Aaryan's POV

"Hi."she greeted Sumit.

"Hello...you are ?"he asked.

"Rayna..Aaryan's girlfriend and soon to be wife."she said making me shock.

"Oh...i am sorry.."Sumit said.

"No..no...it's okay...you dont know anything and you met him after such a long time....they both were not compatible with each other..had different life goals so they decided to move on in their life seperately."she said and I was too shocked to say anything.

"Mommy."Piya came with two packets of chips in her hand.

"Your?"Sumit asked looking at me.

"Yes she is our daughter Piya and her twin brother is at school."I said.

"And what about you?"I asked him.

"Nothing yaar...i stay in bangalore..came here for work and will return next week."he said.

"Okay bye..have a great day."he said and left.

"Rayna?"I looked at her.

"What?"she asked.

"I told him the truth."she continued.

"But you said previously you had not thought of marriage."I said remembering our conversation few months back.

"I am tired of the journey of your house to my house."she said.

I was too shocked to say anything.

"If you dont want to get married then..."

"No..no...no..no...if you say..i can marry you today only."I said cutting her off and she started laughing as people were looking at him.

"You are crazy."she said.

"So..we will have a court marriage....as I dont have anybody and your family.."she continued.

"Why dont you have any friends?"I asked cutting her statement off.

"I have Arjun."she said.

I dont like him.

"No...friends from your school or.."

"As I said earlier I had one friend and she was my classteacher's daughter...I thought we were best friends but I heard when she was saying to someone that she is with me just because our classteacher, I mean her mom liked me and I was her favourite student..I didn't like it and decided to stop talking with her and never made any close friends...I talked with everybody but not made any friends."she said.

"Oh."I said as we sat in the car.

She sat in the backseat as we went to pick Surya from school.

"Thank you for today."I said and she smiled.

"I was too shocked when you replied to Sumit."I said.

"I saw your face when he asked about Payel."she said looking at Piya who was busy looking outside the window.

"Thank you."I said once again.

Rayna's POV

Surya and Piya were watching T.v and Aaryan was looking at the frame.

"Who made this drawing?"he asked.

"You are asking it now?"I asked.

"Yesterday I was too busy to ask about it."he said.

"Arjun's friend is a painter.I asked him to draw it.I gave them a picture of the family and the card."I said.

This was the reason I met Arjun that day at the mall to ask him to prepare the gift for Aaryan.

"What are you thinking?"he asked.

"Nothing.Let's go and prepare dinner."I said.

Aaryan's POV

"You must be curious about my parents."I said as I went in my room and sat on the bed beside her.

The kids had fallen asleep and now we can talk freely.

"Only if you want to share."she said.

"My dad wanted me to be a lawyer like him but when I said I want to be a gym trainer he agreed and I started the course and after the course he helped me financially in opening the gym and at that time he didn't know I have a girlfriend.I decided to tell them when the right time comes but then everything changed when Payel got pregnant and when she heard the news she started crying as she wanted to become an actress and after college she wanted to go to Mumbai to give auditions or try for modelling but I was happy and was on cloud nine as I loved Payel and was happy to start a family with her and even though it was unexpected but still I was happy to be with Payel with our kids."I said and she held my hand tightly.

"But she said she didnt want to keep the baby and I was devastated but then I told her to keep the baby and promised her that after the baby is born we will shift to Mumbai and I will sell my gym and open a gym there and she can be an actress.She agreed but was not that happy.I didnt tell my parents and started living with Payel in her house."I continued.

"She used to stay alone as her parents were always on business trips and when her parents came to know they were angry and asked me to marry her and I was happy to marry her but she said she will not marry me.I never questioned her and agreed to whatever she said."I said.

"After few days I told my parents about payel and the kids,they were shocked and dad didn't say a word to me and left the room but mom asked me to marry her and I lied that she said she will marry me after the kids were born.I was so happy when I heard that we were having twins but then also I could not see the happiness in Payel's eyes but I didn't say anything."I continued remembering everything.

"After the kids were born I was on cloud nine.I was so happy when I held them for the first time but Payel didnt even see them.I ignored her reaction as I thought she was tired but as we were returning home from the hospital she still didnt held them and then mom came to see the kids but dad didn't came.Mom was very happy and asked us to move in our house but Payel said she is comfortable in her own house and mom did not say anything and I also did not say anything as I thought that she will be fine after few days and then we can get married and moved to our parents house but as days passed she went crazy..she never held the kids or used to get irritated whenever they cried and she didnt even breastfed them..I used to give them formula milk and after a month she left and only a note was there.I still remember the exact words."I said remembering the day when I read the note.

"Sorry I am leaving..I love you and I tried to accept the kids but I could not.I know you would have done anything for me and as you said you would have moved to Mumbai with me but I dont want a family now.I never wanted to get married or have kids at this point of time.I love you and I thought after college I will leave for Mumbai and we can continue our relation and then after few years we can get married but having kids was never a part of my plan.I was not happy but accepted it but when they were born and when they were constantly crying ,that time I realized that this is not me.I have plans and dreams and growing the kids up was never part of my plan so I am leaving.Goodbye."I said what she has written in the letter.

"Her parents were also shocked as they didnt knew about anything and said that they are sorry for what payel did but they cant keep the kids as they are always on business trips."I said and Rayna was listening to everything without saying anything.

"After that I went to our house with the kids as I have nowhere to go.When my parents heard about it they were so angry and dad said that if their mom does not have any responsibility of them then they will also not take their responsibity and asked me to give the kids up for adoption and when I refused and said that I will take responsibility of my kids dad asked me to leave the house and mom didnt say anything but when dad left she gave me few cash and all her jewellery so I could buy a house for them and till now I have not been to their house."I told Rayna everything.

"Why are you quiet?what you are thinking?"I asked.

I get scared when she is quiet.

I dont know what she is thinking right now.
