What is going to be revealed: The Crown

First, a little information

In the realm (and surrounding realms) or Nonalee, it is common for many people to possess some kind of magic.  These people are referred to as mages.

There are many ranks of mages among the populace, including common mage, mid mage, upper mage, as well as mages ranked by their species (if they are some kind of magic creature) called mythic mages, and a few others.  A majority are common to mid mages.

The highest rank is royal mage, an advanced rank that can only be achieved by royalty

Darby for example, is half royal mage (from her mother) and half mythic mage (from her father

Many mages use powerful jewels or stones to enhance their magic by essentially becoming a carrier for their power

Now what does all of this have to do with The Infinity Prince?

Well, as a member of the Infinity Court, the ruling kingdom of Nonalee, Fineas has one of the highest forms of royal magic, which is only enhanced by his Crown

The Crown of the Infinity Kingdom is a vessel for some of the most powerful stones known to mankind.  So strong, in fact, that to touch them with your bare skin would lead to an instant, bloody explosion of your body.  Even still, only a truly powerful mage can wear it and if they manage to not explode, it would increase their abilities tenfold

If fallen into the wrong hands, the results could be catastrophic.

Fineas had only been wearing his crown for a short time

And it's current state?

Broken.
