When we entered the dining room everyone took their spots at the table except for Armand who pulled out a chair for me and waited for me to take my seat. I quickly took my seat so not to keep him waiting. 

"Thanks" I said 

"Your welcome my darling" Armand smiled taking a seat on my left while Louis sat on my right and then Micky after Louis while Marius took his formal seat at the head of the  table with Bruce next to him and across from Armand. Finally the seat was completed with Lestat taking a seat directly across from me, smiling to which I returned blushing. I then took a closer look at the table. The table was a large, deep, chocolate brown, fine wooden table. It was laid out like a state dinner like you see on the T.V with many different types of glasses and cutlery for each guest. The plates were beautiful and looked like they had been laced with fine gold thread that was woven into different spirals and designs on them. The cutlery was fine looking, made of hard silver but also has designs woven into it. There was at least three wine glasses and two normal glasses for each person along with napkins. I had never been seated at a table this fancy before. The guys must have noticed my shock at seeing a table laid out so fancy as they chuckled which caused me to snap back to reality. 

"Not used to luxury love" Lestat smirked from across the table. 

"Not like this" I smiled 

"Well you will be in no time, young one" Marius smiled. If I thought I was shocked at seeing the layout of the table I was totally unprepared for what happens next as all of a sudden seven people all dressed as waiters in fine black and white uniforms entered and proceeded to place either dishes of fine food in front of us or fill the wine glasses. Since I was too young and despised alcohol anyway I requested a glass of a soft drink and the waiter brought a glass of 7up out for me in a wine glass so it wouldn't draw attention. As the first dish was laid in front of me I looked at it more closely. However just as I was looking at it. My phone rang. I looked at the caller ID to see  Nathan so I knew I had to answer. I looked to Bruce who knew from the look on my face that it was him and he nodded telling me he'd explain. I excused myself from the table and made my way out onto the porch to take the call. 

"Hey Bud" I said 

"Hey Sis listen please come and get me as Mary is driving me mad" "She wants me to be in bed before twelve and won't let me watch horror movies" I chuckled as he was about to get a shock as I still had yet to tell him that I was away and since Michelle was at a conference he would have to stay there until she got back. Mary was Nathan's god mother who adored him and babied him like there was no tomorrow which he was sick of by now. However she was only his god parent and hated me believing I was a bad influence on him. 

"Sorry Bud can't help you there as Bruce and I are away on a modelling shoot so you'll have to wait till Michelle gets back"

"Awe come on" he whined like a two year old "It's my last week before school and I have to go to bed early" "When will she be back?"

"2 days"

"Awe I'll be turning in my grave by that stage" he whined "Fine I hate you" 

"Love you too bub listen sneak your laptop upstairs"

"Okay thanks shit here she comes bye". He said and abruptly hung up the phone 

"Bye to you too" I mumbled before heading back inside. 

"sorry" I said as I resumed myself at the table

"No worries my love was that your brother?" Marius smiled 

"Yes" I nodded 

"How is he?"

"Good mostly he's not impressed" 

"Why?"

"Because he's struck with his over protective grand mother who is ordering him to bed early on his summer holidays and refusing to let him watch horror movies" I said as Bruce rolled his eyes while the other laughed.

"Did you tell him you were living the luxury on a private island?" Louis smiled 

"I did not or he'd be raging". This made the guys laugh

"What's his name anyway"

"Nathan"

"Awe you love him"

"Yes Louis but don't get me wrong we also fight like cats and dogs"

"Who wins" Lestat teased 

"Me" I said smugly 

"I'll have to ask him that"

"Lestat he thinks he wins but deep down he knows I'm the smarter one"

"Ouch" Armand laughed. Marius then signaled for the waiters to once again return and I noticed that they hadn't eaten the food while I was gone. The food was then once again placed in front of me and I could take a closer look at it with no distractions other then the four fine men in the room. 

  It was one of my favorites a delicate slice of bruschetta placed carefully in the center of the white plate with tomatoes and salad placed around like in a fancy restaurant and a final drizzle of olive oil to complete it. I wondered did they have a chef. 

"Enjoy" Marius smiled as everyone dug in. The bruschetta was nice and refreshing with both the garlic and salad leaves.

  A little while later the next course was brought out. This time it was a steak again placed in the center with a string of different vegetables and sauces. All was neatly displayed like it would be done in a Michelin Star restaurant. It was cooked just to my taste which I don't know how as I hadn't told them and tasted really nice. We all made talk over the dinner. 

"Where are you guys all from?" I asked. 

"I am from Rome, Armand is from Kiev in Russia, Louis is from New Orleans but has french blood in him  and finally Lestat is from Auvergne in France" "Where are you from my love?"

"New Orleans but I have Spanish blood in me"

"And Russian" Bruce said surprising me 

"Really?"

"Yes because your mother and I traced back"

"Where in Russia?" Armand asked 

"Can't remember"

"Right you learn something new everyday" I said as the guys laughed. Dessert was then presented to us. It was a fine chocolate square with a thin honey comb piece leaning on it and chocolate sauce and a mixture of berries scattered. As I placed the chocolate in my mouth, it just melted and tasted like heaven. Marius then raised his glass 

"A toast to a beautiful lady, old friends and new ones coming together as well as to welcome fondly back our brat price" "Lestat this next wine is from France to welcome you back" Lestat chuckled 

"Thanks you Marius agreed" We then clicked our glasses together and I looked forward to what the next couple of days would bring.
