Jade's eyes were filled with rage and tears as she rode the elevator away from the scene. Feeling a tingling sensation in her fingers from what she had just done. The darkness surrounding her, consuming her. She wanted to find the scavenger, she wanted her dead.

Pure hatred filled the halls as she walked through them, trying to reach the hangar. She assumed that Rey would have been trying to escape now. Her fists were tight at her sides as she passed by Stormtroopers, who couldn't keep their gaze off of her.

As she reached the hangar, she watched as an unidentified ship took off into the sky. Shouting for someone, anyone to hear her, she waved her arms. "Stop that ship!" But it was too late, it was gone and so was the girl. She watched as it soared away, jumping into light speed. Bubbling anger followed.

A hand grabbed her by her arm, pulling her back through the hallways. "What are you doing! Get off of me!" She yelled, seeing it was Kylo and becoming more frustrated. "You let her go!"

He didn't say anything, just kept pulling her along until they reached the quiet training room. He tossed her inside as the doors swung shut. Catching her breath, she stared at the now furious man who ripped his helmet off of his head. It went hurdling against the floor, luckily not breaking this time. "Are you a fool?" He pace quickened close to her, his finger pointed in her face.

Confused but hurt, her face contorted at his words. "What are you talking about! He deserved to die." Groaning at her words, Kylo spun around with his hands gripping his hair.

"Do you know what you just did? How are we going to explain that to the council?" It hadn't even occurred to her, she was simply blinded by rage and revenge.

"I-I didn't thi-"

"No. You didn't think," he spat out at her, shaking his head as he paced the floors. Her eyes were wide, rethinking what she had done. Trying to think of something to say. Then, thoughts of the girl came rushing at her. Not only did he let her go, but he fought with her. Offered to rule with her. It felt different being around the two of them, a connection unexplained.

With arms crossed, she narrowed her eyes at him. "You love her?" Her words caused him to turn quickly. "What?"

Jade sighed and shook her head, looking down at the floor with a sad smile. "You connect with her. Deeper than we ever have. You want her to rule with you."

"I was just saying that so she'd join our side."

With a scoff, she shot him daggers. "Don't try it, Ren. I know that's a lie." Pain burning in her heart, she let some tears fall down her cheeks. "So, go ahead, Supreme Leader. Go find the girl."

The pain she felt pulled her out of the room they were in and down the hall. She didn't know what she was going to do, or where she would go, she just needed to be alone. Her heart felt like it was near shattering into a million tiny shards of glass. Piercing her skin and leaving her to bleed. She thought killing Hux would make her feel better, but it just made things worse. I am not a fool.

The dark was overwhelming, endangering. She needed to rid of it. It was destroying her. Turning her into the same monster she hated to begin with.

Reaching their quarters, she took a deep breath in before opening the doors. Seeing the helmet sitting in the middle of the room, she broke down into a sob and kneeled in front of it. "Anakin. Please help me. I'm so lost." Her wet eyes stared down at the floor as she gripped her knees.

"Lost, you are not."

A strange voice sounded next to her, startling her a bit. She had never heard this voice before. Her eyes were peeled when she saw the little green man walking towards her.

"Hurt, you are."

Sniffling, wiping the tears from her cheeks, she nodded. "Who are you?"

"Need to know me, you do not. Help you, I must." His small body hopped up on one of the chairs, making a noise of great effort.

"How can you help me? I fear I'm too deep in the dark."

With a small chuckle, he tapped his staff, he held in his right hand, on the floor. "Always with you, the light is. Find it, you must. Mhm." He nodded, not taking his eyes off of her.

Now standing, she shrugged and threw up her hands. "I don't understand. How do I find it?"

"Hmmm. Found it before, you have. Trust in it, you must. Reach for it." His eyes closed, an aura around him lit before his ghost disappeared.

Her eyes widened and she looked around for him. "No! Come back. I still don't understand!" Within that moment, her necklace shook. The moon vibrating against her chest. She stared down at it, clutching it in her fingers. "Mom. Dad." Her eyes closed, reaching out with the force. Slowing down her breathing, cutting all noise out except the sounds of her own body. Her heart beat, the air leaving and entering her lungs, her thoughts only repeating her parents' names.

"Jade." A soft, motherly tone sounded causing Jade's eyes to flutter open. Her parents, their blue hazed forms, standing in front of her. Their eyes so kind and understanding. Immediately, she welled up at the sight.

She could barely breathe to reply, just stared at them as she held her necklace. "Our sweet girl, why are you crying?" Her father's voice soothed her, kissing her ears.

"I've done wrong. Killed many out of spite. Anger. Revenge. I don't want to feel this way anymore." She broke down, falling to the ground once more. She felt their hands on her, soft and warm. "It's all my fault."

"My love, you don't have to feel torn. You are more than the dark. It has not taken you yet," her mother said, smiling down at her. She smoothed her hair as she spoke. "You have always loved with your whole heart."

As tears streamed, her mind started to clear. Nodding at what her mom said, she choked back sobs. "I love someone but he loves someone else."

Her father laughed a bit, shaking his head. "I can tell you right now, he does not." Jade lifted her head, eyebrows furrowing up at him. "He only has eyes for you. He is the one who is lost to the dark."

Remembering what Anakin had said to her before, she nodded as she pulled enough strength up to stand once more. "I need to save him but I also need to save myself." Both her parents nodded to her, her mother placing a soft hand on her daughter's cheek.

"You are braver than you even know. Save the man you love." Jade's eyes closed at her touch, smiling back at them.

When she opened her eyes, they were gone. It felt empty without them there again, but it didn't hurt anymore. Seeing them, hearing their words, closed a door on her guilt. It wasn't her fault, it was the dark. The dark that took over her and Kylo Ren. The pressure and power of it all.

She needed to do something. Tearing out of their quarters, she ran back towards the training room. The only thought that pulsed through her mind was getting to Kylo before he did something he'd regret.

Turning the corner, she crashed into Kylo's strong body. He grabbed her before she could fall. Looking into her eyes, he noticed something in her. She had a strange aura around her, he sensed it. "What is it?" He asked, his voice soft. His helmet clutched in his other hand, her eyes gazing into his natural ones. The warmth they shared was unlike any other. It was intense, needy. Without hesitation, she reached up and enveloped him in a passionate kiss.

His eyes shot open but quickly he melted into her lips. Getting lost in each other for a moment or two before Kylo abruptly pulled away. "Are you crazy! After everything you've just done and you want to risk kissing me in public?" His brash whisper washed over her.

A small smirk crept up, biting her bottom lip. "Maybe I am crazy." His heart fluttered when she spoke, causing him to feel his pants grow tighter around his swell. The grip on her arm only grew tighter as he growled down at her. "Come with me."
