Long and dark nights of winter
Already ended by the summer
Full of sweet memories
About the large body of waters

I could still hear how loud our chuckles
And how we took a dip under the tree
I stared at the golden lights illuminating the clear stream
It all felt like a dream

I shouted and ran for the vendor
Bought a dirty ice cream in the cone
Oh, the lovely scent of roses
And cute puppies running in the backyard

I looked upon the blue skies
Watching the lovely sunset
And the ultraviolet light of night
Changed the whole sight

But it was indeed a good summer
A good time to remember
Even when the winter comes
I still miss the daylight time.
