Backstory: As a child she after both of her parent's quirks. Her Mother controlled light as her father controlled the darkness. Her parents were very good friends with Mr. Yagi so one day when Don was a toddler her parents died when their boat was attacked. Mr. Yagi and her were the only ones alive from the attack and Mr. Yagi swore to protect, teach and take care of Don. She was practically a daughter to him.
