Insanity

So I'm not even in this Fandom anymore, haven't been for like 2 years now, but this story is still good to me so I wanted to re-write it. Enjoy

Last one had like 22k views which is like, insane. Sucks that I have to start fresh, but its okay. This is for fun honestly.

Quick run down. There might be some.. intimate scenes if I'm up for it, so that's your warning. If you're not into that or get uncomfortable easily don't worry, I'll put a warning in the beginning of the chapter if there is something.

I guess there is a slight intimate scene here?? Kinda. Sure yeah. There's your warning. If you know me from school (yes you) then no you dont.

With a large thud, Virgil hit the ground and groaned as he was holding the side of his torso. "Come back when you actually finish your end of the deal," a large man said from above him. Virgil looked up at him, covering the light that shined down on his eyes as he tried to focus on the man that pushed him out of the unsanitary facility.

He knew he'd come to the bar empty handed. Virgil wasn't one to pull his weight when it came down to it. Virgil chucked, but winced at the pain he was still in. "God dammit Jeff, I think you broke my ribs."

Jeff chucked and kneeled down next to the man on the ground. "Wouldn't be the first time you've said that." Jeff replied, making Virgil grin to himself at the smooth flirtatious personality in front of him.

Jeff stood up and looked down at Virgil. "You make the same mistake and I won't be so gentle next time. Got it, pretty face?" The man spit his tabacoo out of his mouth and aimed it next to Virgils figure. The man walked back inside the bar and shut the door with a hard slam. The music in the building becoming a hushed sound.

Virgil rested on his elbows and let his head fall back, his hair falling to the side with it. He sighed and stood up, slowly, careful not to cause himself anymore pain for the night. He looked down and stared at his watch and saw the clock just hit three am. He looked around and saw how the area around him was quiet.

He considered that the partying was dying down, it was a week day after all. As he was looking around, he pondered about how eery downtown was. He never really thought about it until that moment. Maybe being alone and sober really set the mood.

He kinda wished he downed a few shots before talking to Jeff. Maybe the pain on his side wouldn't be as unsufferable as it is, but quite honestly, he deserved it.

He turned quickly as he heard the sound of shuffling next to him. His eyes focusing on the darkness next to him. He cleared his throat, trying to clear his nerves. He figured it was just a cat messing with him.

He dug his hands into his pockets and started walking. He didnt really have a destination he was going to, he just wanted out of the unsettling environment around him.

It's not like he had a place to go anyway. He was kicked out of his last beat down apartment. Honestly did him a favor. He couldn't stand the stench of sweat and quite honestly death that flooded his nostrils as he stepped into that dumpster fire of a home.

Maybe he'd swing by Remys. He hadn't gotten fucked up in what seemed like an eternity. A little weed and some alcohol would probably do him some good, considering his circumstances at the minute. But, Remy wasn't much of a subtle roommate either. They had their corals here and there. Maybe even a few fucks as well.

He would admit it, Remy was a freak in bed, but he doesn't think he'd have the stamina to deal with someone as.. eccentric as Remy this late in the night.

Virgil shuddered at the cold wind that started to pick up as he continued walking. "God damit." Virgil came to the realization that he'd have to sleep on the ground again. He rolled his eyes, annoyed at his own stupidity to not build up the courage to take care of himself correctly. Or honestly, being too much of a pussy to commit to any relationship handed to him.

It's a miracle Remy still sells to him.

Virgil pulled out a cigarette pack from his pocket and figured getting lung cancer is better than paying bills. He pulled the last cigarette out of the box and threw the box on the ground. He pulled out his lighter and lit the tip, taking in a large inhale of smoke, and blowing it out.

He watched as the large cloud covered the moon shining down on him. His chucked lightly, not at anything in particular. While taking another inhale, he noticed figures ahead of him. He cursed to himself as he tried to turn another direction before being spotted.
But if he saw them, they definitely saw him.

"Hey!" He heard one of them yell, making the others stop their side conversations and join into the torment. Virgil knew he wouldn't be able to walk, or even run out of this one without a few bruising. He just accepted his fate and continued to walk closer to the men ahead of him.

Once close enough, one of the men walked up to Virgil and grinned. Virgil stared at him with annoyance. The man looked Virgil up and down before talking once again.

"How much?"

Virgil scoffed and took another inhale of his cigarette. "I'm not a prostitute, dipshits." Virgil said and stared at the men in front of him. One of them took the cigarette out of Virgils mouth and took a breath for himself, the butt lighting up as he inhaled, eyes still staring into the man in front of him.

Virgil sighed and tried to walk away from the men's intimidating stances. "Woah, woah, whats the rush? You just got here. Why not have some fun?" The man ran his hand down Virgils torso, down to his waste. Virgil groaned and nudged him off.

"Listen, I'm not here to get you sick fucks off. Go bother some other broken soul. I've gotta head home." Virgil moved his way passed the men in his way and continued walking. He heard the quick footsteps come up behind him and grab his shoulders.

"C'mon man? You're just beggin' for attention, especially being out here in these parts, this late at night." Another man said, smirking. Virgil pushed the man off, making him hit the ground with a thud.

Ah shit.

"Oh you little bitch!"

Virgil ran the opposite direction as he heard the men running soon after him.

Never throw the first punch dumbass!?

He ran to an alley way and was met with a dead end. "Oh fuck me." He turned around and watched as the men slowly started walking towards him, cornering him.

"You really shouldn't have done that, you little shit."

The man said as he pushed Virgil down on the ground. Virgil hit his head, making him into a daze as he heard the men above him laughing. He tried getting up, but earned a kick to the ribs at the attempt. "Why is it always the ribs.." Virgil spoke to himself, getting another blow to the stomach.

Virgil became winded at the hit. He didn't manage to continue his fight, for he knew it wouldn't give him justice, since it's one against like.. five. It was then when he heard the sound of a switch blade open. Virgil looked up and noticed the man looking down at him, with a crooked grin.

Virgil didn't have the strength to fight, as the blade hit his side, roughly. A small scream emerged from his mouth as he tried to cover the injury on his side.

One hit after another, he started to go in and out of consciousness, maybe from the blood pouring out of him, or the pain, he couldn't tell you. He didn't realize that the punches and kicking stopped until he heard the sound of one of the men screaming, and it soon being quiet again.

Virgil wanted to look up, or get up, or just anything. He wanted to move away from the violence and aggressiveness, but he was too weak. Simply, falling back down and wincing at the pain his body was in that moment. His hand falling out of the place of his injury, the blood leaving his body more each second.

Virgil didn't realize he was moving when his eyes opened up once more. His vision was blurry, and the sky looked as if it was falling into each other. He groaned and realized he was being carried bridal style, his head tilted halfway down.

He slowly moved his head up, to try and see the person above him. His gaze barley focused enough to make out the face in front of him. The man looked down and cursed under his breath.

Virgil made a yelp at the pain in his lower body, earning the man to place Virgil on the ground, carefully, to not cause any more pain. Virgil groaned and tried to sit up but was soon pushed down by the mans hand on his chest, setting him on the ground once more.

Virgils eyes squeezed shut by the pain that was erupting through his body. The man was speaking under his breath, Virgil unable to hear him. A second past and the man was looking at him with a serious gaze.

"Alright. You with me?" The man said, snapping his fingers in Virgils face to gain his attention. Virgil nodded once and that was enough for the man to sigh with relief. "Shit. Okay, am I really doing this." Virgil could tell the man was contemplating a decision by the way he man was going back and forth from talking to him, then talking to himself.

"Okay, I'm going to give you two options, alright?" He responded, rather quickly, Virgil needed a second to process what the man just suggested to him. Virgil gave a confused expression, making the man sigh. "You're on your way out. You're losing a lot of blood, and the nearest hospital isn't even in vicinity. I don't want to see you go out like this, because quite frankly, I think you deserve better."

He was rambling. He soon came to his senses when he noticed Virgils eyes starting to shut. "Fuck, alright. I'm running out of time. Just-" The man looked at Virgil then down at his own wrist. The man took a bite and Virgil watched as the blood starting dripping from down his wrist, the droplets hitting his body under.

"Drink." The man said and put his wrist close to Virgils mouth. Virgil refused, disgusted, and tried to move out of the mans grasp. The man groaned in patiently. "I know, it's crazy, but do you want to live or not." The man said, out of breathe as if he'd been running.

Virgil looked up at the man, then down back at his wrist. His mind moving too quick to even speak. He knew what this meant. He knew what would happen if he did drink the mans blood. They'd been myths told since the stone age. He didn't believe it, but with the actions this man took to take a bite out of his own flesh kinda hit the nail on the chalkboard for him.

Virgil would admit it, he envied the thought of being immortal. But hid in the truth of the ways you'd have to live in order to be immortal.

But quite honestly, he was willing to take those chances.

Virgil took the mans wrist and brought it to his lips. The man looked down at Virgil, his eyes pleading. Virgil shut his eyes and started drinking the warm liquid that began pouring into his mouth rather quickly. He figured he'd gag it out with the first swallow, but didn't feel the need to. The liquid felt.. good. He could feel his body begin to hurt less and felt his side injury go to a stop the more he drank.

Virgils eyes opened and was met with the man staring down at his closed hand around his arm. He seemed to be as compelled with the scene as well as Virgil was.

Virgil gripped his hand around the mans wrist tighter as he drank more and more. The man groaned from the amount that was being taken from him, making Virgil want more. Virgil had the strength to sit up a little more, leaning into the mans body, causing the man to shift in position, becoming slightly drowsy, with the amount Virgil was taking in, making his forehead fall on Virgils.

The man was staring into Virgils eyes, Virgil doing the same. Virgil noticed how dark the mans eyes were. No hint of light nor color. "Fuck.." The rasp in the mans voice made Virgils head spin. His eyes shut, the more blood that was being taken from his wrist. Virgil groaned lowly into the mans wrist, making the mans lips part slightly.

The man brought his free arm around Virgils waste to bring him closer. Virgils body shifted in position and he was nearly sitting on top of the man entirely. Virgil could feel the shift in emotion as they both looked at one another. Virgil then began to realize how attractive the man in front of him was.

Even more with the state he was in at the moment.

Virgil would admit, the scene is weirdly intimate. But, quite honestly, the stir in his stomach wasn't much to hold his attention, than the man in front of him. Chest heaving, breath shaking. The man breathless, Virgil couldn't help but smirk slightly in the mans wrist.

He tried to take his wrist away, but Virgil refused and continued to take in more, eyes fluttering closed. He took in one last swallow and let go, gasping for air.

They both were just staring at each other. The air feeling thick around them. Virgil smiled at the man and slowly brought his body off of him and put himself on the side. Virgil brought his elbows behind him and rested his body on them, groaning tiredly, closing his eyes. "So, what now.." Virgil asked, his voice low.

The man chucked slightly and moved closer to Virgil. He put one of his hands on Virgils chin, and the other in the back of his head.

"Now, I kill you."

Oh. He forgot about that part.

Snap.
