F/N POV

I sat beside Y/N's medical bed as my leg began to bounce up and down due to my anxiety. I looked at Y/N as she was till unconscious, but she seemed to be sleeping peacefully. My head snapped up towards the door as I heard it open,

"Its only me F/N." Natasha smiled sadly as she made her way towards Y/N and I 

I nodded slightly as she sat down opposite of me, intertwining her hand with Y/N's. It was silent before I decided to speak up,

"Do you really have to report this?" I whispered-asked Natasha

Natasha sighed,

"I already told you F/N, I have to. Even if I don't want to. I'm not their only scout here to make sure you stay in line. Also they'll find it suspicious if they see this attack on the news, and I didn't tell them about it." 

"Natasha you know they'll most likely make us go back! Both of us don't want to go back to that hell hole!" I whispered shouted as I stood

"I know you don't want to go back! Not after what they've done to you two..but even if you don't go peacefully you know they'll send an attack force to bring you back by force." 

I sighed sitting back down as she stood. She went to say something when a voice interrupted us,

"What do you mean they'll bring you back by force?"

We both looked at the door to see a glaring Miss Orimura. Natasha cleared her throat as she glared back,

"I'm sorry Miss Orimura but that's classified." 

"Its not classified. You three are students of this school, now explain." She glared at her sternly as she walked up to Natasha

Natasha obviously felt intimidated as she seemed to shrink back,

"P-Perhaps we should talk about this somewhere more private then.." 

"Very well. Follow me and explain everything." Miss Orimura glared at Natasha before walking out, with Natasha right on her heels. 

I gulped nervously before I heard Y/N starting to move in her sleep. I looked over just in time to see her opening her eyes,

"W-What happened?" She asked grabbing her head as she tried to sit up

"Not a very good idea Y/N.." I stated as I put my hands on her shoulders, making her lay back down, "You saved Ichika from the self destruct but you didn't make it in time." I motioned towards her chest where the large gash could still be seen 

Her eyes widen slightly as she looked at me,

"You don't think it affected that do you?" She asked nervously, and I could see fear in her eyes 

"I-I don't know Y/N. You still have at least three years, but I don't know if the explosion affected that or not."

Y/N smiled sadly,

"At least you'll get to live to taste beer." She chuckled dryly trying to lighten the mood 

I smiled as I let out a chuckle trying to cheer her up, but I had to tell her about this report,

"You know Natasha has to tell them about this.."

Y/N sighed as her smiled instantly dropped,

"Yeah. We should probably start packing our things once I get out of here.." She muttered looking away

It was silent before I cleared my throat,

"Well I'm going to go get a snack. I'll be right back." I smiled at her before walking out the door

I only made it three steps before I was pulled into an empty room. My eyes widened as I was pushed against the wall. I looked to see who would've done it, only to see Ichika's harem. 

"Y/N's not going anywhere. She isn't packing anything." Laura growled glaring at me

Jeez, they really don't like me do they? I quickly decided to act innocent,

"What do you mean?"

"Don't play innocent F/N. We heard what you two were talking about in there." Rin stated also glaring bullets at me 

"Now were going to ask a question, and you better answer it." Houki stated authoritatively, "What is all that about? The 'you still have three years'? and 'Natasha has to report this'? Who is she reporting too!?" 

"Okay first that's more than one question.."

"Shut up and answer them!" Tatenashi demanded

"Why do you all even care about this!? Shouldn't you be chasing after Ichika?!" I growled trying to get off the wall, only for them to pin me again

"We care about Y/N okay!?" Charlotte whispered yelled, taking a look at the door before continuing, "The more time we spent away from her the more we realized we liked her. Whenever we hung around Ichika we didn't get the same feeling like we used to! But instead we feel it whenever we're around Y/N!" 

"Now answer our questions!" Cecilia commanded pointing a finger at my chest 

"Okay okay! Just calm down!" I stated slightly pushing her away

The girls let go of me as I straightened my uniform. I could tell they were becoming impatient as Rin started to tap her foot angrily,

"Well?" She huffed

"So for the Natasha thing. Natasha as you know is the US representative. Although the US sent her here to keep an eye on me and Y/N."

"Why?" Kanzashi asked

"Lets just say Y/N and I are special to the US government, which ties into the three years thing." 

They nodded signaling me to continue,

"The US government put chips in Y/N's and my head. They help us connect to our IS more, so we can do things that a normal IS pilot can't. Like we can communicate with our IS-"

"Communicate?! As in talk with it!?" Kanzashi asked baffled

"Yes, but it comes at a cost. Y/N and I were the last ones to receive these chips before the experiment was shut down. You see the chips shorten our life span dramatically. I am expected live to 21 while Y/N is expected to live.." I looked away from them nervous of their reaction

"Expected to live to what!?" Cecilia asked, concern obviously in her voice

"S-She is only expected to live until she's 18."

It was silent as I took a peak at the girls, shock on all of their faces. 

"I-Is there anyway to r-remove the chips?" Houki asked worry in her eyes

"N-Not that I know of. They always told us that if we removed the chip it would kill us." 

Chifuyu (Miss Orimura) POV

"So that's why they sent you here." I stated glaring at Natasha as she looked at the floor

"Yes ma'am. Even if I don't report it they'll still come for Y/N and F/N."

My lips twitched into a smirk,

"Let them come."

"What!?" Natasha looked shocked

"Let them come. They won't be able to take them."
