This is a rewrite of a fanfiction I wrote and published in 2015 (not on Wattpad). It got 120 favourites and was written from the POV of the Indominus Rex. Most reviews were good, and of course there was constructive criticism and a couple of edgy snarks, but boy do I hate that fanfiction now.

I was inspired to rewrite it after my pal ElijahCole11 published 'Ripper: An Indoraptor Story' (which, by the way, I recommend, go check it out). I mean, it makes sense, right? Wattpad has something about the Indoraptor from ElijahCole11, but I don't think there's much about the Indominus Rex's POV. Or, more importantly, not one by moi.

So, here I come, with my crappy fanfiction ready to be revamped.

I won't be writing this the way I write my other wattpad stories (where I first complete them before publishing)— instead, I'm going to return to my old way of writing where I just write as it comes to me. I'll have a small plan on paper that will have certain details I don't want to forget, and maybe a tiny summary for upcoming chapters if I become insecure.

Oh, and you may be surprised to know that I actually hate Jurassic World. I go into this on my 'Personal Thoughts on Stuff' book, but let's just say there will be come changes here that diverge from the movie. Oh, and the cover is inspired by the poster for Shin Godzilla (which is also a movie which I will take inspiration from while writing this. Go check it out, it's a masterpiece).

HERE is a change that would be better explained now: Yeah, Owen isn't in this. Why? Because I don't like Owen. And I'm... not particularly fond of Chris Pratt. So we have Logan who is portrayed by Ryan Gosling, because Ryan Gosling is a cool guy and you can't change my mind. Probably. I don't know, let's just say Logan Grady is Owen's brother or something. Or not. Owen doesn't exist anymore, guys. I mean, Logan is still a raptor trainer. (By the way, Owen was in the original version of this story). Bryce Dallas Howard can stay since I liked her in Black Mirror. I feel like I am going to lose quite a few readers because of this, but I honestly couldn't see myself being able to write Owen canonically in character without having to die a little inside.

Am I coming across as arrogant? Oops.

God, this is an embarrassing introduction. But I won't change it.

Also, project update: It's gonna be a busy summer for me, since not only am I writing this, but also a third draft of Raptor of War (the second draft was published here, READ IT) and the first draft of its sequel.

If this proves to be anything like my past publishing experiences on a certain other website, and I get a lot of flamers.... I am ready.
