Adam and Avi's double birthday party was a huge success. Everyone had a great time.

But now there was the task of planning another one. Austin and Chance's birthday fell in the same week. May 22nd and the 24th.

They didn't think the boys would fall for the same present buying trick. So the nurses would buy the gifts but let each boy wrap the presents that they were given to give the birthday boys.

Rob and Kelsey own a lot of property so they volunteered to let the party be held on their land. That way, things could be set up without the boys knowing anything.

The day of the party was forecasted to be a warm one. So, they decided to rent a bunch of outside blow-up party stuff for adults that included water slides. The parents were told to wear something that they didn't mind getting wet because the boys would be given water pistols and may get a little over-excited with them.

Jenika sits on the floor with Tim and Avi as they wrap the presents they were given.

"Who .. who birdday ith it?" Tim asks as he tore another loooong piece of tape from the roll.

"It's Austin and Chance's birthday so we're having another double party." Jenika giggles as Tim wraps the long strip of tape around the present. Chance would definitely need something to cut through all the tape.

"Oh." Tim says sadly and hangs his head.

"Whad wong, Timmy?" Avi asks as he wraps the wrapping paper around and around and around (well you get the idea) the present.

"Do I no not get a birdday pawty?" Tim asks, his voice cracking as he bats back his tears.

"Oh, honey, of course, you do." Jenika says softly as she brushes back his hair. "It's just not your birthday yet."

"Are we going...." Avi says extremely loud.

"Shhhhh.. Avi, Baby, lower your voice." Jenika says putting a finger to her lips.

Tim giggles as he wipes his eyes with his arm.

"Are we going back to da fawm?" Avi leans over toward Jenika and whispers loudly. "Fo day birdday pawty?"

"No, we have something different planned." Jenika says with a smile. "You boys are going to love it."

"Jen, me wanna go camping fo my birdday." Tim says with a nod.

"Oooo, I wub campton." Avi claps.

"You wanna go camping?" Jenika asks.

"Uh huh, by a wake. Wid tents, a camp far, and .. and thum of does big inna tubers so we can foat on da wake." Tim says as he wipes his nose.

"That sounds fun, Sweetie, but do you know how to swim?" Jenika asks with concern.

"Yep, my mommy taught me." Tim nods with a smile.

"Mith Jen, I know how to thwim too." Avi nods.

"If you want to go camping for your birthday, well then, we'll go camping." Jenika smiles.

"YAYYY!!!" The boys cheer and clap.

"What are we cheering about?" Chris asks as he and Adam walk into the room. Adam carrying a couple of gifts that were just as badly wrapped as the ones Tim and Avi were working on.

"Tim is planning his own birthday party." Jenika smiles as she takes the poorly wrapped gifts from Adam.

"That's awesome. I was running out of ideas." Chris laughs. "So what are you planning, Timmy?"

"We going camping." Tim smiles proudly. "By a wake and we can go thwimming. And...and hab a camp far, and woast weiners."

"And seep in tents." Avi adds with a nod.

"And hab thum big inner tubers to foat on da wake." Tim grins.

"Dat thounds pun." Adam giggles.

"Yeah, it does." Chris nods. "Good thing I taught you how to swim."

"Uh huh." Adam nods with a smile.

"I know Austin and Chance like to fish." Chris asks.

"Me nebber been pishing." Tim says shaking his head.

"Oh, Kiddo, you don't know what you're missing." Chris chuckles as he rubs Tim on the head.

"Ip he nebba been pishing den I gueth he mithin pishing." Avi states causing Chris and Jenika to laugh.

"There's one in ever crowd." Chris mumbles, shaking his head.

"Listen, boys. It's getting late. We have to go over to Mr. Rob's tomorrow so you need to get to bed." Jenika says.

"Why we go to Mista Wob's?" Avi asks with a yawn.

"It's a secret." Jenika says with a smirk.

"Ohhhhh, da birdday pawty?" Tim whispers with wide eyes.

"Shhhh. Get to bed." Jenika smiles and gently pats him on the leg. "Remember. Not a word to Austin and Chance."

"Tay." Tim giggles as he scrambles to his bed.

Avi and Adam run to their bedrooms.

The next morning, the nurses were up early packing up food, presents and a change of clothes for boys. They lay out play clothes for the boys to put on, fix breakfast and then wakes the boys.

While the boys were getting dressed, Chris called Rob to make sure all the parents had arrived safely.

The party had been set up in the backyard, unseen from the driveway. Blindfolds were not needed. The parents' cars had been hidden from view.

Chris held Austin and Chance behind to help carry some of the food while the girls took the others around to the backyard. The boys ran immediately to their parents, forgetting that they would also come to the party.

The parents had a hard time keeping the boys from squealing when they saw what was set up on the property.

"Dis ith a lot of pood." Chance says as Chris loaded him down.

"Why didn't Timmy, Adam and Abi help?" Austin asks with his arms full.

"Uh, they had to help Rob." Chris says quickly.

As they walk toward the backyard, Jenika and Olena return and take the items from the two boys. They figured when everyone shouted that they would probably drop whatever they were carrying.

"SURPRISE!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!"

Both boys scream with surprise and cover their mouth as they try to take in what was before them.

"OH, MY GOODNESS!!" Austin shouts.

"IT MUST BE OUR BIRDDAY, AUSIN!!" Chance yells, grabbing the smaller man by the arm.

"Happy birthday, Sweetie." Dena says as she hugs Austin tightly.

"Happy birthday, Baby." Chance's mom grabs him in a hug.

"CAN WE GO PAY NOW!!??" Avi yells with excitement.

"Of course, I don't have this stuff in my yard for looks." Rob chuckles.

"YAY!!" Tim shouts as he runs over and grabs a still shocked Chance and Austin by their wrists. "Moan, wets go pay!"

They giggle as they run behind Avi and Adam to the blow-ups.

"Four down, one to go." Chris groans as he falls exhausted into a lawn chair.

"So, what's the plans for Tim's birthday party?" Dena asks.

"Oh, he's planning his own." Jenika smiles. "He wants to go camping. He wants a wake, a camp far, and big inner tubers to foat on the wake."

Dena smiles as the other parents look confused.

"That's my baby." Dena giggles.

** N/A- Sad news. There will only be one more chapter of Innocent Minds. Tim's birthday party. I truly apologize to the fans of this story. But I have made the decision. I felt it in my heart that it was time to bring it to an end. I am really sorry.
