The rain continued to patter against the car window and your hand was still rested on his. He looked to nice in the suit he was wearing. All formal and clean.

'Does it have to do with where we are going afterwards? Is he taking me out?' You thought smiling.

The car came to a sudden stop and Ryuzaki stepped out along with the others. The doors by you and Light were locked in case you would try to escape. They unlocked the doors. Stepping out you stretched a little groaning at the rain pouring onto your hair messing it up. You had done it nicely for "the surprise" afterwards. You felt hands intertwine with yours and looked to your right. He stood there, water dripping down his handsome face. His coffee colored eyes looked confident.

"Come this way please." The black haired detective spoke towards you both. Nodding you and Light made your way to the door of the building.

'Must be an old wear house..'

It looked rusted and quite old. When you stepped inside it smelled of rats and rotting wood. You didn't mind it though. The only person who seemed to mind it was Matsuda. You scanned around the room noticing a small white haired boy sitting in the center, toys circled around his form. You tightened your grip in lights hand. It was Near.

"Thank you for joining me today." The powder haired boy spoke twirling a piece of his curly locks with his fingers. The room was awkwardly silent for some time before he spoke up again. "As I've said before I know you both are Kira." He stated in a flat tone. "How many times do we have to hear this. We are not Kira! You are all making a mistake!" Light yelled at the albino.

'Lights going to loose his cool'

"What proof do you have?" You asked narrowing your eyes. The boy blinked. "I actually have a lot of different things I would like to show you." Near said grabbing a robot beside him. One of the members on his team grabbed a laptop from a bag he was carrying and opened it. There was a video. Your heart sunk a little at what it could be.

"Watch this video please." Near a
Said. You and Light nodded and waited as the man pressed play.

The video wasn't that high of quality but you could defiantly tell it was from Lights room. You watched silently as you walked into Lights room. It started with you walking into Lights room and you seemed to be talking about Ryuzaki? Then Light got angry and started yelling things like "if only I knew his damn name he would be gone by now!" And "I just want to live in a beautiful world free of discussing people."

You gulped.

'When did this even happen?!' You thought tears starting to well in your eyes. You felt Light slightly shaking beside you. He also had a look of horror on his face.

"THIS IS FAKE? WE HAVE BEEN FRAMED!" He shouted at the near his brown eyes wide. "No it isn't fake." He simply replied continuing to play with the robot. Lights father also watched the whole scene in disbelief. "Just admit it already. We all know you two are behind this." Aizawa spoke a hint of anger in his voice. You hung your head as tears blurred your vision.

'This never happened! Why is this video real?' You thought anxiety striking you hard.

"Where did you get that video?!" Light yelled. "I stayed up the past few days and watched every second the cameras were in your room. You must of had this little scene and completely forgot they were there." He answered once again twisting his curls. "I knew I was never wrong." L spoke up.

Silence.
Nobody said anything and it was making you very uncomfortable. "We are not Kira! If you arrest us or anything I-I'll kill myself!" You shrieked breaking the silence dropping to your knees with your face in your hands.

'I cant live with the name of "Kira"'

Light wide eyed stared down at you. His scared look quickly turned to anger. "Do you even see what your doing?! You are all making her feel this way! I can't have you hurting her like this!" He roared in Nears direction but then crouching down besides you and kissed your cheek.

"Do I look like I care?" The boys reply made Lights turn towards him. "You know if I actually was Kira I would probably kill you right now!" The angry brunette hissed at him. Near looked up. "So your admitting your Kira?" The albino boy asked. Light then finally lost it. Standing up walked towards the boy and looked down at him. The police on Nears side all had their guns pointed at him causing you to gasp.

"Shut the hell up." Light growled  stepping on one of Nears plastic robots crushing it under his foot. Still the detective had no emotion.

"We all watched the video and we all know you and (f/n) are Kira. If you would corporate with us and accept the facts than it will be easy for everyone." Near monotonously spoke. Light closed his eyes and took a breath. "If you actually arrest us or we are put to death you are the murderers." He sighed trying to calm himself which was kind of impossible right now.

"No. Your the only murderers here." the emotionless boy said breaking a robots head off with his two hands. You stared in disbelief as Light reached down and wrapped his hand around Nears neck. "

'Is he insane?! He has never acted like this before!' You mentally were having a breakdown.

"I won't let you touch (f/n) or else I might actually kill you." His eyes seemed to flash a red color as he glared down at the detective. Near stared back up at him without saying anything. Out of the corner of you eyes you saw someone point a gun towards Light ready to shoot.

"STOP!!!" You shrieked causing Light to turn your way. The man fired his gun. You screamed and closed your eyes shut and plugged your ears.

'This is a nightmare right? Just a bad dream?' You felt dizzy.

The bullet wizzed past his head missing by just about a centimeter. Light let go of Near startled and stumbled backwards falling onto his side unharmed.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?! YOUR TRYING TO KILL AN INNOCENT MAN?" he yelled Tripping while trying to stand. He was in shock from the bullet being shot so close to him. He quickly stumbled towards you shaking and then grabbing onto you.

"None of you will touch her or else you will make me into a murderer."
