You fall out of what appears to be the sky, and hear the somewhat distant sound of music getting louder and louder as you fall further down.
You somehow land bridal style, in the arms of a very confused sugary skeleton.
You find said skeleton rather cute, after taking a minute to analyze their features.
The sprinkles and syrupy like substance on their skull resembling hair, the little dots scattered across their face resembling freckles, the slenderness of their bone surprisingly attractive as well, and their green swirled eyes that are practically hypnotic, so much so that you find yourself getting lost in them.
Their style isn't lacking in good taste either, sporting a green hoodie with a sweet lemony yellow interior, a strawberry pink undershirt, black fingerless gloves, etc.

Your fawning over this strange skeleton could've gone on forever, if you weren't interrupted by a different skeleton, whom of which managed to snap you out of it with a rather suggestive comment at that.

"Oi, Candy! Found yourself a sugar momma huh? That's rather surprising.." the skeleton states.

Candy immediately drops you.
Before you can reach the ground, you're caught by what appears to be some mysterious, bluish colored, magical power of sorts.
You feel yourself being pulled away from Candy, quite shortly finding yourself face to face with the other skeleton.
A smirk like grin seemingly plastered on said skeleton's face.

You take a moment to analyze said skeleton's, other features.
He is a skeleton of course, with bones and such, a black hoodie with the hood over his head, dance shoes, grey sweatpants, and deep, dark, alluring blue eyes with a touch of neon green...so captivating..
What's with you and eyes?
You're snapped out of your trance by your own thoughts, just in time for him to send a subtle flirtatious comment your way.

"You get lost? Ya have been staring into my eyes for quite some time now." He asks.

How did he know?
A blush tints your face and he seems to smile wider upon noticing it.
He plops you on the ground, releasing you from his magic.
He offers out his hand.

"I'm sans, nice to meet ya." He says.

You take his outstretched hand and shake it.
You smile.

"[you]" you reply.

You release his hand, and are about to pull it away when you notice his grip on your hand hasn't ceased just yet.
You shoot him a questioning look.
He seems to understand what you're thinking.

"Welp, I might as well be a pal and tell ya, you've just so happened to land right in the middle of the dance world." He says.

You're a bit confused.
He gestures to the floor, you notice it's painted to look like a familiar planet.
Well that's probably why he called it the dance world then.
Your expression reflects your realization as you make a silent oooh with your mouth.

"I'm guessing it's your first time here considering you don't seem to know what that means" he says.

You nod lightly, confirming his shot in the dark. :3

"This space is for dancing, as you can probably guess, just based off the name itself. However, what you might not have clued in on, is that this is a stage, and we are the entertainment." He states.

He sends a flirtatious wink your way, at the end.
Your face starts to get red, once you realize you're surrounded by various people and creatures alike.
He gives you an understanding look, and his smile softens.

"Any chance you know how to dance?" He asks.

You nod, unsure yet determined.
His smile widens more so.

"Alright then, care to dance?" He asks.

Something about dancing just seems so appealing to you.
You agree quickly, clutching his hand in excitement while nodding furiously to signal that you're ok with it.
He gently pulls you toward the middle of the circle and coincidentally a new song starts to play.

He smirks at you before starting to shuffle dance to the song playing.
You're frozen for a moment in awe.
He shoots a questioning look your way.

"You gonna join me?" He asks.

You grin, breaking into shuffle dance yourself.
Your movements start out at the same speed as sans, but you switch to a faster tempo as the song continues.
He seems to be slightly intimidated by your speed, but still attempts to merge movements with you every now and then.
Fortunately, most ended up successful; and ones that weren't, he was able to quickly bounce back from, to the point in which it wasn't very noticeable.
He starts to incorporate his magic into it, which you take a bit to adjust to.
Luckily you're able to figure it out.

As you're dancing you notice candy standing off to the side.
You wonder if there is some kind of rule saying they can't dance while you and sans are..

Sans pulls you into another merge of movements, so your focus shifts to him.
This combination of movements is longer than the others before it.
You can't help but glance back at candy every now and then, but nonetheless continue the dance with sans.
Something about candy is just so attention grabbing.
To be completely honest with yourself, all of Candy is attention grabbing.
They are just so pleasing to look at, that and they are ridiculously cute.
Eventually the song ends, and you suddenly acknowledge the sound of the surrounding crowd cheering.
A small blush dusts your cheeks.

"Thanks for the dance sweetness" he comments.

Sweetness?
Before you get the chance you thank him as well, he guides you out of the circle towards where candy is waiting.

"Did Ya have a good time?" Candy asks.

Candy's voice is surprisingly more feminine than you expected.
Sans nods in confirmation to candy's question.

"She kept shooting you looks tho." Sans says.

Shoot, he noticed?
You start getting flustered at being called out like that.
Candy gives you both a questioning look.
Guess candy didn't notice.

"Mind saying why by any chance, [you] ?" He asks.

Your face splashes with red, in embarrassment, and you mumble something regarding candy being cute.

"..sorry to disappoint you but she is straight, or so she says." He states.

OOF, guess sans managed to hear what you said.
Wait a minute! They-she's a girl!? Who is straight?!
Candy shoots him a death stare, but he continues on.

"Sides, she's practically taken by a couple skeleboys anyhow." He says.

You are still in slight shock, as you thought candy was male or non gendered..
Now you're just oof for thinking-assuming so.
You should be ashamed.

"Heh, you'd probably have a better shot with me to be honest." He comments.

Wait, hold up, what now!?
Well actually..
You start to actually consider it.
He seems to take notice, and immediately gets flustered.

"Kidding! I was kidding!" He abruptly spurts out.

You think of something kinda evil.

"About candy being straight or female?" You ask.

If candy had a drink they would have spat it out at that moment.
She immediately turns and walks off somewhere, nopenopenopenope style.
Sans is now even more embarrassed, and quickly rushes to explain things.
Some place, somewhere, someone is laughing their *ss off.

"Nunununo, No. I meant, the you and me thing.." he replies.

You mouth an ooooh.
Your just toying with him at this point.

"Why not?" You ask.

He gets all flustered again.
He's pretty cute actually.

"You're not actually considering it are you?" He asks.

You take this opportunity to stop.

"I'm kidding" you state.

That's a lie, but whatever, It seems to allow him to calm himself, even just a bit, But you do sense some disappointment.
Therefore, of course you must say something about it.

"Disappointed?" You ask.

He seems confused, with a hint of curiosity, and undertone of returning fluster.

"About what?" He asks.

You smile and move closer to him.
The close proximity of the two of you increases his fluster.

"Me an you~" you state.

The words roll out your mouth in an interesting manner.
He apparently likes how you said it, just judging by his reaction.
That including the physical reactions he seemed to be trying to repress.
Candy takes the chance to come back just to pop a revenge comment in.

"So Sans, found yourself a nice sugar momma huh? Who would've thought." She comments.

Candy grins evilly, as sans buries his head in his hoodie.

"Lalalalalala, Shut up." He scoffs out.

You wonder if he did lalala's cause he has no ears to cover.
She cackles and runs off, not that far away though.
Having heard the same suggestive line a second time, you decide to question it.

"Am I really that much older than you?" You ask.

*Sweat drops* 😅
Sans's attention flicks over to you in slight surprise.
Then he takes a minute to think it over.

"That depends.." he mumbles.

You can sense his awkwardness.

"On what?" You ask.

You're genuinely curious at this point.

"How old are you?" He asks.

You lightly smack him.
Candy seems to have seen, and you notice her eye sockets go solid black.
You have manners to enforce right now though.

"Rude." You state.

He's very confused.
You see Candy's green swirl eyes return.

"What'd I do?" He asks.

He looks genuinely confused.

"Don't you know it's rude to ask a woman her age." You state a matter of factly.

He rubs the spot on his skull that you smacked.

"How so?" He asks.

You try to think about it.
Oof, your head hurts now, wonder why.
Nevertheless, oh well.

"Actually I don't remember..but it is." You state.

He gives you a very doubtful expression.

"Is it really though?" He asks.

Candy pops over and lightly smacks him over the head.

"Yes it is." She states a matter of factly.

Sans shoots candy a how dare you betray me look.
He rubs his wounded skull, with slightly over dramatic sobs of pain.

"Whyyyyyy~" he whines.

He is ignored.

You get to know candy a bit more, and you both bond over a mutual interest in gardening, an interest you didn't know you had till now.
Well actually, now that you think about it, you don't really remember much about anything before falling out of the sky..
That could be a problem.
Your soon snapped out of your thoughts once more; this time, by none other than candy, just asking sans about something.

"You going to get the thing?" She asks.

Sans glances at her confused, before realization strikes his face.

"Oh! Right, uh..don't know if I should leave you alone with her though" he replies.

You don't really understand why that wouldn't be ok.
Candy seems to have caught on to what he was saying tho.

"LalalalaLa Shut up! I'm straight! We've already established this! Now go get your stupid cash before I smack you!" She shouts at him.

Huh, she does it too?
And Cash?
What'd she mean by cash?
Is that the thing?

"Ok! Jeese! Fine then! I'm off~" he scoffs.

He sends a flirtatious wink your way before taking off, leaving you with Candy.

You and candy talk s'more, and watch various other shuffle dancers performing within the middle of the circle.
You get an idea, and don't hesitate to let candy in on it.

"So can you dance?" You ask.

Your gazes meet, and you hold eye contact for a few heartbeats.
Unaware of the noticeable mysterious glint in your eyes.

"Course I can" she states a matter of factly.

You see a mysterious glint in candy's eyes.
You kinda like it.
You wonder what she's thinking.
It's nice to know she can dance though.

"What kind of dance?" You ask.

She smiles, the glint in her eyes seemingly shining brighter.

"How about, I show you?" She asks.

She pulls you over to an open space.
There is a song currently playing that she starts to dance to.
You notice she dances mainly with her hips.
She does however incorporate a lot of other things into it though, like chest pumps, crazy cool hand stuff, head movements, coordinated full body jerks, hand gestures, and even shuffle dance.
Her dancing is sporadic and complicated looking.

"Hey you gonna dance with me?" She asks.

She snaps you out of your thoughts.
You realize you've just been watching her dance, while just standing there.

"Oh! Yeah." You respond.

Before you can actually start the song ends.
You sigh unhappily.

"Hey, wanna dance in the world for this next song?" She asks.

You instantly perk up at this, and nod furiously in approval.
She smiles and pulls you back over to and into the dance circle.
