Excitement explodes within me as blood ran down my claws all the way to my arm, I try to shout but only a howl escapes from my mouth.

I scan my environment before I move towards Diego, Attempted to murder me huh? I chuckle, Mess with someone your own size. Just 10 minutes ago I was a 5ft kid and now I'm twice the size I was.

Diego takes a good look at my appearance, his eyes were hopeless, terrified. He knew he couldnt beat me, With his wounds, He was already slowly dying from all the blood loss.

After minutes staring coldly at the almost dead Diego, I heard a cry. I turn around, my back facing Diego and spot a child.

Evan!

I go towards him and attempted to pick him up, I stopped midway when I looked at my claws. Oh yeah, I forgot I'm not human.

But then I remembered about the wagon, But I still needed to pick him up. With only two of my claws I carefully pinched his top like chopsticks gripping on shrimp, and dragged him to the wagon not-so-far-away.

I moved Diego aside since he blocked the way, I wasn't sure if he was dead or alive. It didnt matter either way, I grabbed the handle of the wagon but it broke when I gripped on it.

Super strength has cons..

I took a minute to think of what to do now, I decided that I'll carry the wagon on top of my head. Of course I wouldn't be running since Evan could fall. running would have been so cool with this new body though.

I chuckled at the thought of me running.

*Time Skip*

I've made it to a town and lost sight of the wagon where I last was, You might be wondering how did I manage to bring Evan all the way here, well, there was a piece of cloth, in the already-broken wagon, Just twice the size of a baby, large enough for my jaws to grip on.

I managed to place Evan on the cloth and the rest was easy. I started running and running till I saw a town, I was really excited and was about to make a reckless move which was screaming for help- but then I remembered by current form was Inhuman.

I was frustrated and tired, not knowing what to do now and I blame myself for not thinking ahead. I sighed in frustration and carefully placed Evan on the grass that I was standing on, I then placed my back against a large rock and just sat on the grass for what felt like an hour. Evan has remained quiet the whole time, I wonder if he is doing just fine.

So many possibilities..

Why waste such strength, speed, and size to claw 1 human and save 1 baby? 

You could be doing a lot more..

And to my surprise the voice actually left.

I can still speak normally within my thoughts but whenever I try to speak out of my beast-like mouth, monstrous sounds just come out. I got to admit, I do feel powerful and invincible, especially with this new body.

But I'm still the same kid I was a day ago, a scared, fragile, and hopeless kid. Its just my body giving me this sense of power, nothing else.
