"Go"

"He isn't worth your energy..."

"I said, go"

"He will only bring you heart ache..."

"I'm sorry for what I did"

"His actions will just continue. He will continue to hurt more people..."

"He's a monster"

The voices went back and forth in Jade's mind. She tossed in her bed before slowly sitting up, rubbing her glossy eyes. Her tears and hysteria lulled her to sleep until the morning sun kissed her skin. She glanced down at her attire, seeing how she was still in her dress from the night before.

All she wanted to do was rip off the garments from her body, not wanting to be reminded of the pain she endured. His cloak still clung to her shoulders as well, his scent still lingering in the air around her. It tugged on her heart with an intensity so strong, she wanted to just curl up in a ball and cry once more.

He was a monster. His actions caused pain to so many. What she witnessed, both on her home planet and what she had seen the night before, churned her stomach sour. The voice from her sleep echoed once more in her mind.

"He will only bring you heart ache"

Maybe this was a sign, telling her to keep her distance. He isn't worth being broken up over. What she saw last night, the anger that dilated his pupils, was enough for her to be terrified of him.

Her strength pushed her out of bed and onto the chilled floor. She hadn't the foggiest what time it was, all she knew was she needed to cleanse herself of the previous night.

The warm water surrounded her in the bath as she soaked away her dejection. She had her hopes up for him, she was starting to see a different side to him. One that others wouldn't normally see. It filled her heart with disappointment as she stared ahead at the white tiled wall.

How could I be so stupid? To trust such an animal. A monster. This attraction to him is merely physical. It has to be.

Her head ducked under the water as she wanted to only hear silence. Nothing but the sound of her own heart beat against her chest. As she came up, rubbing her face, a long sigh escaped. She knew she would have to train with him that morning, to face him after how he acted. As the bath water started to cool, she reluctantly got out to begin getting ready.

Cora had come by to braid her hair and help her with whatever needs she had. Something Jade was thankful for was the older woman hadn't asked her about her night. Truthfully, it was written all over her face that the night didn't go as planned. There was no reason to prod for an answer she already knew.

"Ren has requested for you to meet him in the training room," Cora stated before leaving her at the door to her room. A pit in her stomach was formed at the news, knowing he must still be angry. Angry enough not to simply walk with her. This ignited the flame in her even more.

On the way to the training room, Jade's small hands were forming into tight fists as she got closer. The idea of seeing his stupid, beautiful face after what happened put her on edge. She was going to stand her ground, he didn't deserve for her to be soft.

When she got there, he hadn't arrived yet. She scoffed, rolling her eyes as she began to stretch. Her arms and legs were sore from the day before but that wasn't going to stop her or hold her back from him. She needed to be unstoppable.

He finally arrived, brooding and in full armor. His helmet atop his beautiful, long locks. That awful piece of metal. Thank god, it will keep me focused.

A staff came whizzing by him, directed at Jade. With the will of the force, she was able to sense it hurdling towards her. Her hand reached up and gripped onto it, a pant leaving her as she realized what he just did. Really...

"Get in position." His voice was distorted by the mechanics in his mask as he held onto his weapon, standing behind her. She rolled her eyes, her back facing him. Fury built just before she swung her staff around towards him. A sharp cry screeching out from her throat as her stick was caught by his.

A soft growl was heard through his mask as their training began. Although, it being training, it felt more like a battle. A battle of emotions. A battle for hierarchy. A battle for relief.

As their weapons collided with each other, loud smacks echoing off the walls, the anger was bubbling up inside of Jade. His voice repeated over and over in her mind. "I said, go."

Suddenly, without thinking, Jade threw her hand out in front of her, summoning the force. Within a second, Kylo's movements ceased, as if someone froze him in his exact spot. "Enough, let go." His voice sounded angrier than before.

"No," she spat out, fingers curling inwards. She could hear him beginning to choke, gasping for air. A small smile forming along her lips. It felt good, it felt right.

Kylo broke through her force, his hand pushing out to her and throwing her back at the wall on the opposite side of the room. Her body collided with the stone, slumping down onto the floor. Her eyes were wide, looking in his directions, soon filled with rage. "What is wrong with you!" she yelled out, still sitting on the cushioned floor.

"Me. Me? What is wrong with you?" He traveled closer to her, now hovering over her temperamental frame. "What happened to my sweet Jade?"

Her cold laugh shook him to his core as she rolled her eyes. "Really, Ren? Your 'sweet Jade' left when you told her to go last night."

Slowly and achingly, she stood in front of him. Her eyes locked with his terrifying mask. "Just because I saw your past doesn't mean anything. You can't keep your past closed off to everyone forever. It was an accident, I wasn't even looking for it. But now that I've seen who you were, what brought you here, and how you acted last night... it all makes sense. You are a monster."

She huffed as she strode away from him, about to leave before turning back to look at him once more. "You can keep your apology, I know you didn't mean it anyway." She disappeared from his sight, leaving him alone.

His hands grasped the bottom of his mask, whisking it off his head. With a loud growl, he tossed it against the stone wall. Pieces of the wall and his helmet shattering into millions of pieces.

Night fell quickly as Jade wandered the halls, needing to get out of her own head. It was a nasty place to be in at the moment. She found herself walking aimlessly, down halls she had never ventured before. Her only destination, so far, had been the training room and Kylo's floor. The thought of the night before giving her a shiver down her spine.

Turning the corner, she was met with a view that over looked the hangar of the station. She hummed as she walked up to it, looking out over all the ships being worked on. She saw stormtroopers, engineers, and generals pacing below her. It was intriguing to see, wondering how it felt to work for the First Order. What it felt like to be directed by Kylo Ren.

Just the thought of that man made her stomach churn. She felt uneasy from their prior conversation. Almost guilty. Stop. He made you feel so small. He deserved it.

Eyeing the stairs that led down to the hangar, Jade bit the inside of her lip before deciding on venturing down. She wouldn't hang around for long, she just wanted to see what it was like. It would be quick, not long enough to get caught.

Her feet worked quickly as she scaled the stairs, down to the floor she was once standing above. Everything seemed so rushed, so chaotic. She gazed around at all the workers, sparks flying from instruments they used to repair the ships. Stormtroopers walking around, holding blasters in their hands. This made Jade a little nervous, so she continued to walk past them.

No one had noticed her, much to her surprise. Thankfully, General Hux was no where to be found. What a terrible man he was, too. Ren and him are like two peas in a pod...

She stood below a large, black ship. It was currently unattended, no one working on it from what she could tell. The hatch was open to the floor, almost inviting her to step inside. A small smile formed on her face as she looked around her, making sure no one was watching her, before stepping up the ramp.

Her eyes widened in amazement as she looked at her surroundings, touching the black metal walls as she climbed further in. It was huge, a large window looking out onto the people below. Benches of seats lined the walls and the center of the ship. Small tables and chairs were placed all around as well. The back of the ship had an equally large window as the front.

Being in a ship was foreign to her but there was something so familiar about this one. She had seen it before. But where?

A sharp pain pounded against her head as she let out a stifled cry, crouching down as she held her ears. The two stormtroopers hands wrapped around her biceps. The sounds of her weeping and crying out for her family. The sight of Kylo Ren walking up the ramp towards her. His hand over her head before...

When she came to from her vision, her eyes filled with tears. "This is Kylo's ship..."

"How right you are, young one." A cross voice rang through the empty ship as Jade's eyes trailed up to see Hux standing at the top of the ramp. His hands were clasped behind his back as he strode up to meet her.

His stance made her scoot back a few steps. "Not afraid of me, are you?" he cooed, smirking as he gained on her. She clamored up to her feet, still trying to move away from him. He had a disgusting aura. One she could only define as sleazy. In this moment, he scared her more than Kylo ever had.

"No, sir. You startled me, is all."

He tutted as he shook his head, surveying her. "What is Kylo Ren's pet doing in his ship?"

Anger fueled her words as she stepped forward, feeling a bit of confidence now. "I am not his pet." She could feel the bile inching up her throat as she merely thought of it. Laughing coldly, Hux turned away from her, sauntering towards the back of the ship.

"That's not what it seems like to me. Seems like he has you wrapped around his little finger. And, come to think of it," he paused, as he turned around to face her again, "you have him around yours. Don't you?"

"He is a monster. I would rather die." As the words came out of Jade's mouth, they felt like a lie. Dirty and wrong. But he was a monster, wasn't he? She didn't want to be his, right?

Hux shook his head, another snide chuckle leaving his frail frame. "You didn't seem too bothered by him last night." Shock filled her body as she was left speechless, her cheeks filling with blood. Her ears rang slightly as the sudden red hue covered them. "You seemed to rather enjoy him holding you." Coming back towards her, she leaned against a table that was resting behind her legs. She needed to get away from him, be anywhere but there.

"Pity he had to go and ruin it, though." His breath now inches away from her as her legs pressed further into the table. She couldn't get far enough away.

Her mind raced, how did he know all of this? He must have been spying on them. "It was a mistake." Another lie. She wanted last night to work so badly, but when it was destroyed, she wanted nothing more than to forget. But it wasn't a mistake. "Please don't tell anyone."

An icy hand reached up to gently brush against her red hot face. She instantly felt like a statue, unable to move under his touch. She was disgusted by him, repulsed. "Don't worry, I won't..." His voice trailed off as his hand grazed down lower, gripping her hip and pulling her closer to him. "As long as you won't tell anyone about this."

Within seconds, his aggressive lips were on hers. Her eyes were wide with shock as she tried to push him off of her. He was a lot stronger than he let on. With one hand, he gripped her chin and forced her head to the side. His lips hungrily moved down her jaw, to her neck. Violent teeth gnashed at her skin as he sucked her flesh, leaving red marks on each place his mouth touched. Her heart beat fast as tears softly fell down her cheeks. Disgust and anger clouded her mind, leaving her defenseless. All she could do was close her eyes and wait for it to be over.

Just as his hands were trailing up her body, she didn't feel him on her anymore. Then, a loud crash in front of her. The sound caused her to split her eyes open to see Hux slammed against the wall across from her. He was hovering over the floor, hands grasping at his throat. Her eyes shifted and met with Kylo, standing at the ramp, hand extended towards Hux.

"You filthy piece of space trash," Kylo spat out, his natural voice filling the room. His face held just as much anger and disgust as hers did. "Don't ever touch her again. She isn't a toy. Do you understand?" His grip didn't let up, stepping closer towards him. "I'm sorry, I can't hear you." His fist tightened, the disgusting man's face turning a shade of purple she had never seen before. "Do you understand!" Yelling up towards him, Hux managed a small nod before he was released, his body crashing to the ground with a thud.

Kylo turned to face Jade, her eyes filled with terror and tears. He cocked his head to the side, speaking down to the pathetic man who was gasping for air. "Get out of my sight, General." As quickly as he could, Hux got up and walked out of the ship with his head down.

Suddenly, Jade fell to the floor, letting out whimpers as she curled up into a ball. She felt dirty. Hux had violated her and she couldn't stop him. She felt a soft hand touch her back as she sat there, crying into the floor. The two of them, together in silence. Kylo then sat on the floor and pulled her into him, holding her against his chest.

Without hesitation, she buried her face in the familiar shirt as she wept, clinging onto him. His grip only tightened around her, allowing her to let out her tears. As they rocked back and forth against the floor of the ship, the rest did not to matter anymore. There was nothing that mattered more to her than his embrace. Nothing that matter more to him than making her feel safe.
