of worries in his eyes.

"I don't know, George! Im so worried already! Its been 3 days she collapsed and now she is still unconcious!" answered her mother with a sad eyes.

As he went inside the ward, there he saw Paulyn, laying helpless on bed! There was an oxygen tube attached to her mouth and different medical apparatus was also attached to her body. She looked so weak and thin already. Her skin turned pale! George touched her hand with so much worries as tears dripped down from his eyes.

"Babe, I'm here, wake up!" said George as he gently kissed her hand with his trembling lips!

Paulyn slowly opened her eyes and slightly smiled at him. It looked liked she felt pain in her chest and like she find it difficult to breath.

That night the doctor called Paulyn's parents to his private room for a very confidential talk.

"Sir, Ma'am! Please don't be shocked for the medical result of your daughter!" the doctor told them.

"Come on, Doc, say it please, we're listening!" said Mr. Abarca in a serious look while holding his wife's hand.

The doctor, pause for a moment while staring at the worried parents, then looked at the results printed on the paper.

"According to the results conducted by our senior medical technologist, your daughter has Ischemic Heart Disease!" doctor said.

"What do you mean Doc?" asked Mrs. Abarca in a shaken voice.

"Ischemic Heart Disease is caused by atheroscherosis, that is the narrowing or blockage of the blood vessels that supplies the heart. If not prevented, it will lead to sudden heart attack. And not only that, laboratory results also shows that, one artery vein connected to the heart is damaged and they have seen a tiny hole that bleeds cotinuously!" replied the doctor.

The couple looked at each other in the eye. Great fears and worries crept down to their spines as they heard the bad news.

"No!!! No!!! No!!! It can't be! Please Doc, I want you to conduct more laboratory tests. There must be something wrong on the result you've given to us!" Mr. Franco said raising his voice and losing his temper.

"Im sorry Mr. Abarca, the result is very much accurate there's no need to conduct test again.

"Doc, is there any possible cure for this kind of disease? What shall we do?" asked Mrs. Abarca, her voice was shaking as tears continued flowing from her eyes!

"With her condition, it's 25% chances she can survive unless she will undergo Heart Transplant Surgery as soon as possible!"

"Doc, please assure us that you will give my daughter the best medical treatment, I will pay you in cash whatever it may cost, please help my daughter! Please!!!! She is too young to die!" said Mr. Abarca in a despearate voice.

"I will try my best, but I can't promise you, it's still depends on your daughter's health condition. Now, if you have no more questions, I have some other oppointment to make!" doctor said.

It was the most painful news the couple had receive in their entire life. They became very sad like it was the biggest problem they've ever had. Paulyn's father started to sell their properties for her hospital bills while searching everywhere for a possible heart donor for her.

Days past and George had already learned his girlfiend's real condition. It was more painful for him, knowing that Paulyn was dying. It felt like a bomb exploded inside his head. The pain was unbearable. But George just hide his real feelings, he wanted to show Klicel that he was strong. He wanted her not to lose hope and just be strong.

George's studies became also affected. He would always chose to stay with Paulyn the whole day rather than going to school.

One day, Paulyn's condition became a little bit better and the doctor allowed her to go home to rest. She was discharged from the hospital..

Her parents were so happy for their daughter's return from two months confinement in the hospital. They invited all her friends and classmates and made a welcome party.

When the party was over, all the visitors left the house except George...

"Babe, you need to go home. You need to rest! Look at your eyes, you looked very stressed already! Don't worry about me, I will be fine here!" said Paulyn in a weak voice.

"It's okey, Babe! It's nothing! I have already asked my parents permission that I will be staying here with you and will take care of you until you got healed!" he replied while combing her hair using his hand.

Paulyn gently touched his face and looked at him in the eye...

"Babe, thank you! Thank you for everything!" she said.

"For what?"

"Because you didn't change! Eventhough I looked worthless already, you're still there!" whispered Paulyn as she lean her head on his shoulder.

"Stop saying that word! Who told you, you're worthless? Ha? It's not true. You never knew how much you mean to me.! You're the only girl I want to spend my whole life with! You are my life! How can you tell me you're worthless?"

"I'm sorry Babe, I can't be with you anymore. Sooner or later I will be gone!" said Paulyn in a sad voice as couple of tears slowly dripped down from her eyes.

"Who told you that?" asked George.

"It's what the doctor said according to the result of my laboratory test! I know, I have only a couple of days to live!"

"Don't believe him! He is only a doctor, he is not the holder of your life, he is not God! God only knows when will be our end and He alone has the power to change everything if He wished it. If it's not yet your time, then He won't let it happen!" assured George while hugging her tight to make her feel at ease.

That next day, George decided to go home, but before that, he first decided to dropped by a Cathedral Church to pray. There he prayed hard and asked God for Paulyn's healing.

"Panginoon ko, narito Po ako ngayun naninikluhod sa Inyong banal na harapan! Kayo Po ang Makapangyarihan sa lahat, at naniniwala Po ako na kaya Nyo Pong gumawa ng isang Himala.. Diyos ko, ilang araw nalang Po ang nalalabi sa buhay ng kasintahan ko, hinihiling ko Po ang iyong Banal na Awa, pagalingin Nyo Po sana sya, bigyan Nyo Po sya ng isa pang pagkakataong mabuhay! Maraming Salamat Po, Panginoon! Amen."

As days past, George learned that Paulyn was brought again to the hospital! Her health condition was getting more even worse and this time she was in Coma.

The doctor said, it was a little chance for her to woke up again. So her parents had nothing to do than to pray and hoped their daughter would wake up again, but she didn't. Everyone became hopeless except George. He has full of hope that God heard his prayer and he believed God will make a miracle.

"Babe, wake up, let's go home!" George whispered at her while holding her cold hand.

Paulyn looked so helpless! Her eyes were closed and she was not moving at all while the oxygen tube was attached to her mouth. George felt a lump in his throat upon seeing his helpless girlfriend not moving anymore. Silent tears dripped down from his eyes as he gently touched her face.

"Babe, I love you, please be strong for me! Please don't give up on us! Its not yet time for us to say goodbye, do you?" George whispered in so much pain while holding her.

The great love George had for Paulyn made her woke up again from Coma and soon she regained strength.

According to the doctor, it was a miracle how she woke up again from Coma with small chances.

Klicel regained more strength and doctor allowed her again to go home.

"Babe, sorry about this, I am already comsuming your time. You should be at school, not here beside me!" said Paulyn in a weak voice.

Her body looked more thinner now, her eyes have no glow anymore. Her lips became withered and her skin became so pale.

"Don't worry about me, Babe, it's okey! What's important is we're together!" George told her.

"George, I am afraid! I am afraid to die! I don't want to die yet!" Paulyn burst into tears and began to hug him so tight.

"Ssssshh!!! Stop crying, Paulyn! You won't die! I already prayed to God to give you another chance to live... God is good, i believe He will answer my prayer... And I also believe that if we can't do anything, God can do something!" George assured her while hugging her back.

"But what if, its my time already?"

George sighed and began to speak...

"I don't want to see you die, Paulyn! I would prefer myself to die first before you! You are my life, Babe! There's no more sense for me to live in this world when you're gone!" replied George with a shaken voice!

If Klicel only knew, how painful it was for George to see her serious condition. The pain was unbearable for him but he just keep it inside.

That mid afternoon, the wind was blowing cool and fresh. George took Paulyn to the park to have some fresh air. They rode on one bike together and strolled around the park. Paulyn sitted infront of George while he kept on pedaling the bike.

"Hmmm, so relaxing here! I wish this moment will not end anymore!" said Paulyn in a weak voice while the cool breeze brushing off her skin as they kept on biking.

"Yeah, its relaxing here thats why I take you here, Babe! I want you and I have sometime together like this!" answered George with a smile on his face.

"Thank you, Babe! I'm really blessed by God I have a very loving boyfriend like you, but it's so sad, we can't be together anymore!" said Paulyn.

"No, thats not true! We will grow old together, Babe! We will live together for a very long time! First, we will finish our studies together, then we will get married, have 2 kids and have our own home and you gonna be my Queen. And we will be the most happiest couple in the world!" said George with a broad smile on his face!

George and Paulyn enjoyed riding the bike together, they didnt know that they had already reached the highway.

Suddenly a passing 10 wheeler truck was speeding down the highway and they didn't noticed it was speeding towards them.

"Waaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

George and Paulyn got hit by the 10-wheeler truck! The bike that they were riding broke into pieces and the drops of blood scattered across the road. George was not moving anymore, his body was full of blood and has many cut wounds! His head was badly hit and his face couldn't be recognize anymore. He was lying across the road one meter away from Paulyn who was also unconscious!

Soon, the police arrived at the scene and immediately rushed George and Paulyn to the hospital. George was proclaimed dead on arrival by the doctors! His skull got broke and got internal bleeding in the brain while Paulyn was 50-50!

After an hour, George's parents came rushing inside the hospital and became very emotional upon learning that their son was dead! The sudden death of their son brought unbearable pain for them, but they have nothing to do than to accept the reality!

In the other room, Paulyn was in 50-50 condition. Her parents were still hopeless to find a heart donor for their daughter. Suddenly, Paulyn's heartbeat stopped, all the doctors rushed in and tried to revived her but all of them failed, her heart was not responding anymore!

A moment of sorrow filled the whole room, everyone was very emotional and crying especially her mother! Suddenly George's mother came inside and told them that they were willing to donate his heart organ for Paulyn!

Immediately, the Heart Transplant Surgery took place and it was sucessful.

After how many days, Paulyn was slowly regaining strength! She was slowly recovering! She felt no pain anymore! She had no difficulty in breathing anymore. She felt okey! But deep in her mind she was wondering why she was still alive, when she was supposed to be dead! She slowly opened her eyes, and the first person she saw was her mom and her Ate Edna, they were standing beside her bed.

"Mom!!!" she called.

"Paulyn! Oh, God, you're awake already! Thanks God! Thank you!" her mother got near her and hugged her! She was teary-eyed in so much joy.

"Paulyn, how are you feeling now!" asked her cousin Edna with a smile on her face.

"I'm good. I feel better now."

"Mom, where's George? I want to see him! Is he okey?" Paulyn looked at her Mom with a worried eyes!

Edna and her mother looked at each other in the eye with a sad look. They became silent, no words came out from their mouth.

"Mom!!! Where is George???? Answer me pleasseee!!!!!" asked Paulyn this time in a loud voice.

"G-george is gone!" replied her mother in a very sad voice.

"What?"

Paulyn felt like she was hit in the head by a sledgehammer when she heard those words her mother said.

"Geroge got hit badly during the accident, and he didn't make it anymore!" said her mother.

Paulyn, became very emotional and started to panic!

"Noooooo!!!!!! That's not true!!! That's not true! Mom, please help me, I want to see George, please take me to his room nowww!!! please!!!!!" she said in a shaken voice as she bursted into tears. Great sadness slowly clothed her body! Her lips were trembling, her knees were shaking, it felt like the world suddenly stopped from turning, knowing that the man she love so much was gone!

Soon Paulyn found out that George's heart organ was transplanted to her, that's the reason she was still alive and have life now! It was George's heart that keep her alive, and she survived her death.

It took Paulyn years to moved on after her boyfriend's fatal death. It's hard for her to forget all the sweet memories they shared together in a very short period of time. How can she forget him, when every beating of her heart reminds her of a great love George have for her.

Later on, Paulyn remembered the heart touching words George once said to her, "I don't want to see you leave, Klicel! I would prefer myself to die first before you! You are my life, Babe! There's no more sense for me to live in this world when you're gone?"

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for reading my piece, hope you guys got inspired with my story. Life really has full of twists and full of surprises. We don't know what will happens next. We don't know what are store for us. We don't know what lies ahead of us. So the best thing we can do is, just enjoy every moment of our life and live to the fullest while we're still on our feet.

Any way, tama na nga ang drama! Happy Valentine's Day po sa lahat, sa lahat ng mga naluha sa story ko! Sino ang mga nakakarelate dyan, taas ang paa, este kamay pala.. heheh..

For my gorgeous cousin, Paulyn Abarca, salamat dahil pinahintulutan niyo akong gamitin ang name niyo ni George para mabigyang buhay ang main character ng story ko. Thank you, girl!
