(Told in perspective of Jeff)

Seeing him standing there, I barely believe it. I look around to see if Jane was there, luckily she wasn't. I know it's not Liu or masky. I smile in a way that's not insane and I can feel it. I run up to Jack and throw my arms around him. I lift him off the ground and we fall down, I sit with him laughing. "I love that laugh, I love that kid." I say to myself. Jack turns and looks at me hinting he heard me.

It all fell silent after my accidental confession. Sitting next to him felt like it took away all my insanity for a while. For once I didn't want to hurt anyone I just didn't want to leave his side. It felt like a forever silence until I heard "I love you too." Jack put his hand on mine and we sat there for a while longer.

Foot steps come from behind us. I take Jacks hand in mine and I start to run. I would not put him in danger I would die before I did that.

"I know your there Jeff, I can hear you runing!" Jane's voice echoes through my head. "I know this town, you cannot escape!" Tears run down my face as I run weaponless I can't fight her off, Jack hands me his knife. I stop running away and run at her. Without time to think I strike her in the side. I shove her to the forest floor, the blood on my hands and the knife drip on her face.

I can see the fear in her eyes, she knows she can't fight back. I grab the knife from her hand and throw it deep into the woods I attacked once more before knocking her out. I run to Jack and take his hand and catch my breath. "This won't hold her back forever." I tell him "We need to find somewhere we know better than she does, and I know just the place."
