Likes: "I am not sure.. Maybe writing and reading poetry? Its always been a hobby of mine" She says scratching the back of her neck nervously. "I know, lame, huh?"

Dislikes: Laurie hurts, "Honestly? The fact that I don't exactly know who my real parents are. I love my adoptive parents, but I just can't help but wonder, you know?"

Personality: Laurie is an interesting character, curious, kind, and a bit anxious over a few things. She has hidden secrets, and an unanswered past that she needs to fill. Who is she? Where did she come from?
And most importantly... What is she?

Back story: When Laurie was only five years old, she was adopted. She had barely any recollection of her birth parents and couldn't speak until maybe her 8th grade year of middle school. She got picked on, often being called mute during that time, so she dedicated her time in finding comfort in poetry. Now she's a senior in high school, she doesn't have many friends, but she didn't mind, she often spends her lunch under a tree in the courtyard reading a poetry book, or in the library helping the librarian put books back.

Siblings: Jackson Harriet

Other: She is a vegetarian! I can't believe I'm making Laurie miss out on bacon, but I am. Her only exception would be fish, aka sushi, she doesn't really liked cooked fish too well. Other than that she won't eat any meats. But she will still eat animal produced products, cheese, yogurts, milk, stuff like that.
She also wears contacts, so if you ever end up at her house, she'll probably have glasses on.
