As usual Mr. Min casually walks into my office, paying no heed to the fact that he should have knocked first

"Yah, Mis. Kim" he calls out with his uninterested eyes

"Yes, Mr. Min, by what misery do I owe your presence in my office?" I say

"Ohh, no, it's not about you today" he shoots back, eyes opening

"So, what is it today?" I ask

" The Board Chairpersons decided the main office is going for a field trip to Jeju, just wanted to inform you and Jeon about it" he says

" How much is the fee?" I ask

"The CFO said he'll bear the expenses for your and his department," he says

"Tell him he doesn't need to, I'll pay for my team" I tell

"Do you really need to go?" He says scowling

"Everyone is going, let's go " Jungkook says from behind

"We're going " I say

"Don't you have like some work you need to do that'll keep you occupied?" Mr. Min seems like he doesn't want me to go

Well, the last time I took a week off, it had really been a hard time catching up with work. I have to watch the overal wellbeing of the company and they couldn't make a single decision in my absence. I ended up working from from for the last two days in my off week

Jungkook wasn't happy about it but it's not like I could help it!

I look behind, Jungkook's grinning, and with those big galaxy eyes. Then I look at Mr. Min again

"Nope, we're going " I repeat

"Hopeless romantics" Mr. Min mutters

As if Mr. Min was just expecting this, he gives a lopsided smirk and sees himself out.

"Well, looks like we're going on a field trip" Jungkook says clapping his hands after straightening his back

"Someone's excited?" I tease

"Oh, I really am. Can't wait to see you in a swimsuit" he winks and yes, I continue to ignore his the rest of the day

After a week, we're here as a whole team. Chitter-chatter, clitter-clatter deafening all the way even when they all know too that their hollow words hold no meaning to any conversation. The conversations held no meaning either, that's just what joy is for people other than Hasina

Anyways, I decided to wear a dress for the first time in a long, long time. A white flowing strapless with blue detailes on it. I kept a timeless bun, the dress hugged my waist tightly but not as tight as Jungkook does

And seeing me, Jungkook decided to wear white as well. A silk white shirt that he purposely didn't button all the way

"Let's gooooo" he says enthusiastically

He looks too beautiful when he's happy, such a baby boy he is! I could fight the world for him, I could fight the world anyway...

"What are you thinking?" He asks over my silence,

"Oh, uhm- let's go, yay" I say trying to put my best façade of being excited

He hooks his arm into mine,

"Not here" I whisper, unlocking the arm

He visibly pouts

"Yah, Taeri" Mr. Min calls out, totally missing the piece of information where I'm his superior. But since he is as old as my grandfather, I let it pass

"Yes Mr. Min" I say, he comes closer

He looks at my eyes, dead in my eyes, he looks dead serious. As if he's about to tell me he just ate my pet goldfish and he doesn't regret it or that he saw a ghost following me.

"Don't leave the lover boy's hand, don't get detached from each other" he says,

"And you, don't leave her even for a minute," he says to Jungkook before walking away unannounced

The way he said it, it actually felt a bit creepy. It might be because the last time I fiantes alone in my room, that's why he's saying it. I guess I caused a lot of trouble to everyone that day, half of the main office had rushed forme that day. It caused thousands of dollar of loss and it took a lot of time to actually catch up

It's going to be fine, he have been inseparable anyway. Quite literally were together 24/7 so it was fine

The flight cut short, we reach at the hotel. Everyone goes for their respective rooms

I lie on the bed tired, ready to fall asleep already. I close my eye untill I hear the doorbell ring,

"I'm back" he grins

He successfully avoided all the eyes and sneaked to my room,

"Welcome" I squeak throwing my arms at his shoulders as we go to the bed. Cuddling we go to sleep for the afternoon nap,

"I guess we missed the company dinner" I say

"I didn't want to go anyway" he pulling me closer

"Let's order room service then"he nuzzles his nose into my clavicle

"Fine by me"

Jungkook doesn't seem as eager as when we started off to Jeju. None of us seem excited to bump into anyone of the Kims',

How would you rate this couple based on appearance and presentability?

Their my favorite couple, I don't respect or support their political influence but I can't deny the fact that they're the most elegant 80s couple of Bangladesh
