Morning came all too soon, the sun shone through the windows bathing the apartment in a golden glow. It was so quite even a droplet of water falling from the faucet into the sink could be heard. Until- "ALRIGHT YOU LITTLE BRATS!! GET UP AND MAKE THIS PLCE SPOTLESS!" The girls jumped and groaned while the group of wizards and witches in the living room practically jumped out of their skin.
"What the bloody hell was that?" Ron murmured rubbing his head. "That, I believe, was Miss Smith." Headmistress McGonagall answered while magically putting away the blankets. "What makes that woman so hateful?" Hermione asked while straightening her clothes and fixing her hair. "Good old Miss Smith was once a rising star but then they fired her and she went absolutely bonkers.." They all turned to see Trisha yawning holding a broom.
Katie, Belle, Eden, and Tatianna joined her each carrying different cleaning supplies. Severus tried to catch Tatianna's eye but she looked everywhere but at him. "You all don't have to do what she says. We can take you where you'll get much better care than this."All the girls stopped and stared at Hermione with suspicious eyes. "How do we know you're not lying?" McGonagall stood and slowly approached them, "You'll just have to take that chance."
    Tatianna stared at her then shared a look with Belle. "Fine. We'll go with you." Severus stood up hopefully at her words. "However, I'm only doing it so the girls and I can have a better life." Harry and the rest threw Severus looks of sympathy. "Go on and pack your things and meet us out here.." Tatianna and Trisha nodded and ushered the rest to their room.
    "Severus I-" McGonagall was cut off my Severus holding up his hand. "I don't need your apologies. I shouldn't be surprised by her actions. After all, I was absent for the first eleven years of her life." He cleared his throat looking down at the floor as he felt his eyes prickle with unshed tears.

    The girls had packed their things and after an interesting trip to Britain they were at the infamous Weasley home. "Now, Mr and Mrs Weasley have already been informed of your arrival and they're very excited. Not to mention they're also related to Mr. Weasley right here." Minerva said as she motioned to Ron. He nodded, "They're a little quirky but we love them more than anything."
    Tatianna and the rest all exchanged looks but chose to say nothing. Harry knocked on the door and a loud crashing from inside. The door opened to reveal a short woman with red hair and a wide smile. "We were wondering when you all would get here! Come inside, come inside!" She ushered them in and asked/forced Ron to take their luggage upstairs.
    "Wait..where is my bag?" Tatianna asked her brows furrowing in confusion. The adults all looked at each other until Mrs. Weasley spoke up, "Well, dear, you'll be staying with Se-your father of course." Tatianna's jaw dropped then closed, "Great, that's bloody fantastic." A few awkward moments passed until Mrs. Weasley clapped her hands announcing dinner was ready. While the girls were getting to know Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Tatianna stared at her hands which were folded in her lap. Her food was barley touched save for a few bites. Unbeknownst to her, the others threw her looks full of pity.
"So Tatianna, what was this Ms. Smith like?" Tatianna's head jerked up and her pale cheeks colored in embarrassment. "Oh- well, she was not the most affectionate woman." She chuckled. The others then started talking at once about Ms. Smith and her crazy antics. "She hit Tatianna once." Eden blurted out causing a silence to settle around the table. "Eden! Hush!" The other girls hissed. Severus was livid and the Mrs. Weasley's happy expression changed instantly. "Oh you poor dear. What happened?" Trisha spoke up, "It was when Eden was still new and Tatianna's powers were starting to show. We were all cleaning the living room when Tatianna accidentally broke Ms. Smith's trophy she got in high school. We had never seen Ms. Smith so mad, she started to yell at Tatianna when she lost control and sent a blast of magic out of her hand narrowly missing Ms. Smith."
Trisha swallowed while the adults were hanging on her every word. "Ms. Smith called her a Devil child and grabbed one of the pieces of her trophy using it to strike Tati.." Everyone looked at Tatianna with many emotions in their eyes. "It's alright Tati. Show them." Belle said softly. Tatianna brushed her hair away and moved her hand showing a long scar.
    Mrs. Weasley quickly got out of her seat and pulled Tatianna into a hug, quiet sobs emitted from Tatianna as she burrowed further into her embrace. Harry was struck by how familiar their situation was. He knew what Tatianna was feeling while being hugged by Mrs. Weasley. Neither of them remembered their mothers all that well and a hug from Mrs. Weasley gave a sense of what a mothers hug felt like. Severus, however, wished he was the one being hugged by his daughter.
The one being sought out for comfort and looked up to, the one that Tatianna would look at with love and pride, the one who could make her laugh and could call him her hero or..even 'Dad'.
    Tatianna never left Mrs. Weasley's side the rest of the day except to talk Belle, Katie, Eden, and Trisha. Soon the time came for Tatianna to leave for Spinners End with Severus. Everyone bid them goodbye and Severus apparated, much to Tatianna's chargin, to his home. "Are you alright?" He asked. "I'm..fine. Just startled is all."
    He opened the door for her and showed her around leading her to what would've been her room. It still had a cradle, a mobile with owls and a doe, and stuffed animals. Severus watched as Tatianna looked around slowly taking everything in. He heard a soft gasp emit from her lips when she saw the blue doe painted on one of the walls; her fingers softly ran over it. "I remember this..I saw it in my dreams.." Severus was about to say something when she started muttering something under her breath and held her hands in front of her. He was a about to say something when the most incredible thing happened.
    A blue fawn burst out of her hands and pranced around the room until it stopped looking from Tatianna to Severus. He slowly took out his wand and wordlessly cast his patronus. The doe pranced just as the fawn had done and stopped beside it. The fawn nuzzled the doe and jumped around it until being stopped by being nuzzled by the doe in return. When the two disappeared the light faded and the room went dark once more. Severus and Tatianna both had tears running down their faces. "Dad..."
