Personality: Teegan is very sweet, she doesn't really let the fact she's deaf get to her too much and she's very willing to teach anyone sign so they can understand it and learn the values of it. Though she does have a more flight versus fight sense because she's been bullied so much for being deaf but she also does end up having her sad side which isn't exactly seen by many people unless they are close with her.
Family: She lives with her older sister Olive because her sister thought it was better for her than with her parents who wanted her to be "normal".
Background: Teegan wasn't always deaf, she lost her hearing at the age of 4, she was pretty sad because when she lost her hearing and became fully deaf she was at the beach. She loved hearing all the sounds of the beach and it was sadly taken away from her due to a condition she had which made her go fully deaf. Though she was still young enough to learn sign language pretty quickly and she was able to adapt. Though her parents longed for another normal kid they tried everything to make her more normal and didn't care for her needs as she was deaf. So her older sister once she could, took full custody of her and she's been living with her older sister since.
