For Day 11, the prompt was Cruel,

I drew Cruella De Vil but gave her a modern twist with a bit of Heathers and Regina George in mind. 
Cruella back in her day was a rich mean girl.

  I gave her relatively the same features, just tweaked it in my own style. Her long fur coat wouldn't have worked so i gave her a suede-like jacket with an animal fluff collar.
