Kelda Mayfair, the lost princess of Elestoft, had never much a thing for love and relations. She'd felt the pain of losing her family and her people, of losing her throne and her kingdom to a mad Titan who was in search of nothing but power and territory, who lusted after his ideology of reducing the population to create a better world. 

After her planet was more or less destroyed and she and her people were finally rescued and given shelter by Odin, she aimed to be nothing but a soldier, to put her abilities, her powers to good use. With the strength of the sun in the palm of her hands, she was the best general Odin could hope to have, the little girl who had lost her family but found a purpose. 

Years later, after she was banished to Earth for causing that terrible, terrible accident on that one winter night, she, for the first time in her life, thought of letting the clouds swallow her, or of the waves drowning her until she felt nothing but the calmness of the sea. 

Then comes in Tony Stark, and here's where our story begins.
