"How is she, doctor?

The voice of someone talking startled me from sleep for how long I don't know. I'm slowly opening my eyes just to see a white ceiling. Guessing from it, I'm totally sure that I'm in the award. At first, my gaze was blurred but after blinking my eyes for a few couples of times, my gaze became clear. 'Just what I thought. I'm in a hospital, again.. Unfortunately'

"Don't worry, Nanase-san. She just fainted from not taking the medicine at the right time. Can I know what happened?", Asked the male doctor.

'Nanase-san? What is he doing here? Where is everyone else?' I started lifting myself, trying to change my position. Before Nanase could answer the doctor's question, he threw a glance at me and realized that I was conscious and started running towards me, well actually to the side of the bed but oh well, it's pretty much the same. "Yamaguchi-chan?! You're awake!" He said in a relieved tone.

The doctor, who introduced himself as Subaru took a place on my left while Nanase on my right. Some questions were asked to me like 'Am I still feeling sick at the moment?' and other things.

Later, Dr Subaru and Nanase asked permission to go out probably to talk about me, as I heard their conversation a while ago but I choose to kept it a secret. "Even though I was quite wondering what exactly happened after I fainted"

'Wait a minute?! How can he be with me? Does he know anything about what's going on in the classroom? What about the others? Do they know that I was at the hospital and my condition? Aaaah! There are too many questions in my mind right now'

I run my fingers through my hair rough. Sigh! What's the point to be worried about this thing. Unknowingly, I will know what happened. He'll tell me everything.

'Why didn't he open the topic already?! Alright! You want me to take the first step, huh. Okay, then. I will'

"Ano, Nanase-san? Can I ask you what happened exactly after I fainted? I mean.. if you know.." His fingers that had been busy scrolling on the phone screen stopped. He looked at me and then smiled. 'Why is he smiling all of a sudden?'

"Do you want to know?"

That verse made me gulp, hard. Why? Why would he ask such a question? 'Did something bad happen? Did I do embarrassing?' I look at him with hope. "Please say I didn't do anything shameful!"

He was shocked. His face then changed. From his face, I could tell he was trying to hold back the laughter but it didn't seem to work cause he blasts. "B-bwahaha! What? Why do you think so?" He wiped the tears at the end of his eyes. "Well, the things that you said..sounds a bit, you know.. scary? It's kinda creeping me out!"

He shakes his head vigorously. "I'm sorry but it's not my intention to scare you off. I just want to make sure whether or not you're confident enough to know what's going on because you'll definitely feel sorry after you hear it." His voice changed seriously. 'You're just making it worst, Nanase-san'

Slowly, I took a deep breath and nodded. "No matter how bad it is, I still want to hear it. So please tell me what's going on!" Nanase-san sighed a bit. "If that so, I'll tell you but get ready." Strictly, he warned. Is it too hard to tell about it?

"In fact, I didn't know anything about what had happened in that class. I had been following you since you ran out of the studio to school. Even so, you were so fast that I couldn't catch up until a female student ran, panicked and she had met a teacher. I heard their conversation about a girl who fainted. And from that, I can tell who that person is. I followed them.

"Well, I was hesitant to get into the classroom but as soon as I got in, the teacher was scolding a female student and said she would report to the police what she was doing.

"Then, they noticed my presence in that class. There were students who were fangirling about me. But, let's just ignore that. The teacher asked me who I was. And I answered that I was your acquaintance. When it comes to the situation, it seems like one of them has already explained what happened to the teacher."

That's all?

"So, why is it so hard for you to tell me?"

"That's because the punishment imposed on the student isn't light. It's worse. The mistake she made was considered murder. You can die if you don't take the medicine. But, you were safe enough that your friend has taken back your medicine and force into you."

My hands are shivering. It is undeniable that I was nervous. Nervous for what was coming out of his mouth next as I asking him a question. "What sentence will be inflicted on her?"

"I don't know. Maybe, she was sentenced to death"
