I have a dark secret to confess.

I have been stricken with the dreaded sports virus! But not just any simpleton sport, like lame baseball or lame football or lame ballball. Nooooo.

I'm addicted to E-Sports, specifically the Overwatch League. I have a favorite team, the New York Excelsior, and a favorite player, JJonak. These babies have won three Overwatch League games and are currently undefeated, unlike the other casual teams out there.

Just look at JJonak. What an absolute legend. He may seem like a skinny, nerdy, and quiet boy but in actuality he is a swole and whole beast, destroying the hope of his enemies similar to my 17/38 score on a practice math test. This is his first form, where he only uses 1% of his raw universe-annihilating powers.

Now this is him when he goes into sicko mode with Mo Bamba. With his limitless flexing abilities, he can play any role his team needs while simultaneously performing mathematics so complex that he shreds the intellect of every single player on the opposing team while successfully capturing Point B on Horizon Lunar Colony.

This deity among mere mankind can meditate unbothered for hours at a time, where he collects his concentrated gaming energy and channels it throughout the universe, perhaps bestowing a mere atom of skill upon us insignificant troglodytes. Yet he can also fling any measly opposition spinning into orbit, although none can truly escape his fearsome presence.

I have high hopes for the New York Excel. Their rampage cannot be stopped. I will keep watching the Overwatch League games and keep supporting my favorite team.

This isn't an obsession, just a highly compelling source of entertainment.
